El hotel está bastante bien calidad-precio. Habitación y baño amplios y limpios. El único dato a tener en cuenta es que hay que pagar a parte las toallas, TV y Aire acondicionado (cada cosa tiene un precio)

Una estancia agradable, el personal es muy atento y muy cerca del hotel hay dos centros comerciales y un mercado de frutos secos y artículos de importación. Los traslados al aeropuerto son más baratos con las mini van de la empresa que hay a pocos metros del hotel, que con su transporte con taxis.

El hotel está bien, moderno, limpio y céntrico. Las chicas de recepción son muy amables, aunque nosotros nos tuvimos que pelear con el personal para que nos limpiaran la habitación después dos días sin limpiarla. Echamos en falta que solo te den una tarjeta-llave por habitación. Cada vez que uno de nosotros dos tenía que bajar a recepción tenía que llevarse la tarjeta-llave de la habitación ya que la necesitas para subir por el ascensor. Así que el se quedaba en la habitación se tenía que quedar a oscuras y sin televisión. Para el cambio de toallas tienes que bajar tú las toallas sucias a recepción para que te den unas limpias y esto nos parecía algo incómodo. Por lo demás bien. La habitación es amplia, y la cama cómoda.

Took the hotel as it was at center point to connect to the places we wanted to go. It was more of a jackpot as the hotel by itself gave us the feel to keep staying there without worries. For the price we paid, the room we got was very spacious. We thought we might end up cramping ourselves in but it was enough to accommodate another additional bed with much room space left for us to move. The bathroom is well maintained and very much clean compared to hotels we have stayed. Strategy enough that we were surrounded with good restaurants and 7-eleven outlets especially. Walking distance to Lee Garden which made it a much wiser choice to pick. They have tuk-tuk guys waiting infront to help you move around. But it depends how you negotiate with them on the pricing. Pick a ride and engage with them for a tour. Most of the understand english well but hardly speaks fluently. Overall, we would love to return and stay at their hotel for our next visit.

Here's my review: 1. Easy access - 9/10. Nearby almost attractive location. Especially if you choose to travel using train, this hotel is perfect to stay! There is tuktuk always passing by or waiting in front of the hotel, so no hassle for you to find transport to walk around. 2. Super clean - 10/10. I have no further comment about the cleanliness of this hotel. The room that I pay is comfort and clean. To my surprise the room is equipped with hair dryer where I really need it. Best! Bathroom is awesome too. 3. Friendly and efficient front desk - 10/10. They can speak English well, friendly and provide assistance according to your needs. 4. Definitely will going to stay again for the next visit! Love it!

The Staff really Friendly and kindness ”
I have forgot to bring the Hello Kitty doll from the Hotel , and after reached to Malaysia only notice that. I was very upset because that Hello kitty is a limited edition from Thailand which cant get in my country . After that I try to leave a message to the hotel(agoda) , and hopefully they can get back the doll and sent back to me . Seriously , the staff is really kindness , they asking me the address to delivery and sent back to me without any charge ! Today I have receive the parcel , they safely arrived , and the parcel fee is cost 184 Baht. I’m really touching on this. I has been stay in this hotel 3 times already when every-time travel to Hatyai , because of the staff friendly attitude make me comfort .

love the room, very spacious. great aircond, and very clean. Receptionist and staffs are very good and friendly. Room access also very secure as you need card access in order to enter the lift. Great wifi as well. Location wise also good as it is stragetic, located at the centre, 6 mins to/from train station, lee garden. So can just walk to everywhere in the city. They got tour desk in front of the hotel and tuktuk also. Overall, its a great place to stay in Hatyai. Hotel doesnt look old.

The room was spacious dan clean. The room has a window and allowed a nice view of Hatyai town. The front desk receptionist was very helpful and friendly, check in and check out process was smooth and easy. No deposit needed and water dispenser also provided in the hotel lobby. The hotel was also walking distance Lee garden Night Market and famous eateries such as kai tod decha and Salma restaurant

This hotel is simply one of the best hotel in Hat Yai, we were greeted by polite and friendly reception staff, and enjoyed each moment here as travellers. They do not provide water bottles, which was a let down but there was a water dispenser at corridor. It’s a walking distance hotel to many places such as the night market, lee garden plaza and many street food market. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would come back again. Pro tip: if you want to book a cab, use grab in Thailand and do not book cabs at this hotel reception since they overcharge you. And always book ahead in Agoda at least one month before your trip for special discounts.

My check in was a little late due to they have full house yesterday. The location is quite good 10 mins walk to lee garden , the room are clean, the staff were helpful especially the cleaning staff they have such a good curtesy. Other than that the hotel provide the grab promo code with a 3 times 50 percent promo , it is much cheaper than tuktuk car. Definitely come back again, pleasant stay.

You can get this room with cheap price but you will get the best experience because the room very clean, wide, and easy to access around town. Just takes 5 minute walking from this hotel to Hatyai Night Market.

I’m amazed that they provided hair dryer in the room. Oh ours was twin room with a/c. We asked for the iron from the reception counter using chat with front desk in the red planet app. The staff is very helpful and they replied us right away. Good job Red Planet team!

For those having own transport, this hotel is a great bargain. Price is cheap and well maintained. I booked 3 triple standard rooms + 1 standard room for my family and they we're so happy because the room were spacious. Surprisingly this hotel provided tooth brush set which u can never get from those more expensive hotels in town. Will coming back again for sure..

Great price (B 400). + thorough daily cleaning and linens changing; + English speaking staff; + Parking; + spacious rooms; + bathroom is good, water flow is great! - No furniture in our room. Get ready to store everything in your suitcases and bags; - Elevator is accessible with a card only which is good for safety, but GUYS, take a deposit and give us another card! We are a couple, means 2 people. One leaves and the electricity blacks out. Or you ask the staff to help you to use the elevator like you are a beggar 🤣🤣🤣
