Quiet”

Good quiet place. The common area is old, but garden is still beautiful. Big area with stones and statues. Swimming pool not clean and restaurant poor. But the room is very nice, beautiful surroundings. Beach, lets say there is no beach. Everything looks neglected.

Stayed during Covid”

When we arrived we only just got a room as they were basically shutting down. The Restaurant wasnt open and no cooking facilities so you had to travel about 15 mins to get all your meals. Near the beach though

Service and Maintenance must really need to improve ..”

We arrived almost midnight and we were disappointed as there is no proper service gotten.Had hard time finding reception to check in,The security guard let us spoke to the manager over the phone with an unfriendly tone saying we need to wait for him 20 minutes as he is home back already .And the property has not received any confirmation from our agoda booking well infact we receieved a confirmation email from properlty that it was confirmed and i have stated we will be checking in by midnight .Unsatisfied over the night spending as it seems the bedsheet blankets and pillowcase were not even changed for a month with few stains on it.

To show bu Agoda beutiful photo from big lovely pool area and day where we find the pool when we pay - but not tell the truth if was like a dirty toilet is fraud. Even Agoda let hotel stay in their sight after we proof with photo the truth of a brown soup ! And give them 5 days to answer .... extremly bad! In Agoda you could by breakfust - but even this was wrong!

Great atmosphere at beach front location and very quiet emvironment, but do not expect room facilities, such as shower and toilet, as well as bed-side lamp (many of those are out of order). But again, unusual natural expeience is there. Food was terrible, then find seafood restaurant nearby.

The room of this hotel is a little old. However it is open, big enough and clean. The hotel's environment is safe, quiet and peaceful. The beach is very beautiful and safe enough for children to play with.

Compared with my last visit to this Resort for more than 10 years ago until today I have to admit that the difference was depressing. Today this hotel lack proper maintenance and an huge upgrade to deserve to be called an well qualified Resort in this area.

Worst ever!!”

Haunted, deserted hotel/resort I have ever stayed in my entire life. Used to worked on Cruise ship and understand good experiences or bad expereinces are. This was beyond believe.

amazing pool, right on the beach”

this is not a hotel, it is a deserted housing estate turned into a simple resort. breakfast was basic and minimal, you need your own transport, as there is nothing around and far from the main tourist areas. BUT! The pool is amazing, the garden is well kept. I enjoyed my stay here, but it is more like a 2 star bed and breakfast with an amazing pool.

Spacious surroundings, dated buildings”

We were on a short trip around Rayong. We only stayed here for one night. With our new born and a 3 year old children. The staff were pleasant and tried there best to please. The gardens were beautiul, and very spacious. The swimming pool is very well designed and very big, but it wasn't the cleanest pool I have ever swam in. The resort is located right on the beach, however it is not a sandy beach. It is slightly muddy, but not too much to put you off walking over it. If you walk out the sea is incredibly shallow for a long way out. When the tide goes out you can walk and explore a huge area. The room was very dated and everything in the room/bathroom needs refurbishing. Still for the cheap price I can't complain too much. It was a very quiet place, with very few people there. The breakfast was basic. There is a nice restaurant on the main road, but you definately need your own transport if you are staying here.

surrealistic huge empty resort ”

It was empty and they were cleaning the main pool. Distances inside the resort are huge. At night nothing to do, that goves a charm. Room was 90,s but big and beautiful.
