This is a cheap and cheerful hotel nice pool rooms are very basic but sufficient and clean. I have stayed here many times and the staff are great and very helpful.

It is a basic and old hotel. Very basic breakfast with limited choices. Can be noisy at the evening because of bars just in front of the hotel across the street. On the other hand, it is just in front of the sea and has its own private access to sea. Quite and relaxing at sea front and garden. Another good thing about it is that there are 7/11 and many restaurants and even a coffee shop and a night market in a walking distance

Resort is located at the end of White Sand Beach. There is no beach on the property but you can enjoy the rocky bank of Sea. Sea water was clear. Resort has nicely decorated the area with Coconut trees and beautiful garden near the sea bank. Near to the market and bars. Motorcycle rent available. Please don't go for deluxe room. They are really bad and on the other side. No WiFi available there. Opt for the rooms in the main building. Breakfast has limited options. Staff was helpful and allowed early morning check in which saved our day.

+ good buffet breakfast and staff was smiling and nice. room was quite big and clean. - swimming pool area are not so clean and it's well-worn.pool is not so big like can imagine from photos. no any wi-fi in hotelroom! only in lobby and pool area. if i pay 2000 baht+ for night in Thailand,i expect at there is wi-fi also in room.room was bit far up from reception and pool.

Would be, I can imagine, a great place without the noise from the bars accross the street untill late at night. Staff was very friendly and helpfull and surely did their best to make quests feel welcome. Rooms were cleaned good every day and the pool was great specially for kids but otherwise I think the hotel was lacking of better management. It was guite rundown and dirty, shame as there was a hand full of staff standing around the lobby doing nothing most of the time.. Good location except for the noise.

The ‘Over the Cliff edge’ wing”
Avoid the Cliff Wing in your booking. The main hotel is old and a little shop worn but generally ok - the Cliff Wing is to be avoided. Very old over-flow, basic with no facilities and poor location up a steep hill - over priced will never stay here again.

We stayed in room 61 the wardrobe was falling to pieces the bed was like rock the sheets were dirty the bathroom was minus a minus one star do not stay here if you can afford a little more the breakfast was like someone who did not have enough time to clean or cook overall not a good place to stay especially if you have travelled far not worth 2 stars

We had a beautiful view of the ocean. Only a small complaint of walking up to the room, but we quickly discovered a shortcut with stairs. The room was roomy and balcony too. Only one recommendation I would add is to tailor the curtains so they aren't draped on the floor. Food was great and very affordable. Otherwise, very enjoyable overall.

This place is nice but the thing is... it is far from the beach. So i have to walk to be there. Anyway, the hotel is quite old and not as good as i expected, and also the bar for dinner or any meal is okay, just find other restaurants instead. However, i love the staff here, they are friendly and kind to help me and my friend out. Thank them all. 👍🏻

The service was very friendly, and helpful, the breakfast was good, a set meal not buffet. The swimming pool had been relined, no tiles on show, as in the web site photo. Also no mea surements to indicate the depth of water were on show at the deep end. The location is convenient for shopping.
