5 Star Hotel in Great location ”
Great luxury hotel located on the the southern portion of Naha Trang beach. I was upgraded for the week to an Executive Room with Balcony which was a spacious upscale room (see photos). The view from the balcony was fantastic. The hotel has all the services and amenities you expect from a 5 star hotel for a relaxing luxury vacation. There is an onsite upscale Spa - although you get very good less expensive massages in the neighborhood, you don’t get the clean private room with A/C, sauna, steam, shower etc. it’s worth the few dollars more. There is great great pool on 5th floor which is covered from the tropical sun to keep water cool and has a great breeze in afternoon. I had the seafood buffet at the rooftop restaurant which had a good selection at a very reasonable price. A great breakfast buffet is also included and a VIP room with more customized selections for certain rooms. The staff was very friendly and always looking to help - I can’t remember all their names but everyone was polite and attentive. Note for English speakers - the area primarily caters to Russian and Chinese tourists so there are few English speaking travelers so little English is spoken in the area. The hotel has several on staff who do speak English which is helpful but you will need Google Translate for most situations beyond the basics when communicating with local restaurant and other shop staff. The area has a wide variety of restaurants serving excellent fresh seafood, along with a good selection of street food vendors, spas, tourist items, etc. So everything you need is in walking distance. You will need to cross the (busy) street to get to beach (all hotels in Naha Trang) and the 3 most popular beach restaurants / bars are all in short walking distance. The beach is excellent with soft sand and swimmable water. The hotel provides towels but you need to rent chairs / umbrellas from one of the beachfront restaurants - reasonable prices (they have waiter service but beer

No joke. This hotel did an excellent job on accommodating us. We were coming to Nha trang for the first time and the front desk was very kind, helpful, sweet, and attentive. Our room was clean and had a great view! Its a VERY short walk to teh beach with their own private area providing chairs and umbrellas & towels!. Check in was easy so was check out. Breakfast was well worth it, lots of options, delicious Pho <3 Next door is a pharmacy and a laundromat. also a convenience store that has awesome owners. The hotel has an awesome gym and pool with gorgeous views. Loved everything about this Hotel, definitely will return.

I visited here with my family! This hotel is very close to the beach, so I can see the beach in my room, so I can enjoy a really beautiful view! Also room conditions are so nice and lovely! The bed was so big and comfortable that it was good to relieve the fatigue from the trip. The breakfast was very neat and varied! All the staff members were kind! There was no inconvenience in communicating in English! The street was so close to downtown that it was nice to go anywhere easily. If I come back to Natrang, I want to come here again. My parents loved this place so much. Every moment here was perfect!

We had the Queen Ann King suite, which was great! It is spacious, and has a big bathroom, and an additional toilet room. Staying in the suite, also meant having access to a VIP lounge for breakfast, which was very nice and quiet. The staff is very nice. The beach is just on the other side of the road, and the staff on the beach was also very nice and helpful.

Thank you to Ms.Trang (front desk) we had a great 2 nights trip in Nha Trang. The beach is right in front of the hotel so it was very easy to walk to the beach. The rooms and other services were all good. And the price was quite cheap for its facilifies, location and services of 5-star Hotel. Highly recommend.

Great location, nice hotel & really good facilities It should have 5* as hotel rated BUT… Nearby there’s a bar which opened very late & the dance music too noisy at night until 1:00 at least. Seaview rooms with balcony can not sleep due to the noise. The other rooms inside maybe better, Hope the owner can solve it asap.

Spend 2 nights in Queen Ann, location is great (5 more minutes walk to city center compare to other hotels near down town but a nice walk along beach it's great) The room was excellent as well as the bath tub and so on, awesome view to the sea (sadly it was raining constantly)
