El "resort" se encuentra dentro de una urbanización y consta de 3 bungalows divididos en 3 habitaciones cada uno. Todos con vistas al mar. Entre los servicios se destaca la piscina a pocos metros de los bungalows, compartida con el resto de la urbanización, la playa privada (muy limpia) pero no apta para nadar porque el agua no cubre ni a la rodilla y el servicio de shuttle gratis a la población más cercana (7/11). El desayuno es a la carta (no es buffet) y es uno de los más básicos que hemos tenido en un resort. El único punto mejorable es la insonorización entre las habitaciones pues al poder conectarse, tienen una puerta interior que no aísla nada. Con decir que tuvimos que cubrirla con los cojines del sofá para poder dormir y no escuchar la tele del vecino.

Your comments are well noted: -Your stay was during the low season, and our breakfast buffet has been reduced to a la carte breakfast, especially due to low occupancy in our resort. -Our beaches are largely untouched, and the shallow waters come quite favorably to families with younger children. Our swimming pool is quite deep and require for children to have swimming aids. -We apologize for the poor sound-proofing between the rooms. Best Place I've ever stayed in Thailand”
As a regular traveler living in Thailand this is without question the best place I have ever stayed. From the design of the rooms, the pool, and facilities, and of course the location. Nothing was spared. Power points, usb ports bedside, lighting, ceiling fan, cleanliness, staff, food options, the list is extensive. I will be back for sure. Thank you

I got very good prices booking this hotel through Agoda and it was AMAZING!! the hotel itself is soooo beautiful and hugh ! I love when this hotel is private. They have their own village and community so you don't have to hear the party nearby, you can enjoy the sea sound 😉. I would definitely come back and stay here for sure.

Love the room”
Check in is a little confusing once through the gate It has the name of another resort. We were a group of 2 cars and me on my motorcycl. All driving around trying to find office. Than a arrow to the Peninsula resort down the road to the right. But it is a dead end. I injured my knee and has in much pain, so walking around for 15 minutes trying to find the Peninsula office was not fun. Once checked in we were lead back to where we were before . But had no help carrying our bags into the room. With my injured knee it was not fun. I was told I could not park my motorcycle next to our room. I explained my knee was hurting and did want to park it a 5 minute walk away from the room if I didn't have to. Was told can not. Had to park away from the room. So more walking back to the room. And another walk back in the morning to go get it again. Staff very much following the rules and can not change a little for a guest having problems due to an injury. But a very nice room and great location on the beach. I will recommend this resort to my friends.

You can choose three beaches and big infinity pool around you in all silence... Big bays ebb and flow is also enjoyable... Marina and golf area are alternatives for your relaxing days... Will try to come again for sure...

What a view”
View from room is amazing ! Everything was perfect. There is street food just near the hotel and you can rent motorbike for 250thb/day if you call reception. Songthoew to go to hotel from pier was just 100 thb (hotel service is 200thb).

I fall in love with this resort, it is an amazing place with a nice atmosphere. Among the best, I found the building is not soundproof since the noise from guests next door leaks loudly to my room.

Pluses: Great room, great view, private beach, beautiful place, many photogenic spots, can try kayaking and paddle on board, good food, friendly staff, can arrange snorkeling trip (outsourced) Downs: far from other tourist attractions and restaurants... need car, motorcycle or song taew to get around.

We've been to this resort 2 years ago, IT WAS AMAZING BREAKFAST A LA Carte eggs benedict, steak and all kinds of coffee, but I can't say anything about it this time. The breakfast was borderline unacceptable, you can't compare it to the breakfast before with the old management. The choices are boiled rice with pork, and eggs, if you don't eat pork there are no choices. There are no gloves, only one sanitizer, and self-serving, there are no restaurants around. Totally different vibe compared to 2years ago, really disappointed this time. The rooms are lovely with a sea view, would be great if you can eat at the restaurant ( totally disappointed) and not travel every time for breakfast, lunch and dinner, if you don't have a car it's impossible

Location excellent but some repairs necessary ”
Location superb. Menu in restaurant limited staff friendly. Large Pool stair damaged and rusty residue from a steel edge cause injury on the leg of my wife. Separation door of room 210 and 211 is not sealed with threshold at all. You can hear the neighbors conversation and all other sounds. Too many mosquitos in the room. No butt spray. Pool of shambala Bar as well damaged and repair strongly recommend. All in all a nice place but facilities are in need of construction improvement.

bad service from reception made everything disgusting”
1. the location is not so good if you want to get everything convenience. There is no 7-11 or mall or walking street near the resort. But It suits for someone who just stay in the resort and relax on the beach. 2. The staffs in the reception were so rude that they should upgrade their profession service capability. I have two reservations of my stay. when we checked in, the staff named PeiPei who can speak Chinese served us and she had confirmed that we didn’t need to change our room when we stayed 4 nights even though we made two reservation. We felt so appreciated on that time. Anyway, On the early morning of Feb.7, Peipei called us awake to change the room. I questioned her, and she insisted that she didn’t say that. On the other hand, she insisted that we said we promise to change the room with bad attitude toward me. Are you kidding me? How rude you are when you insisted. Please show me the evidence. According to my reservations, it was Feb.6 i should change the room, not Feb.7. Why didn’t you tell us to change the room on Feb.6? Peipei was so arrogant to me even though it was clear that I did not to change the room. That attitude made everything get worse.

For anybody, who would like to see more of Koh Chang, our reception is more than happy to help you rent a car/motorbike or book a taxi for the day that will bring you to tourist hotspots.
