Only an ok hotel for very short term stay”

Rooms are ok and clean enough. Breakfast “buffet” is terrible though. Staffs are friendly but not helpful in resolving wifi issues I have in my room.

Clean hotel in a good location”

This is a new boutique hotel in hatyai. Its located about 1km from the night market area hence its quiet here.. The hotel is clean & staff are very friendly & helpful. They provide free shuttle to & from the night market. Will definitely stay here again if i go to hatyai.

Bueno”

The black out curtain was not working at all. The noise from the air conditioners were like the one you would expect to hear from the very old engine of an old ship. The quality of the renovation overall is poor inside the room area.

Value of money paid not up to expectations ”

Junior suite was small to be called as suite. Very simple in room facilities. Bonus for a microwave in room. Bathroom design failed where shower handle cannot be used at the position of stand. Poor water pressure and not consistent hot water of shower. Poor breakfast with limited choice. Credits for big pool and gym. Sauna was like forever in a broken sign. For the same price it would be better to go to the another new hotel opposite the road at Standard Room.

Best recomended hotel in Hadyai”

The brand new hotel with great ambiance very stylish, gym, swimming pool, sauna, etc. The bed is comfortable and love the cleanliness.

Newly Built Hotel”

New, nice and comfortable hotel in Hatyai town. Staff are friendly and room are value for money. Need around 10 minutes walk from hotel to Lee Garden (quite far) and does not have free shuttle services. Tuk-tuk need to pay by yourself.

Super Rude & Unfriendly receptionist ”

I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times, and the staff have been wonderful all the time. Except this one time. I don't know what her problem is but she is definitely Unfriendly and rude to us. We asked about the deposit if it an be charged to credit card, she was oblivious to our question and just spoke Thai to my gf. I was super pissed that she ignored me Cause I just wanted to know if I could put my deposit on my credit card? Then when I asked if they accepted Ringgit as deposit(cause I have limited thai baht) she refuse to answer me and just spoke to my gf. Like what the? How rude! I think her name is vila or gila or something along that line. Anyway, I don't know if it's a one off incident, but it's definitely a first time for me after staying there a few times. I still highly recommend this hotel despite my bad experience with that one staff. Just hope yous don't experience the same as I did. In general it's an awesome place to stay! Enjoy!

Overall hotel - staff , facilities & cleanliness is very good . Only the Wi-Fi need improvement, can’t even connect/detect in my room . Level 6

Location is not convenience”

This hotel located quite far away from city centre ( Lea Garden plaza area), is about 1km or 15 mins walking distance. Very challenging to get Tuk tuk outside of the hotel. Worse case, i got bitten by bed bugs during the stay. both of my fingers full of blisters. Cleanliness seriously need to be improved.

Good location & sleek room design ”

The only disappointed is the bath room shower water not stable, sometimes is very hot and turn to cold in just a second. Quite annoying when you bathe in this unstable hot/cold water. We stayed for two night. For hotel location is superb, just one km away from central Lee Garden market street. Hotel provide free Tuk Tuk service to nearby. We took to Central Festival shopping mall (You can request to go anywhere nearby) but you need to take your own Tuk Tuk return to hotel. The bed is soft and comfortable which we like the most! We catch a good night sleep!

NICE HOTEL ENVIRONMENT, FACILITIES AND SERVICES”

The hotel location is good but not the best, 15 minutes walking distance to wine village and 20 minutes walking distance to Lee Garden area. The surrounding areas are mostly populated by local people instead of tourists. Large area of car park for those that drive there. The staffs are all very helpful and friendly, no communication problems as they can speak English fluently. The gym is nice as well with most of the basic equipment. The breakfast is kind of simple type. Overall a nice hotel to be one of your options.

Excellent pros : interior decoration / staff / parking Minor cons : bath towels they provide everyday are so old that I probably use for car/floor cleaning at my home / plates & utetils charge / bathroom wasn’t vacuumed at one of 4 nights

Most value for money 4 stars hotel in Hatyai”

The building is new, design is sophisticated, has a private car park area in front of the hotel, a pool, dinning room & gym. You can check out their free shuttle service (tuk tuk) to various places around Hatyai at the front desk. Room is spacious and clean. The only disadvantage is its location, which is relatively beside a remote & quiet road. But, tuk tuk is available at most of the time in front of the hotel for hotel guests (price slightly higher), 7-11 is located within walking distance.

Good with one setback”

Everything was impeccable, except for a mirror that fell off the wall, but they mended it so it's alright. Excellent value for money, and the location might not be so convenient for those without a car but there are many shops around and 7-11 stores are absolutely in abundance. Super clean hotel; plenty of pillows and towels to fulfill your needs. Staff was quick to mend the fallen mirror so I have no complaints about them at all. Overall : 10/10. Would definitely be back if I ever prowl HatYai again. Keep it up!

Excelente”

Relatively new hotel with great ambiance very stylish, gym and pool were great. Location was satisfactory. All staff were helpful and spoke English so no problem communicating. One negative point was that the shower was a little off, the temperature kept fluctuating between scorching hot and icy cold.

A MUST STAY HOTEL!!!!! ”

So So surprise with this hotel. Elegance feeling when 1st step in to Hotel. Creative design, friendly staff, make us felt so welcome. Great location, great room design, requested to have some simple deco for wife surprise, and they really made it happen!! Even myself felt so surprise for it!! Love this hotel so so much...will be there again for sure...happy stay happy experience

Excellent Service and Highly Reconmended”

Parking is provided to hotel guest. Machines at the gym is quite new with least wear and tear. Warm welcome was given upon arrival. The staffs are friendly and well verse in english. Their staff are aware of their registered hotel guest and attend each enquiries with a BIG SMILE. Their staff are attentive and observant yet efficient. I have informed the hotel that i am staying over with my gf to celebreate her birthday and the next thing, they surprise my gf with a birthday cake. I am so happy and my gf is so surprised and happy about it. I will be coming back for my next stay. The location is near to any tourist attraction which is walking distance. Breakfast is provided as well. The room is nice with nice ambient lighting and deco, modern. Its good for a long stay. There deserve more than just 5 STAR.
