Plus: my room at 42nd floor so the view is amazing. there is fitness center and swimming pool, the wifi is very fast Minus: dirty swimming pool. Check-in took up to half an hour and the room was in a different tower from the check-in location so it was far enough. there was no mineral water, no free parking for those who booked rooms and parking fees were the same as for mall visitors.

We were given room that has broken spring bed, the bed collapsed when we slept on it. No wifi, TV didn't work either. The staff mentioned that's what you get when you book with cheaper rate online. Another staff managed to change the room, this time the bed was 'only' partially collapsed. We won't consider this property in the future, even for free.

-my deposits doesn't return. they reason because i booked from agoda, so i couldn't got smoking in a room. its sucks place. -water heater doesn't worked at all -light on bathroom blinking all the time

After I checked in I discovered there was no wifi. When I went back down to the lobby I was told wifi was out in both towers for the day and there was nothing that could be done about it. After I booked another hotel and asked for a refund, which they refused, they told me I could switch towers to get wifi. What a waste! The bath towel was like sand paper and unuseable. There were ants all over the room. The hallways smelled terrible. Almost nothing in the mall is open and there is no or little air conditionion.
