The AC was not working properly in the room and rooms were stinky due to carpet in the lobby area. Few more lights can be added to the Lobby of delux room. Dark carpet made it look dull, untidy and gloomy.

We stayed with our 11month old daughter and the experience was absolutely amazing. The staff was very courteous and co-operative in everything. Special thanks to the Chef who cooked special food for my daughter. Will surely visit again.

They could have given us a room with a better view”
On a holiday we expect the best room with the best view but it appeared that the hotel staff was reluctant to give us a pool facing room where they have more than 60 pool facing rooms, they claimed hotel was fully occupied. It didn’t seem so to us. We requested several times but they didn’t relent. They have only one restaurant on the premises and if their hotel was fully occupied that’s 102 rooms that means they were already 200 people. We didn’t see 200 people so I think it’s their job to look busy. It was our daughter’s birthday and she loves swimming but we were disappointed in spite of making this booking more a month ago.

Excellent location, resort, food, service, enjoyed thoroughly”
Excellent resort located in green part of Karjat next to Ulhas rivee. The service was with a smile and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The room had a pool view The pool was the best part of the huge property. Overall enjoyed thoroughly. Very bad roads though the moment you cross two tolls to head towards Karjat after the Mumbai Pune expressway Shedung exit. The service at the reception, restaurant and housekeeping are the excellent. The buffet for dinner was excellent with veg, Jain and non veg options. The resort has a kid's area with swings, slide, and a merry- go-round, table tennis table and a kid's gaming area too with carrom boards, Nintendo Wii, small vehicles for kids to ride on, indoor board games and stuffed toys. The swiming pool has 2 kids area with 2 feet depth and large pool with 4 feet depth. The staff at the reception also organized a wonderful birthday cake on short notice. The staff at the restaurant was reluctant to join tables for dinner for our group.

Avoid, Not value for Money, Like a Hotel and not resort..!”
I booked a room with pool view by paying approx Rs. 700 extra but got the garden view (#104) and when I asked they said it’s a pool view. If I go by their definition of pool view room then all the rooms are with pool view we don’t have to pay extra. I asked for 1st foot room but they refused that all are allotted however they they have allotted rooms at the 1st floor to the ppl checked in after us. I feel they give preference who has booked directly and not to ppl who has booked Agoda, MMT, etc. (this feedback is for Agoda as I booked through them). Room & bathroom are very small. Also, bathroom tiles are broken and can be dangerous to any visitor. Showers / pool changing room’s showers were not working and one of the bathroom doesn’t have handle (can’t take pick as not having camera). Jacuzzi was not working one side of the area (they have 2 side) one side can accommodate 4-5 ppl. When I asked why it is now t working staff said Jacuzzi pump is getting repaired. There is nothing like a resort..it’s like a hotel with open area..kids play are are worst then the play area what I have at my society. I think the property can be categorised as 3* instead of 5*. Property not at all value for money. It has worth of around Rs. 5K even on weekends. I paid Rs. 10,285 through Agoda but got the bill from property for only Rs. 9,095. I want to know what extra I have been charged or need a refund of Rs. 1,190. Food is ok not great. Limited options in breakfast. They don’t have pool tube for kids. When I asked they said you need to buy one for your kids. The property is still under construction. Don’t select the property basis the photos uploaded by property management. (Its real to the extent of their existence and not butification except the reception area). The only good thing I found is the pool are which is huge and good (except Jacuzzi & tube or other accessories for pool), see above). This is as expected since the property is rated 5* and charging Rs. 10K+.

Recommend for stay for a relaxing short weekend getaway Good: Hotel Facilities, cleanliness, food, spa treatments, staff Not so good: Kids garden, location Couple things for travelers to consider 1- power cuts. this hotel faced at least 15-20 power cuts a day from MSEB 2- 15-18 kms or so from karjat chowk to the hotel is unmaintained road 3- food options limited to hotel restaurant unless prepare dto drive on bumpy road 4- not much sightseeing options close-by I was traveling with my family and parents and had hotel bookings in multiple locations with Radisson.It seemed as though the hotel had some sort of directive for agoda bookings and staff kept quoting "booking through agoda" as reason for not accommodating requests. Just made us feel a bit unwelcome. We actually cancelled my other radisson bookings after this stay and also checked out a day earlier

We had stayed for 2 nights. We were 5 of us. The property is good including facilities. However I'd like to flag out the food was something which was a problem. Out of 5 majority of us were down with stomach issues. One was down same day, we didn't pay attention but by the time we were back majority of us have stomach upset issues. Called them n told too they mentioned they haven't recieved any such complaints. I'd rather stay to avoid as there are no nearby food joints too.. Another thing their buffet spread is not that great too. Had been there on 30thdec checked out on 1st Jan. Would not visit here again mainly due to food!
Probably one of the best hotel in and around Karjat with almost all the facilities and services required to suit once needs.

This is my last booking with Agoda and I am a potential person for mouth publicity against agoda. The rates displayed were without taxes. The plan displayed was a European plan. We felt tricked by Agoda. Why should there be cover up in an attempt to get business. Not a pleasant experience after paying all the additional charges!.

For pool time with kids and for nothing else”
The room was good, clean and nice overall. Nice bed and pillows. Our shower was throwing water directly at the bathroom door though and making a mess. The staff was friendly and helpful when asked for anything, though not eager to check whether you needed anything - ask and you shall receive. The food was a disappointment though and definitely not value for money. The biryani was too spicy but at the same time, quite tasteless since the meat wasn't cooked well. The vegetable dishes in the buffet weren't great either. Deserts were quite good though. The seafood restaurant isn't operational though its highlighted on the promotions on the hotel TV. Overall it's a place to go to for a couple of nights max if you want a good room and a pool to relax in and don't care much for any sightseeing or don't care for great food.

I have booked 4 rooms , We went there in a group , Management of the hotel was pathetic. There was always miscommunication between the Staff itself. Staff were not at all helpful. View of the rooms was bad. Room service was not upto the mark
