The lights were flickering all time and the water heater didn’t work”

We called the operators for many times about fixing things in the room but we had to wait all the time and kept repeating about those problems. When they came to see those broken things, they didn’t fix anything. Another problem was when I ordered foods, I told them about what I wanted, I pointed on the menu and kept repeating for 3 times but they served some of my foods and told me I didn’t order the rest of them. They took my money but didn’t give me receipt and didn’t tell me that they charged more for room service. Staff couldn’t speak English as they should be. Only one thing that worth money was their ocean view.

Creepy Hotel ”

Deluxe room was horrible. The balcony full of bird poo, room was big but very very old, the bathtub was dark yellow and broken also on the ceiling almost fall down in the bathroom. Don’t recommend this hotel because the picture isn’t the same in Agoda. For us just first time and last time that’s it!

Huge place and need more care and maintenance.”

The place looks very nice and big with beautiful ocean view as shown in the ads pics. However, the facility needs more maintenance and care from the owner all the way to the staffs. My room was nice and big, but the A/C was not working properly because it had not been service regularly. The air filters were filled with thick dust particles blocking the intake air to circulate the cold air for the room. The A/C unit was also dripping all night but they fixed it on the next day. Breakfast was sufficient but not impressive. Recommend for travelers who have their own vehicles. Hotel was about 45 mins away from Rayong. I only booked this hotel because of the 75% discount hot deal from Agoda. It was really worth the money. I’be gotten what I paid for.

Pleasant surprise that room slept 4 - a double bed, single plus a settee. Room was clean - all rooms have a view. Buffet breakfast included. Swimming pool area needed attention with timber decking old, swimming pool required cleaning and tile replacements. No food places in walking distance.

Amazing Restaurant staff (night shift)”

Got an amazing experience especially the care i got from the restaurant staff, Khun Pook and khun A who worked at night in the hotel restaurant (dinner time) really took care of me and my baby girl 'Bella'. My baby still remember the names and she passes her regards. I am really impressed by the care of khun Pook and khun A and therefore i would consider my experience as an amazing one and i would definitely return.

I took a long weekend away with my teenage son and had a great time. The room was spacious and had a great view. The Hotel is not advertised as 5 Star Hotel but it fell right in line with it's 3 star rating. We had a great time in the huge swimming pool and had a drive out into Rayong. Food was great when we ordered room service. I would recommend this place if you want some time out away from the madness. The beach is not so good but we did some successful shell collecting :-) Overall I had a good experience here.

worth the money, very good location ,big room”

Even though it's not a brand new hotel but the room is big and clean. I booked the room in the old building (Phla wing) which is cheaper than the new one. However if you have an elder,you better book the new building (Royal Wing) because it is quite a long way to walk to the old building.Kids pool is huge and shallow enough for 2 years old boy can walk by himself. Breakfast was great and variety.

The hotel located in a quite area. Panorama view and very large room with a good balcony. We enjoy a good view in the evening and morning. Get a change to swim in the large pool. The bathtub is a good size with hot water provided. Just a bit to look after the beach to be clean, it will be a lot better. Breakfast also fine, nothing much but work well enough. Looking forward to be back there!

Good place for relaxation and weekend getaway”

This is a quite place for the weekends getaway if you'd like to speak the whole time at the resort since it is quite far from other city areas. The room is very nice which has beach view and the pool is very big and clean.

Nice hotel out of rush beaches”

If you hate noise of Pattaya but want nice warm sea just few km from Bangkok by car, this is good choice. A few local restaurants in walking distance with great seafood. If I can recommend one thing to hotel management - ask your staff clean beach everyday just for 15 min and your beach will be loved by customers.

Nice hotel”

This trip we spend time in the old building and they provided a corner room which can see a great view. The room quite large. Just the pillow too high so we end up with back and neck pain. Swiming in our building have to fix. No minimart available that some bit of anoise. Breakfast just OK. If you wish to spend time with a nice view moment that would be a good choice.

Locely hotel”

The hotel quiet far from the town. No minimart available. If you have car nothing view be problem. The room quiet nice with the beach view and balacony. The swiming pool look very good however, it close so early 6pm and nothing available at resort. I would recommend the hotel to extend the time for swimming pool will be perfect! The beach there like no staff to look after so beach front not seem to mean anything. It's very good thing in this hotel are sunset and sunrise can be seen.

Nice hotel, on very quiet beach, ”

The hotel is qiute nice, but it has contract for old tower, and that is very old, poor decoration and facilities, not comfortable. We changed to new wing and had to pay 600Bath extra, which was very reasonable. New wing is MUCH better!! Staff very friendly, but most don't speak english, but try to be very helpfull. Cable have mostly Thai stations. Breakfast is reasonable, lunch and diner are good. Pool at new wing is beautifull.

Very good location with poor hotel operations”

The location and facilities are excellent! However hotel management was very poor. ① At the morning we enhanced many big group members so several of foods were already empty but no additional serve till we claimed. ② The rooms were not cleaned. The floor was very rough with sands and dusts. TV was impossible to see because of TV tuner's trouble and the refrigerator was not possible to be connected because of no power line. ③ All pillows were bad smelled. Pillow body seemed not to be washed for long time. ④ At first when we entered the rooms, one of them was under-repaired with cooler in spite that we received keys.

Could be Nice but Needs some TLC”

This hotel should be nice but its too big and too spread out and doesnt have a decent handyman or enough cleaners. The wood structures are rotten and you dont feel safe. The balcony of our room was covered in bird poo. The elevators were too small and had buttons missing. But the room was fine. The wifi worked. The food was ok. The pool was nice. Overall wasnt a disaster but wont be going back.

This Hotel was a beautiful place some 20 yrs ago although it is sadly not been taken care of whatsoever. I will write another review and post pictures elsewhere as I was appalled at how hideous this establishment was maintained. Absolutely would never even give it a second thought to stay there again.

Awesome view in an old building ”

Nice place for relax surrounded by quietness and nature. Comfortable for young families or couple. Not advised to aged people due to its many stairs for reach the beach. Place doesn't get often clean and this it is a true fact but for the small amount of money payed, it was okay compared to more expansive and fancy places. Staff is kind and check in/out was very smooth.
