We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was great and always so welcoming ready to do whatever they could to make us comfortable. Breakfasts were very good and the stuff was very kind and willing to help. I requested a late check out which was granted by the staff with no extra charge. Before we leave, we ask whether any extra surgical mask for us because we couldn't get it at anywhere. And the stuff try his best to get it for us, I was so pleased with that. The stay is not only beautiful but genuinely comfortable and thoughtful place for guests.

It was a decent short getaway for my family especially for my 2-year old. The building is old but the room was refurbished and well maintained. The room and bed are clean, enjoyed the bathtub with city view as well. Overall a pleasant stay. Just a small note that sad to know the free shuttle to Mid Valley mall discontinued, the area got no shop around so we just settled our meals in the hotel.

A good hotel for a decent price”
Stayed here for 3D2N staycation and overall it was a good experience. The hotel is located in a strategic location, still in the city but away from KL city center. There is a mall opposite the hotel, LRT stations within the area and close to Bangsar which has malls and lots of places to eat. The best feature for the room is definitely the bathtub. It is long and a good size and since it's located quite close to the bed (a glass window separates bed and bathroom) I could watch TV while soaking in the bathtub. The only cons is; the hotel should include a non-slip/ rubber mat inside the bathtub for safety precautions.

The room is really big and comfortable. The bathroom is modern and spacious. The food was delish! The pool is great. The staff is polite and helpful. Everything is perfect. We really enjoyed our stayed here until my kid cried and begged to stay. Would definitely come again in the future.

I love the room design, bath tub and the tip top cleanliness. They have basement parking for their guests which I found it very convenient. However, water will leak to the washroom when shower. There are stains on the outer window which make the view less attractive. Overall stay is nice.

Yes, I recommend this hotel because it provides good service. While here, the second day the air conditioner in my room was a bit technical issue, after I complained to the hotel, I was given another new room and additional time to check out, it was a good move. Other, clean room, clean bathroom, no unpleasant odor, everything is perfect.

Washroom drainage was not good. Bathtub and shower area can’t be drained at the same time. And most importantly not able to connect hdmi cable to tv, so we couldn’t watch our favourite shows/movies and provided channels were lousy. Wifi connection was really bad, slowwww. Otherwise good room condition, clean and spacious.

Deluxe room king bed upgraded to grand deluxe room”
So far I have good experience there, which I will give 4 stars overall. Staff: friendly and kind, they even help to upgraded my booking room from deluxe room to grand deluxe, by paying the original amount. Really love the room environment. The bad thing was Smell: we realise some weird smell when we enter the room, we guess is some sort like the moisture smell, but the smell gone when you on the aircond. Light: there is some light is burned outside the corridor, which make it look so much dimmer and scarier especially for girls. And some light inside the room not working as well, guess that some light bulb burned up too. Car park: visitor only allow to park after D2 basement, but it’s okay if it’s near to the lift, and it can be waived which means there is no parking fees charged. So far okay for me, overall still 4 stars but if there is improvements on those we mentioned that we definitely will come back again next time.
