Excepcional”

Hotel muy lindo. Destacó la pileta en el piso 30, y el desayuno muy completo. La habitación sumamente linda y espaciosa, con vistas espectaculares. Tenía heladera, cocina con utensillos, zona de vestidor. Todos los días nos dejaban dos botellas de agua de cortesía, té y café. También paraguas (se agradeció) A 10 minutos caminando de la zona de Bukit Bintang y Shopping Pavillion. A 25 minutos caminando de las torres petronas. A 20 minutos caminando de central market.

Un par de días conociendo KL”

El hotel está muy bien localizado, se puede llegar fácilmente tanto al área comercial de Bukit Bitang donde hay infinidad de comercios, lugares para cambiar moneda y restaurantes, como a las Torres Gemelas de KL, hay un puente peatonal que conecta de manera muy conveniente. El hotel ofrece apartamentos de buen tamaño y equipados, también cuenta con una bonita piscina en el piso superior. El desayuno podría ser mejor (más variado) pero ya es una ventaja el hecho de que que lo proporcionen.

Un Edificio Antiguo pero Amplio, Cómodo y bien Mantenido.”

Esto no es un Hotel aunque con los servicios del mismo. Sorprende la amplitud de la habitación que más parece un piso, con todas las comodidades que se pueden tener en casa, cocina, amplios armarios, nevera, etc. El edificio cuenta con gimnasio, lavandería común, dos piscinas una en la azotea con excelentes vistas de Kuala Lumpur, el desayuno es aceptable y la ubicación excelente, a 5 minutos de Jalan Alor y en una calle de bares y restaurantes, no por esto es un hotel ruidoso, sino todo lo contrario, dormimos muy bien. Si has de coger un taxi no lo hagas en el hotel, sal y busca uno con taxímetro ya que en el hotel te pedirán el doble. Por lo demás un hotel correcto.

Hotel perfecto para familias, espacioso y servicio”

hotel situado cerca de muchos de los principales lugares de kl. habitaciones muy amplias con cocina. perfectas para familias o estancias largas porque hay gimnasio, piscina y tu mismo puedes lavarte la ropa. todo muy nuevo y confortable, wifi y te regalan cada día botellas de agua. el personal realmente amable. coincidió nuestra salida de kl con un bloqueo policial en previsión a una manifestación. no sabíamos si se podría llegar a chinatown, como y si nuestro autobús a taman negara seguía o o se anulaba. el personal llamo en nuestro nombre y gestiono una solución. como único punto, el desayuno no es muy variado, el buffet no es muy grande.

Muy buen Hotel”

el hotel esta muy bueno, mas que un hotel son departamentos con una buena ubicacion muy limpios y muy modernos. la contra fue que en nuesta habitacion no habia tv estaba en el comedor solamente. cuidado que al poner la tarjeta de credita te cargan un seguro y tarda mucho en darle de baja, yo todavia estoy esperando que le den de baja ese cargo

Hotel de lujo”

Solo podemos decir que es un hotel de lujo con un personal de lujo. Solo tenemos buenos recuerdos. Si algun dia volvemos a Kuala Lampur no hay duda que volveriamos al Park Royal Hotel. Nos agrado sorprendentemente. es un hotel que podemos recomendar sin ninguna duda,buena estancia a todos los que disfruten de este hotel y buenas vacaciones en kuala lampur

la habitacion/estudio es muy amplia, con un diseño moderno muy bonito y funcional. en nuestro caso con vistas a las petronas, no se puede pedir mas! el personal del hotel es muy atento. lo mejor, la piscina en el piso 31 con vistas de la ciudad.

Excellent 9 day stay in two bedroom suite”

We really enjoyed our 9-night stay here at Parkroyal serviced suites. Location was perfect close to twin towers, pub street, Jalan Alor, Pavillion etc, couldn't fault it as you could easily walk to everything with young kids. the rooms were really great and spacious, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge dining, and a spare room, aircon worked well with aircon's in every room, and a laundry room, with washer and dryer. rooms were cleaned daily and to a high standard. the pool on the 31st floor was nice, but strangely water was cold, probably due to the shade cover. the breakfast was fine, with a choice of bread, eggs, porridge, fruit and a selection of Asian hot dishes. breakfast gets busy from 9.30am, getting their earlier makes it a lot more enjoyable. taxi rank outside the hotel is handy and getting GRAB is super easy. There are mini-marts right across the road for all the sundries you may need, snacks, drinks, washing powder, coffee, tea's etc. The staff were all amazing, so friendly

Perfect!”

We went on a family vacation with small children. Its location in the city center makes it easy when we want to go to various places. To go to the mall, Pavillion for example, you can just walk, every woman would love it, I am very sure. Or if you want to find food, just go to Jalan Alor, which is quite close. The room is comfortable, clean, tidy, and quite complete, everything you need is there. Just a little advice from us, maybe it would be better if you could provide one more kitchen chair, so that at least my wife and I could sit together while having dinner. For the rest, the service is very satisfying. The wifi is also quite fast, and the signal is also stable. The staff are all friendly, always smiling, and ready to help. Give our warmest regards to Ms. Siti from the receptionist, she is very friendly and we are very satisfied with her service. Thank you ParkRoyal Serviced Suites, we will definitely stay there again next time!

Great place for young family”

First arrived: Security and staff were quick to greet and get our luggages out of the taxi into the trolley. Check in: process was fast and straight forward with a bit of deposit required(was refunded upon checkout). Brought to our room which had a king bed in it which was insufficient,as we brought along 3 kids.We requested for an additional (single)bed for the three nights which was delivered within 15 minutes. Really greatful as the recieptionist gave it as complimentary. Breakfast: great throughout the whole stay. Room service: room always clean everytime we return from adventure Location: 5-10mins walking distance to Sungei Wang I guess, and roughly RM20 by taxi to KLCC which I think can be cheaper. Facilities: Swimming pool was closed for maintenance during the stay but others were well maintained and clean. Checkout: Also a breeze and straightforward with smiles from the receiptionist all the way to the security guy. Thank you Park Royal Nagasari for the great stay.

Very accomodative!”

I booked a 3 bedroom apartment. My family of 2 children & my brother's of 3 children. The apartment equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook & eat, toaster, rice cooker. They even have washer machine & dryer! Hv to applaud the housekeeping since the apartment is very clean & tidy! They have a cuckoo water dispenser on our level 30, so it's easy to fill in water for the whole family (no need to buy mineral water and bring it up heavily). The view is menara KL. And it's walking distance to Lot 10 & bukit bintang. The rooftop pool also very nice & the children enjoyed it. The only downside is the breakfast is not a buffet breakfast. have to choose and take it at the ground floor. Whatever it is, do maintain your service like this and will def stay again!

Staying in Park Royal with family”

I had no idea that Park Royal is a Pan Pacific group property till I walked in with my wife and children. Located in Bukit Bintang, its close to Berjaya Times Square (15 mins walk), Pavilion (15-20 mins walk) through the back roads and through other malls. The Hotel has a fantastic rooftop swimming pool with hot pool for kids. The rooftop offers a great view of the Menara Tower and also has a steam room for free! Not only that their family rooms are quite big and extremely comfortable for a family of 4 (including 2 kids). Buffet breakfast is served in the ground floor and offers continental food along with a few Asian items. its a very nice hotel and higher floors offer a nice view of the city. Its a sure recommendation as its quite affordable if you plan ahead properly.

Very Good Place to Stay!”

This is a true value for money.We were here to celebrate my bf’s birthday so i hired a deco team (a team outside the hotel) to do up the room. The one I hired was late (they are supposed to go and deco the room at 6PM but they arrived at 8:30pm). It’s because of the hotel staff’s help that I managed to know that the deco team was late (had i not known, we would have went home at 8PM without any set up). It’s because of the hotel staff too that the surprise went smooth. Plus i asked them for a birthday cake which they have happily given! I was thinking that they will be giving me a small cake, to my surprise it’s a big cake with a happy birthday in it! We were so happy! Plus the location is just 300m away from the monorail station (Raja Chulan). A lot of restaurant near the area too which is open 24/7!

Best suite ever!”

I love every inch about this suite! It was the best suite to being family even with small children. Spacious, clean, many TV channels, near with malls (walking distance), free parking, 7eleven just right below, McD and family mart in like 2-3mins walking distance. Some things that may be improve are would love if there’s a broom in the suite, and to screw the window so it cannot be open cause it was kind of dangerous for the kids. Thats all. Excellent experience ”

Only met staffs at the reception, good service. Hotel cleanliness excellent. Good location that pavilion and all popular food can find nearby within 10-15 mins by car. Hotel parking is free. Me and my bf love the hotel design with bathtub and city view. Microwave and kitchen tools are all working. Swimming pool can see kuala lumpur tower. Nothing to pick. Price is so reasonable that i will choose this hotel again for my next trip.

Truly a gem ”

Where do I begin. This place is truly a gem. The room is spacious with mini kitchen, living area, complete amenities and the most comfortable bed in kuala lumpur, once you lay on it, you would not want to get up.!. Be warned. Easy check in and out with attentive staff. The location is fantastic, easy to find food, get transport and within walking distance to bkt bintang/pavilion. If you are with a group/solo/etc, book at this place, you wont regret it.

Perfect location”

This is the best hotel/condo we stayed at for this vacation. Rooms were very clean. Slippers, umbrella, robes were provided. Rooftop pool has view of KL Tower, Petronas Tower, and Pavilion tower. We were able to walk to Pavilion and Fahrenheit malls, KL Tower canopy walk, and Suria KLCC. Jalan Alor is close by. Breakfast buffet was great!

What a lovely place for a staycation.”

Booked for four nights. Arrived about lunch time first day and were shown to lovely suite. We have travelled extensively but were so impressed by this large, spacious, well equipped, unit. Unfortunately for us we had only been there a few hours and were up at the Skypool, which was great, when we received notice that the government was introducing a new MCO for KL the following day. Much to our dissapointment we had to check out and drive back to Penang while we still could. The staff were wonderful and thanks to Agoda and Park Royal we got the three nights accom refunded. So now we wait for the chance to return asap. A great place with lovely staff. Can't wait to stay there again. Hopefully for longer!

Fantastic staff - I’ll definitely be back!”

I always say it’s the people that make a place beautiful. The housekeepers were very attentive! They not only kept the room clean, they probably saw that I often wet the table top from washing hands and pouring water into my bottle, I was later provided a table cloth. It was also noticed that the body soap was finishing, they topped up before I needed to ask for it. Kudos to the housekeepers that cleaned room 2408 on Thursday! Tiffin Labs (provider for breakfast) staff were also very thoughtful! I didn’t take note of the time and missed the breakfast buffet by 10min. When I was told time was over and about to leave, Tiffin Labs staff actually asked if I would want to takeaway some bread. I tried asking if I could just stay and have whatever that are not yet kept away, the staff actually said yes! He even offered me a drink later on! Very touched by his thoughtfulness. Lastly, on the early morning that I checked out, I couldn’t get a grab to go to KL Sentral. The concierge person actually used his personal phone to try getting grab for me. In the end, another staff had to go out to hail a cab, only then I could fly on time. Tyvm Park Royal Serviced Suites KL! I’ll be back ((:
