El trato del personal del hotel fue excelente desde nuestra llegada, consultandonos en todo momento cuales eran nuestras preferencias, y finalmente nos dieron una estupenda habitaciòn en el piso 27 con muy buenas vistas a las "Torres Petronas". Por otro lado el hotel está muy bien situado con respecto a los puntos de interés turístico. en general ha sido una muy buena experiencia. GRACIAS

During check in I was attended by Front office name Joey. She was thoughtful and very friendly. We have to wait for the room to be ready about 1 hour. Then you staff Mr Nizam have help me to get my room key since they are verg long que in check in counter and Joey are very attached to other customer. This is 3rd time Mr Nizam have help us through the check in process. Kudos to him. I have also ordered from room service 2 dishes Penang Char Koey Teow and Fried Rice. Somehow the food sent to us was not up to the standards as describe in menu with no prawns, chicken or cockles. I have call back to lodge my complaint and they said they have sent me the wrong order. They remove the charges and let us eat the food. Somehow the koew teow are too oily and salty. As for the fried rice it is too plain no taste at all. Since I have not paid for it I dont mind. Jokey for parking also very helpful and thoughtful. Room entertainment somehow need some improvement. Vision four channel is too slow, some channel like sports are not available. Option for kids channel are less as well. I believed in this current world, your hotel need to improve in this area as more people are travel to relax and enjoy in room. also kudos to housekeeping team for their pro-active approach asking us what are the suitable time to make up our room.

Accomodating and Good Location”
I would like to say that my stay has been a easy breezy one. The Grand Deluxe room is clean and big. Only improvement is with the TV channels as it quite limited. Location is fantastic which is walking distance to Pavilion and nearby hotspots. I would also like to compliment a staff named Farhan when he is doing the check in counter in 1st December 2019. He is very accomodating to my requests and patiently explained to me. He tried his best to help me out with my room change request. He gave a me a very good lasting impression about the whole experience in Pullman. Thank You Farhan.

The Best Stay on Our Wedding Night”
Husband and I were glad that we chose Pullman KLCC as venue for our wedding reception, and the Executive Suite was fabulous. The interior, room amenities, the shower and bath tub, we got a view of the KL Tower right from our gigantic glass window, everything meets the criteria of a reputable hotel. We were impressed by the hotel deco and thoughtful touch throughout the entire hotel too. Breakfast selection was great and tasteful, and kudos to the chefs and staffs at Sedap Restaurant; they were all so friendly, professional, and attentive - it was an outstanding service with food so sedap (tasty)! They presented Malaysian delicacies at its best, perfect for foreign travelers to try. All in all, we will come back to stay/ leisure at the hotel, and will look forward to dine at the Sedap Restaurant again. ** Tips Hotel is located right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur but at the area where it is not too crowded or noisy. Walking distant to Pavillion and KLCC.

Marvellous Hotel”
The hotel is excellent, I stayed for 6 nights. Hotel staff are helpful and allowed me to do the early checked having traveled a long distance back from out station. The hotel is strategically located in the kl city centre. Pavilion mall is just a few mins walk away. There were many great restaurants and shopping malls nearby. I even walked to the Klcc for a movie via a covered bridge ! The room was spacious, and cleaned. Breakfast was great. Hotel staff are mostly helpful and polite. They treat guess with respect. High recommended hotel!

The reception and room service is very much improved and excellent. Pullman Hotel always is my priority choice for staying at KL as the location is very convenient, clean room and amazing shower facilities which make us enjoy the stay. The Most Amazing Happening is hotel rewarded me as the guest of the day, which the breakfast for my room is complimentary and free access to executive lounge. That’s was surprising me and feeling honour that I’m a loyal guest to Pullman Hotel.

Great hotel in a good location”
We really enjoyed our stay, our room was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of amenities including toiletries, coffee and tea, bottled water, bathrobes and slippers. The location is great as it’s very near to all the malls along Bukit Bintang and just a short walk to Pavillion. All the staff at Pullman KLCC are lovely. The breakfast buffet is good but not impressive. The only negative is that the pool doesn’t get much sun and is pretty small, and looks like it was built in the 80’s. But other than that, our stay was pretty much perfect.

Bunk beds!!!”
The 2-bedroom apartment we booked had bunk beds in one of the rooms. My daughters (7 and 5 years old) told me that this was the best hotel (apartment and b&b included) they had ever stay! The apartment was huge and clean. And the hotel was just next to another hotel (Banyan Tree) which was connected to Pavilion shopping mall via a pedestrian bridge. Best place to be if you are traveling with young children.

Thanks pullman.. One of my best stay ever! Staff, room n facility all 5 star 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟 check in at 9pm and request room decoration at 6pm the same day, and they manage to do it.. Good job! The staff at reception also wish me happy anniversary upon my check in.. Awhh thanks 😍 having nasi goreng thai on breakfast and it is so delicious 😋 bathroom so large and love the shower with high water pressure which feel like someone massage my scalp 😆 overall i can say is it is very worth to stay at pullman.. Thanks for the great services and for sure will come again 😘😘

Extremely spacious apartment unit”
My first time here after Pullman took over the hotel. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was also super spacious and my toddler niece was more than happy to keep on exploring the room. Definitely will come back to stay with my bigger family. The only improvement needed is probably more reception personnel to cater for bigger crowd checking in during this SOP period. I was lucky to only have 8 persons in front of me but that alone had made me stand in Q for more than half hour before I turn around and see the Q behind me was easily more than 20 people. Nonetheless the stay was great, food was great and we managed to do quick shopping trip to Pavillion as well..which is only like 5 mins away walking.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, I've booked 1 X 2 Bedroom Apartment but when check in time hotel staff did informed me say only smoking rooms is available, at the same time he offer me free upgrade to Premium Deluxe King Bed in connecting room & free breakfast to us. Hotel room is very clean & comfortable. Hotel breakfast is nice. Good location. Great place to stay.

I knew before my arrival that I had great expectations of this hotel. This was confirmed upon arrival, during my stay and after departure. I felt that all my expectations were met, the staff were great, location was not bad too (because I didn't mind walking to and fro) and breakfast was exceptionally good. The best part of the stay was of course the toilet. Given that I am a very fussy and particular guest, toilets to me are always the first impression of the hotel. Cleanliness (room and toilet) was up to standard but of course, who doesn't love a good bath tub time! Definitely will come back again to Pullman if I come back to KL again!

Level 10 was amazing. ”
Booked for 2 room apartment.It was huge and luxe. I like the main room with the curve glasses wall. Complete with kitchen utilities. Every room has tv.. The most favourite level for my kids was on level 10..there was a play zone room that provide ps4 for you to play and small playground. The staff name Gobi was friendly and helpful but also very strict bout the rules Hahaha.. Swimming pool, spa, gym also at level 10..everything was fine except for the breakfast. It was crowded especially on weekends.. They should prepare another place or hall. Maybe will come back again.

Stayed here during long weekend public holiday. Location is superb. Just 5minutes walk to sheltered link bridge to Pavilion or KLCC. Nearby have a Hakka Restaurant which serve really authentic Hakka Cuisine at a reasonable price. Breakfast spread is good. However it is difficult for solo traveller to keep their table when they go and take some food as we wont be leaving any thing on table to look like it is still occupy. I had my table clean up and someone was sitting at my table when I went to get some tea. Ended up sitting at a huge table. Maybe they should do something like "Marche" which have a indication to say this table is taken/available. Swimming pool is abit small to share with residence and hotel guests. House keeping staff seem to not have a check list to ensure items are replenish properly. One day all the amenity were left in the sink, next day forgot to leave a floor towel/mat. However overall it is still a good stay. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Would stay there again.

The hotel itself is superb. Unfortunately, agoda needs to update their room information in their system. Initially, i chose the hotel (based on agoda booking details) because of the bunk bed room they offered. I chose 2 bedroom apartment though there are only 3 of us for the sake of my kids’ preference. Once checked in, i have been told by the most helpful staff of Pullman, Mr Hasbullah, the room with bunk bed is only for suite room which has been occupied. The children are really frustrated. Luckily my sister brought over her children to our apartment and occupied the children with their own activities. Overall, the service of the hotel is excellence except for the ‘rude’ phone operator...

Very impressive accommodation and services. I spent only a night but felt very comfy and convinient. Got the corner room which is very large and well-decorated. The bed made me fell-asleep all the time. Room is clean and tidy. The front staffs are warmed-welcome and helpful. Totally love the hotel and would definitely stay here again.
