En esta segunda estancia ya nos ubicaron en la cabaña de la foto del anuncio. Y aunque con el baño más pequeño y al aire libre, mucho mejor y menos ruidoso que la primera habitación.

La ducha tiene muy poca presión y al minuto de estar duchándote se corta el agua y no vuelve hasta 5-10 minutos después. La cocina por la noche cierra pronto, como mucho a las 10 y no tienes lugares más cercanos en los que cenar porque está bastante alejado de todo, aunque tienen un servicio de taxi gratuito a playas cercanas y a un pueblo pesquero que hay cerca. Por lo demás todo genial.

MI LUGAR FAVORITO WN LA ISLA”
Me encanta los bungalows que ofrecen, el servicio es muy amable y simpático. Las vistas desde el bar son increibles,la ubicación muy tranquila y una de mis preferidas, la piscina muy relajante y con buenas vistas tambien. En general recomiendo este lugar en Koh Phangan, no puedo añadir comentarios negativos pues estoy muy contento con este resort. Gracias Utopia Resort

Estuvimos 3 noches y nos sentimos como en casa,las instalaciones son perfectas tiene restaurante con buenas vistas y son dueños también del 360 bar.(muy recomendable para ver el atardecer). Te alquilan motos pero sino queréis conducir tienen un servicio de taxi gratis para los a las principales playas del norte. Lugar ideal si queréis conocer la parte más tranquila de Phangan. (sí queréis fiesta también os ofrecen servicio de taxi). Ahh también gestionan excursiones a An thong (muy recomendable la de speedboat, ya que tienes mas tiempo para admirar el parque entero.) Personal de 10 tanto la dueña como el resto del equipo.

"Situacion complicada"”
El hotel esta situado en lo alto de una colina por lo que el acceso se hace complicado. Para ir a la playa a pie tienes unos 15 minutos, y a la vuelta te encuentras con una subida importante... el hotel tiene servicio de minibus a algunas playas, pero solo 2 veces al dia. En definitiva, no vale la pena.

El lugar es precioso, tiene unas vistas preciosas y una piscina encantadora. El servicio muy bueno y además tienen un servicio de taxi para llevarte y recogerte en dos de las playas más cercanas. La habitación amplia con aire acondicionado y acogedora.

El sitio esta bien, nos alojamos en unnos bungalows un poco viejos, pero agradables, daba la sensacion de estar un poquito descuidada. pero en genreral funcionaba todo bien. Ducha con agua caliente, aire acondicionado, heladera. Se veian unos bungalos de frente al mar que parecian mas nuevos. El hotel que en la parte norte de la isla, lejos del agite de la fiesta de la luna. Las playas cercanas son muy bonitas. Arreglar con el taxita para que los lleve hasta arriba ya que desde la ruta al hostel hay uns subida bastante enpinada

Truly, a Utopia! ”
Friends were recommending that I book a place in the West or south of the island for the 'best beaches', easy access..etc.. But I ended up booking Utopia in the NORTH! -- and it was THE BEST DECISION ever. I gingerly booked it for 3 nights first as this was my first time there and I wasn't sure but the pics in the ad reminded me of some Corsican or Italian coastal resorts with the little houses dotting the hills -- it all looked good along with the attractive price -- so I went for it. When I finally got to the island and traveled the south and west and tried to see where else we could stay for the rest of our total 10 day vacation, we concluded that we truly had the BEST resort! A friend who's been on the island for a long time said that it was a "no-brainer" if you're looking for peace, quiet and beauty - away from the maddening city center crowds and Full Moon parties.... In any case, the island is so small, that it's nothing to travel from one site to another! The NORTH is the place to stay! And guess what else, the BEST beaches for snorkelling and swimming were RIGHT by us -- at Chalomklum and Haad Khom (Coconut Beach -same stretch) We met folks who had traveled all the way from the south of Phangan to come here to Haad Khom and Koh Mak to snorkel! Besides, there's the great Sunday night food market by the Chalomklum pier! The Resort is just lovely, up on a hill -- people from all over the island come up to 360/ 420 club for a bite and drink while taking in the awesome sunset. Every morning at 6, I went up to the restaurant area to meditate and take in the similarly awesome sunrise! The rooms are spacious and we had a room which was just steps away from the swimming pool which overlooks the ocean. The view is incredible. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to help you. The food is delicious (both Thai and western, especially the chicken basket). The beach is a bit of a walk but if you have a motorbike it’s only 5 minutes plus the resort provides shuttles to the beach twice daily if you do not. Not to mention they provide free snorkel gear. Only con would be the WiFi only works in common areas like the restaurant and pool but does not reach invidious rooms. But it’s a great place to disconnect and just enjoy paradise:

The location is beautiful. Ok, it a little bit out of the main hustle and bustle but I enjoyed driving the island anyway. The staff are approachable, professional and courteous. At no time did I not feel welcome there. I cannot recommend Utopia highly enough. And check out the sunsets at nearby 360 bar. A 3 minute walk away.

Loved everthing about this place. Room, staffs, location and the view!! Location was a bit challenge at first but it comes with the view!! Room was beautiful abd comfortable. Staffs were kind and friendly. Very good for money and definately will be back. Highly recommended.
