Ruidoso y algo extraño”
La idea de un hotel en el aeropuerto, dentro del mismo, es genial pero en este caso les fallan varias cosas. Las puertas no aislan del ruido del pasillo con lo que durante toda la noche estás oyendo gente entrando y saliendo. Además, en mi habitación había otra puerta para acceder a algún cuarto desconocido y a la medianoche vinieron empleados del hotel que querían entrar en el mismo. Me pareció extraño y poco habitual que hagan eso en las habitaciones de sus clientes.

I really enjoy my stay here and I will definitely be back here again and again. The staff was wonderful, but the convenience of just staying here in the Airport between the flights was so terrific. The lounge offered a selection of beautiful foods and beverages in a very relaxing setting. The rooms very not spacious, but offered a peaceful ambiance and a very restful sleep. Showers, Aircond and WiFI worked well. I felt so refreshed after having been staying there for the 12 hours. So great, Thank you. Observation: The kitchen staff could show a more friendly attitude. To be shy is OK, but your customers need to see your beautiful smiles and friendly attitudes. Cheers

Excellent hotel for a transit hotel. Booked 2 family rooms but they gave us 4 double plus rooms (connecting room) as the family room is fully occupied. Room is very clean and spacious completed with toiletries. Breakfast provided but for us the breakfast is good (dont compare with the 5 stars hotel). Children below 12 years stay for FREE using existing bed.

perfect in every way for an overnight layover”
this was the first time we have tried staying at the new KLIA2 airport for a lay over instead of heading into KL. It was perfect, clean and comfortable rooms, tea and coffee facilities provided. great shower to freshen up and great staff. Cannot recommend this hotel any higher.

Very good as per my previous review. A bit noisy with people coming and going (via the corridor) during the night due to the transient nature of the hotel, but otherwise excellent on all other fronts. - Two options of pillows would be a great improvement as the only option provided in our room for the second stay were not comfortable at all.

Comfortable room and bed. It is very clean. Truly worth the value as it comes with meal! It is definitely an ideal place to stay overnight for 6 hours if you are catching the next flight. It comes with meal. Great Breakfast.

We were staying here due to we need to to go klia to send our family to perform umrah. We want to avoid heavy trafic early in the morning and decision to stay here is one of the best decision i ever made. From klia2-klia just 2 mins away by erl. Will definitely stay here again. Room is spacious. Toilet is clean.

Very Nice Staging Area Following Penang Surface Journey For Flight”
Despite some locator problems both with my reservation and the site of the facility inside the terminal, this turned out to be a very smart choice despite the higher price than I usually pay for a KL hotel. It was very comforting to know that any and all needed services could be obtained within a lift ride. Pressure was also lifted as I was in place for my upcoming flight without having to run any risk of missing it due to traffic, which is an ongoing local concern. Only criticisms involved unclear signage and free food that I missed on arrival as the lounge/dining area signs and appearance were misleading. I wound up going upstairs to buy food because of this issue, when I did not have to do so. This facility is an absolute no-brainer if either transiting to/from different transpo forms in Malaysia or catching morning flights elsewhere. Perfect for my needs at the time. Grade A-.

It was my first to stay at this hotel. So glad that I found this place to stay for a night during my transit time. Reasonable price, Clean, new, comfortable bed, fast wifi and also included buffet food and drink. That’s all I need. Will stay again next time .

Surprise to learn that its room is really well designed, with attached bathroom in reasonable size, bed is comfortable, lightning is adequate, location is excellent, come with free meal and breakfast start serving as early as 4am. Only the noise from next room & outside corridor can easily be heard.

Everything about our stay here was perfect! Super convenient at an affordable price. Pretty spacious room and bathroom with TV that comes with a lot of channels. Comfortable bedding. It was inclusive of 1 meal that's redeemable anytime 24/7. We had a flight at 7am, so we could get an early breakfast! No need to rush as the departure hall was just a few minutes' walk. Super satisfied, would definitely recommend and stay again if I have a layover!

I read the some of the reviews complained about the food however i have a different experience. I love the food and the menu changes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper. So if u want to eat something heavy, dont go after 10pm cz thats when they serve light meal for supper. The bed is so cozy and the room has good space for bags as we had 5 luggages. Water pressure at the shower was so satisfying. Overall I will definitely come back

it's near to check in counter. clean, comfort, and foods are provided all day long. beware ~ make sure you book through agoda which state clearly including meals and room. we are happy to stay in aerotel! definitely will come back again.

We booked for 12 hours at RM197, comfortable room with good amenities.. breakfast was good... few minutes walk to check in counter.. a great night stop when you have very early morning flight ..

I arrived late around 1230midnight and due to miscommunication between staff the room was not available..but i was lucky as they upgraded my room to another hotel opposite called Aerotel Hotel KLIA2..the room was much bigger..totally satisfied But for meal,as i was being changed to another hotel,i had to choose a meal only..if at lounge the food was freely accessable..but still the meal was fair even though i still prefer at lounge..

Superb location n good enough facilities. But i a bit upset with the meals arrangement. Previously they had meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Now they only have breakfast.. I asked the reception, and he said the mgt wanted to cut the cost. Emmm ..why I chose this transit hotel previously because they had these 3 type of meals provded by the guests ..now no more...

We arrived at the airport from Langkawi after 10pm, and the next flight coming home was 10:30am on the next day. We only wanted a room to sleep but it turned out we enjoyed meal and drink including beer during our stay. We went to the check-in counter for our flight in the morning then back to the lounge for breakfast. Stress free as we didn't have to worry about getting late for checking in because of the traffic or anything.
