I will come back to Phu Quoc again for the Regent. Very friendly and competent staff. The expression always makes me feel good. The feeling of being treated with extreme hospitality. You can enjoy yoga classes and water sports. There is a clean and peacefully maintained swimming pool. A hotel where you can see the effort and interest of all the staff in every corner. Even if you explain it in words, you can't tell all the advantages. I really hope that you will experience it once. The staff everywhere goes out of their way to see what we need, and they are very friendly and try to help as much as possible. The service is top. All the staffs and managers help us to have a memorable stay. The food is really good. With the price of soft opening, this is a very good deal. However, believe me, the breakfast is unbeatable, all three restaurants are really good, the club is good too!!!!

It is no doubt that this is the latest and the best facility. However difference is made by staffs. From breakfast restaurants, beach, and I ordered limousine service to go back to Hanoi and surprised by Korean speaking staff who waited for me and guided to check in counter. Thumbs up.

We absolutely loved this place ! Every detail is so thought trough, convenient & comfortable. We once stayed in a Garden Pool Bungalow and once in an Ocean View Suite and we absolutely loved both. The breakfast is about as good as it gets. And the main asset is the superb staff. Make sure to take the bikes to go around the compound. The gym is not perfectly equiped but the view and the offered drinks and snacks make up for it. Sure, it is a bit more expensive, but totally worth the money. We will definitely come back !

Excellent staff. Room is well stocked above and beyond. Awesome breakfast and food! Too bad it was raining when we went, so couldn't enjoy much water activities. Spa is also great!

Nice beach - best amenities ”
New, big and nice resort. Good quatily amenities, good breakfast, good service. Staffs were supportive, helpful and kind. Nice swimming pool and beach also peaceful and quiet. I love this location. There was no soundproof at balconies of the rooms, so, noisy come from next door. But almost, it is really over 5 stars standard resort with reasonable room rate that you should try 1 time when you come to Phu Quoc

서비스는 최고 아낌없이 주셨어요 :) 요청사항을 빨리빨리 들어주셨어요. 헬스장 너무 좋아요 (머신이). 선셋 요가 여자선생님이셨는데 너무 좋았습니다!!!! 요가로 힐링받았어요 . 수영풀들이 다 널찍해서 여유롭게 물놀이했어요. 돌아다니는 사람들이 많지 않아서 늘 널널했어요. 오션뷰 묵었는데 오션뷰는 호텔방이라서 리조트 느낌이 더 날수 있는 가든풀 이상 윗단계 추천!! 리조트 내 식당들은 한국 물가보다 좀더 비싸요 한끼 오육만원 기본 나와요 . 오션클럽의 랍스타 기대했는데 그냥 그랬고... 푸꾸옥 해산물이 다 밍밍해서... 음식은 그리 기대하지마세요. 제주도 같은 곳이다 보니 재료가 좀 아쉬운 느낌..!! 라이스마켓 맛있어요. 조식은 먹을 만 하지만 뭐든지 한국의 5성급 이상을 바라면 안됩니다 ㅎㅎ 쌀국수는 맛있어요
