Un poco a las afueras de la ciudad, pero tienen servicio de alquiler de motos. La piscina y los desayunos están muy bien. El personal es amable y el hotel está limpio.

Great hotel with amazing breakfast ”

Great place with double swimming pool. The one thing I would correct is the breakfast service. Girls were making that as they were hungry on the whole world. I can understand unprofessional students but their attitude could be much better!

Good: - spacious room, 4-star hardware facilities, gd varieties buffet breakfast, satisfactory Eng. standard of receptionists. Areas for Improvement: - strong & terrible peep smell behind the bed area, for which a deep cleaning is required.

Great stay free ride to airport ”

We stayed here for our last night in Phu Quoc. This is more on the strip and near the airport. We were able to check in early and our room was huge and lovely. Cute balcony with view of the pool. Clean sheets and bathroom.... a must. We rented a motorbike from them with ease. They set up our transportation which is free from the hotel to the airport and were on time to the airport.

The perfect choice for a perfect stay”

This is the third time I stay at Praha, not because I couldn't find another place (there are plenty of choices in the Island to please the average traveller), but because Praha Hotel is superb. To start with, the staff - the old staff recognise me every time I go, that's a nice feeling as it makes me feel like at home. The new staff is also nice and very friendly. Secondly, the service - for instance this time I needed a bike for a few days and although the hotel was completly full and the bikes too for that matter, the staff managed to get one from their own employee so i could enjoy my stay.

I stay here only one night. Excellence. The location is just right to the sea beach, especially when the sun is downing. It's just close to the center, so it's very quiet stay to enjoin, while take just few minutes to the chaos center street. The hotel is new, clean with a nice pool; romantic restaurant, with very helpful staffs.

Excellent staff, very cheerful and hospitable. Good location. New, clean and nice hotel. It should be more than 3-star as rated. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended. I will stay here definitely once I have a chance to visit Phu Quoc again.

Great and definitely is my hotel choice”

I and my parents stayed for 3 nights at a Triple deluxe room. I am a travel agent, so i could find where should be the best. Praha Hotel is just great with cleaniness, good breakfast and especially perfect staff (Receptionist Ms Diem and Ms Thao). Free airport transfers, useful advices and ...all nearly perfectly. This hotel is like 4*, not a 3* hotel. Totally agree the point over 9 and will my hotel choice for next time in Phu Quoc island Khách sạn tuyệt vời, giá cả hợp lý, nhân viên đặc biệt nhiệt tình và ân cần. Tất nhiên sẽ là lựa chọn khách sạn cho lần kỳ nghỉ tiếp theo của tôi và người thân.

Very friendly and helpful staff ”

The hotel is nice and clean, the staff was very helpful, free airport pick up and drop off. One thing i notice don't book a taxi or tour from the hotel , it costs more than you just walk out onto the street taxi everywhere and catch one for yourself. I went to the night market and got stopped by one guy he offer to take us around all day , any where we want to go and it only costs 400,0000VND which is about $18 usd , lots less than a normal taxi rate at the hotel which they don't take you around all day.

Simple basic rooms, pool ok, no restaurant or bar out of breakfast time, access to the beach through a dirty path full of plastic bags, one day rental for motorbike is only for 8 hours actually but they don't let you know, bad organization and set up for breakfast as it gets packed and no table available + long tables where you need to find a seat within and have breakfast with guests you don't know ... Really disappointing and can't understand how it got rated so high Very little English speaking btw, ok for me as I am living in Vietnam for so many years but my friends/guests were struggling to get things understood and done there

Great Pool, breakfast was ok , rooms clean , balcony nice but not in a great location not near the town or beach, taxis very cheap here and a great pick up service from airport. Good place to start and get your bearings on the island

Great room / average facilities”

Praha Hotel is pretty new bulit - I believe in 2015. The room is good with nice bathroom and a very good bed. Balcony also nice and since room facing the mountain, the room isvery quiet. The swimming pool was disappointing as water was not that clean and as the swimming pool is situated on the back side / mountain side of the hotel, it is in the shadow side and therefore the water is rather cold. The breakfast menu got a lot of variety from omelette, fresh fruits to pancakes. Quality is average but satisfactory for a 3 star hotel I take

Perfect pool, friendly staff, spectacular seaview from upper floor rooms ”

The hotel is located in an area with some of the best restaurants on Phu Quoc Island. My parents and l spent two wonderful nights there. Staff speak good English and are helpful. The breakfast buffet is tasty. The only drawback is that despite its nearness to the Long Beach, the road leading to the waterfront is muddy because of construction going on. I hope the government will build us a good road soon.

Hotel was nice and clean. On arrival they upgraded our room for free which was nice. Down side - you can hear everyone walking in corridor and we had noisy neighbours. Location: far from city and no place to eat around. Also no proper beach close to hotel. Food: only local breakfast and restaurant does not work after 10:00am.

Really friendly staff. Clean room with a nice balcony. Pool was a little bit cold but in a good size. Location was a bit far away from the city but not too far, we walked and if you don't want to walk there is plenty of taxis nearby.

Great value for money”

New hotel offering great value for money. It's not located directly at the beach (Cross a street and walk 200m) but the money safed here vs. the beach resort will more than cover the taxi-ride to the best beaches of the island. Rooms are clean, breakfast not worth mentioning, pool nothing special but ok. Would come back any time. Free airport shuttle!
