Pleasant Stay in Economic Quality Hotel”

Splendid all round stay in hotel. Location bit of a stretch from 'Down Town' and couldnt get dinner on night if arrival at 9.45pm. 10 mins to metro and Costernera shopping. Banks very close by.

During the Booking it says Hotel is 5 Stars and I would rate this Hotel as 3 stars compared to other hotels i have stayed in. Breakfast when booked said for 2 persons and finally upon arrival said breakfast is only for 1 person

Hotel with large room”

The hotel is located in central business district. If you want to see around the city this may be not your kind of hotel, However, this hotel have a very spacious room with a functional dining room and kitchenette. Should you like to stay a bit longer than just a night, it will be very useful. The restaurant located and swimming pool are located in the high floor, giving a nice view of the city and the Andes

A good hotel in a great location”

The older Plaza El Bosque hotel has been refurbished, and is conveniently located in the centre of the restaurant district near to most of the major Mining Offices. It's also a short walk to the TOBALABA train station. Huge suites, plenty of space to work, good restaurant and gym plus a sauna.

Great choice for Santiago”

Love the idea of a separate bedroom, lounge and kitchenette. The walk-in robe is also superb. Location is great too

Nice option”

It´s a nice hotel, very beautiful, the restaurant where you have breakfast is wonderful in the 17th floor and you can see everywhere in Santiago. Its a good choice.

An excellent hotel”

The hotel was much better than expected. In general 5* hotels in Santiago at this price are 3* at best - this was a good four star. The room with seperate lounge, cooking facilities (not used) and big bathroom presented value for money. Excellent service and attention. The breakfast on the 17 th floor was great.

A place to remember”

Perfect and very accessible. It was our first visit to South America and the first country and city. At first we were afraid because the rumor we heard is the language problem. To our surprise when we arrived at the Santiago airport, English is being spoken and getting a taxi and reaching our hotel was not a problem. When we got to our rooms, we were surprised because we never thought we booked a suite. Imagine a large room with large toilet and bath. The following morning we were treated to a sumptuous buffet breakfast. Immediately we got very good impression of our hotel and the city of Santiago.

Location is amazing .. surrounded by good restaurants (The famous Tiramisu is just a short walk away) .. within 5 minutes walk to a new shopping mall, starbucks, currency exchanges, subways ..

Great Location and big room for the suite”

Room is great for the suites but the internet is not smooth to use. I cannot open some website to book my tickets.

Good hotel in great location”

The hotel has WIFI in lobby and restaurant areas. The staff support for local information is ok. Check-in and check-out is effcient, room size for price in ok.
