Truly, this is now my favorite place to stay in Tuy Hoa. Got a great deal on Agoda! We spent a total of 4 nights here for a vacation and I must say everything was excellent. Location is great, the room is spacious, and customer service exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend this hotel to those whose enjoys family trip or business trip.

New hotel. Staffs were helpful. Easy to get taxis. Bar and pools were great. We loved coffee and pool across the road that belongs to Sala also. However, the Sala restaurant was properly understaffed during weekdays. Some foods were not very well prepared. Otherwise, mostly good. Loved the bathtubs inside our room and welcome fruits 😊

Location is good. Beautiful pools. Our room with ocean view only had corner ocean view and mostly of roadview. Gym was messy with balls from kidsroom everywhere so it was a let down. Otherwise, breakfast were nice. Very nice and helpful staffs suggesting us many places to visit and local foods.

Located near the beach (but don't swim in Tuy Hoa city beach, the tide is very dangerous). Room is large with nice sea view. Everything seems ok, since the hotel is brand new many things were handled not very well. The air conditioner in my room made big weird noise all three nights, I called the receiption many times but no one came to fix it.

The good. Room upgrade to corner suit-result of smell of spew in room after we returned from day trip. Complimentary late checkout-manager gave us a late checkout after we had already checked out The breakfast was great-some western dishes would be nice/I don’t understand the attraction of such a large salad selection for breakfast-normally its a lunch or dinner dish in my country. The location and view is outstanding. The beach is clean. The Sala beach club is awesome-if you can get a seat (open to the public). The seafood outside of town to the south is cheap and delicious (in a fishing village with floating restaurants) Beach gets cleaner the more north you go-about 3 to 5 miles to the north is ideal. Stafff are helpful, warm and friendly. We would stay here again if the price was right The bad Nothing really bad to say. It’s a new hotel with a constant stream of VN guests.

The location is very good, next to the beach. Room is clean, view is good, staff is sincere. Except for one thing that annoys me is that when we checked in, we were offered "Welcome" drink which is kind of good drink. But when we want to order that later, we were refused, and there is no way or any other time you could drink it except when check in. I understand that they want to make it "special" but to me it's only trying too hard in playing hard to get. Other bad point is bad bartender on Top Lounge, cocktail menu have about 4,5 drinks only but Mojito is the only thing that available. And you can find a lot of undiluted grain of sugar in that Mojito. And the infinity pool is much smaller than you feel in photo. It's kind of nice pool but very small.

Nice location with broad view to the ocean. Not many hotels in Tuy Hoa have such view. As it is new hotel, several things will need to improve such as serving time at peaked hours in lounge or buffet areas. However, staff’s supportiveness is good in general

We have been in a family trip to Phu Yen, I decided to book Sala grand as it closes to the beach. Some impressions: - Big lobby and reception area where we could enjoy coffee, piano and sofa - Just cross the street, then we could enjoy the beach from early morning or noon - Bicycle available for us to cycling around to taste local foods and night market, local market, etc. - 2 swimming pools, 1 of them is situated next to the beach and the other on floor 17 (top of building) Some can be improved: - no separated door for guest to go to their rooms after swimming from beach, water would create slip and trip and falling for others - breakfast place too crowded in the morning, could be hard to find table and chairs for group of 6-8 persons

No bathtub is a missing point. Air conditioner is noisy even operated at low fan speed. It seems lack of fresh air supply. I have sense of non-movement air when i enter the room. Good point is staffs are very nice.
