Amazing service by Manager”
Manager Deepak Sharma helped us make our booking for the train for our next leg of our journey as our flight got cancelled by Jet Airways. He also helped us to research An Eephant Sanctuary and provided us with lots of helpful tips. On the. Morning if our departure our Uber driver decided to leave just as we were walking to the car and Deepak drove us personally to the train Station.... Deepak certainly helped make our trip to Jaipur memorable,. We would highly recommend Pearl Palace Hertigage ro everyone.
The facility is fabulous. Very well designed with a lot of attention to details both in the public and the private space. It pampers the traveler and feels very special. It is a very good location, quite, in a decent residential area, however it is away from the old city, so if you plan to visit the palace and bazaars then be aware of it.
Beautiful and very clean rooms”
Very nicely decorated rooms, each room has a different character. Beautiful rooms, friendly staff. We were a group of 13 including young children and the hotel staff was very helpful and took care of our requests or needs. Perfect start to our Rajasthan Trip!! Definitely be coming back to this hotel and highly recommend!!
Creatively designed guest house ”
Although, it's a small guesthouse tucked away, it stands out due to its creatively designed rooms which are cleaned and serviced well. The staff are friendly and accommodating. There isn't a restaurant in the hotel, however there is a free rickshaw shuttle to their partner hotel who serve excellent multi cuisine food. They also arrange for food to be delivered to your room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Only small negative was the WiFi didn’t work.
Absolutely STUNNING- we loved it ! Will not disappoint ”
This place is amazing. The photos looked incredible but it is even more beautiful in real life. The detail everywhere is spectacular, we just couldn't stop wow-ing our entire stay. It is so unique and beautiful. Staff were welcoming & friendly, great service during our stay. We had our laundry done (very reasonable), the breakfast was nice. Bedding and furniture all of high quality.. This place is spotlessly clean (not that common for India). We had dinner at rooftop restaurant Peacock located at the sister hotel (a couple of mins walk away) had a nice ambience with Indian singers etc. the next night we ordered room service. This place feels high-end extremely good value for money & honestly you will not be disappointed . I wish I didn't have to leave. We have stayed in some beautiful hotels during our time in India but this is the best I could not recommend this hotel highly enough.
a jewel in the city of jewels”
I absolutely loved my stay here.. I had 2 different rooms and want to come back and try the other 7.. impeccable service.. I was a little disappointed at the quality of the breakfast but the coffee was excellent
Never have I seen a room this magnificent. I was in awe of the interiors of the room. It felt like staying in a palace. Kudos to Mr Singh (the owner) for building such an amazing property. To top it all the staff was super friendly, very courteous and ensured we travel safe. The view from the rooms are just as beautiful and the décor is nothing less than staying in a grand palace. This property should be on the tourist list for its beauty! Amazing rooms and one of the nicest bathroom I have seen.
Great stay and friendly staff”
we stayed in pearl palace heritage for a night .. from the time we arrived the staff were friendly.. though we arrived well ahead of the check-in time.. (8.30 Am) manohar Singh at the front desk was kind enough to provide a temporary room for us to refresh. Then he arranged a private cab for us for sight seeing .. later when we arrived in the evening we were greeted by another friendly receptionist Deepak and he provided a free upgrade to a suite room! each room in this boutique hotel has a separate theme. breakfast should be pre-ordered on the previous night if you want to eat in the restaurant otherwise expect a slow service.. however if you want a faster service then they provide a free auto ride back and forth to their other hotel pearl palace which is 5 to 10 mins walk from pearl palace.. for folks travelling with young kids there is a public playground with slides and swing (but don't expect too much from the playground)
Excellent accomodation and location”
This is a very clean excellent accomodation. Close to train station and main bazar both around a 10 minute walk. Good breakfast and cafe latte. Can Organise a tour for the sites of Delhi from hotel. If you have a late flight can organise late checkout by 6 but will cost extra. Like most hotels is a long drive from airport allow between 1 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Beware Delhi is smoggy. Enjoy.
A good choice in Jaipur”
Our stay here was very short, but enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and the room design was unique. It was disappointing that the roof restaurant was out of service.
Beautiful hotel with awesome rooms ”
Simply fantastic heritage boutique hotel in Jaipur with awesome interior decoration, beautiful rooms and lovely staff. Stayed in the Jaiselmer room with fantastic stonework around the room and a lovely tiled bathroom. Plenty of hot water, room service breakfast and great value laundry service made this a very comfortable stay. Short tuk tuk ride to old town. Ate in sister hotel’s rooftop restaurant, the Peacock, twice as both the ambiance and food were great (no alcohol though), just a 5-10 minute walk away. Also ate in the Foresta recommended by the hotel which is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute tuk tuk away. Cannot recommend this hotel enough - will definitely stay here again if I come back to Jaipur.
We loved our 2 night stay at Pearl Palace Boutique Hotel. Extremely comfortable beds and beautiful rooms. Quite location and rooms. Friendly staff not pushy. No on site facilities. Pickup from train station arranged with hotel went smooth.
More expensive than the Pearl but worth the extra”
This place is just stunning. The rooms are immaculate, large, and very beautiful, with original, themed artworks of truly impressive nature. The staff are brilliant, its close to the station. Whats not to like?
Great hotel with an atmosphere”
Charming hotel in a good location. Staff was very friendly and the interior was richly decorated with lots of pictures of historic figures and earlier days in Jaipur. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Would highly recommend this hotel.
A gorgeous boutique”
Each room has its own theme of decoration and the decoration is gorgeous. We are not sure if we could request to stay in a particular room whoever I think any of the room could surprise you. There are no restaurants in the hotel but they can arrange free transportation to the restaurant which is also managed by the same company. The restaurant is very nice. Don’t miss it.
Perfect Indian Heritage”
Must go place in Jaipur. Very relaxing place. Staff is very cooperative and smart. The ideology behind the theme is very simple "To Know INDIAN HERITAGE". Theme based rooms are simply beautiful. The cake offered to us was very delicious and made my stay more beautiful. Will surely recommend this place to all my foreigner friends. Yes, food quality is average and improvement in this side should be made.
The hotel is in a nice area and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms each have their own grand design. You can order breakfast or select food from their sister hotel where their peacock restaurant is located, all of which can be delivered to your room. The food was very good! I would definitely say this has been my favourite hotel in India. Thanks for a lovely stay.
Only complaint was they organised us a taxi for half a day and said we could do what we want. We had 3 stops in mind before we left but when we wanted to add one more in the middle the driver refused and called the hotel manager who agreed. Felt a bit misled on that. If you’re arriving late at night/early morning then ask to be picked up as a lot of the gates are locked blocking your way in.
Very comfortable stay ”
The hotel staffs were very courteous and helpful which made the whole experience really nice. They also upgraded us to the Suite which was definitely a major plus point for us, as we were 2 female travelers visiting Jaipur. The suite had 2 double bed which was very comfortable. No breakfast was provided but they do have a small kitchen which you can order from, and very reasonably priced. We had a guide who dropped and picked us up from the hotel so we can’t comment on the location, however if we could provide a feedback for improvement, it would be ok the weak water pressure in the showers.
