Good Clean and Friendly”
No frills, but spotlessly clean large rooms with friendly staff that was very helpful. I would certainly recommend this place and will stay again soon.

Basic accommodation. We stayed here because it was close to the airport and we had an early flight. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on, but you get what you pay for. The staff went above and beyond to help with any needs we had.

No prime location, quite far to the beach. Excellent rooms, very clean, friendly staff, breakfast ok(a la carte). No facilities whatsoever, for that price one would possibly expect a pool, a gym or similar. Need a car to get around. All in all a nice, clean place.

I enjoyed staying here. The rooms have everything i needed. Clean rooms, good value. After being in Pattaya for a week it was a relaxing break. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. U r about 2km from main downtown Ban Chang. Ask for taxi number at reception or do a crazy walk in the humidity like i did..

We stayed here for 1 night while we waited for a connecting flight. The hotel let us in really late at about 1am in the morning. The room was clean and cool which was everything we needed for the price.

Not A Hotel”
This is not a hotel, it is a setup as a long stay service apt. Though there appeared to be very few guests (10 cars in car park), we were given a room on 4th level and there is no lift. After my wife killed 3 very large roaches during the first night, we left 2 days early.

Decent, clean place with hard beds”
The only problem is that the beds are hard, as with most lower-priced places. There was some noise at night when a bar girl was screaming from another floor about "not enough money" from her guy. I didn't hear it, but it woke my wife up. Otherwise, it's a good place if you're in Ban Chang. We've been there several times and would go again.

Clean and new”
Stayed over for 2 nights. The hotel staff were keen and friendly. The hotel is well situated if you don;t like busy city bustle. It was a 2 minute bike ride from town. The surrounding amenities and the people who owned them were really very friendly and went out of their way to ensure friendly service. A nice town which I will certainly visit again.
