Perfecto para la espera de un transfer”
El hotel es perfecto para quién necesita realizar un transfer con air Asia. Muy limpio y justo en la zona de salidas internacionales. Mucho mejor a todos los niveles que el Tune hotel que ya habíamos utilizado para otro cambio de transfers anteriormente. No está muy bien indicado en la zona de llegadas.

bueno pero el desayuno pesimo”
El hotel esta super bien ubicado si solo vas de transito ya que queda dentro del aeropuerto, es limpio y los cuartos muy bien , pero el desayuno es pesimo, y el personal del comedor no ayuda, no preparan mucha comida, y cuando les pides la actitud no es buena

Pensábamos que estaba en la terminal pero no dentro de la zona de embarque, tuvimos que esperar a que abrieran el checkin de la aerolínea para poder acceder al hotel

Fantastic find”
As a solo traveler, and then as a couple, it was easy to find ways to kill time during a stopover, but now we have a baby/toddler, those relaxing days are gone. Sama Sama Express to the rescue. It provided a much needed opportunity to take care of the baby's needs (quiet feed, nappy change, comfortable nap without distractions) mums needs (let the toddler go for a minute while I eat something) and both adults needs (have a shower and a decent coffee) On top of that is the ability to book a room for the 6 hours we needed is just clever. Very happy to recommend this place to one and all - no matter what kind of traveler you are, so long as I can still get a room next time I am at KLIA2.

SO worth the money”
We had a ten hour layover in the KL airport, starting at midnight and going until 10am the next morning. We knew that we would want somewhere to sleep and shower before our next flight and the sama sama was THE best decision we could have made. The check in was so easy and fast, we were asleep and comfortable in the room so quick! The bed was comfy, the shower was so clean and beautiful and the breakfast buffet the next morning was delicious. I would spend that money all over again!

Really good place to rest”
First of all, thank you for being lenient with my sister with the check in time because her flight arrived earlier than me but she felt happy to get a room first and settle down because I was arriving later. Pretty sound proof, it was quiet enough so we can get couple of hours of good sleep before our next flight. Very clean and complete with the basic amenities needed. Close to the boarding area so it is not a long walk to the boarding gate. Will definitely stay again!

We were on an 8-hour night lay-over for a 9am flight. We simply needed a place where we could shower and get a quick nap. This place fit that need perfectly. The room, while it had no windows, was clean, smartly designed (very functional), and had all the necessities/displosables for a quick layover. The staff were also welcoming and helpful, especially as we were in between 2 grueling budget carrier flights. Would highly recommend this place.

Convenient, clean and comfortable”
Speedy check in. Bed was very comfortable and the whole property was sparkling clean. Kettle to make a cup of tea - great shower. So convenient and able to sleep between flights. Walls are thin but people are there to sleep so it is quiet. Good to have the breakfast option. So good to get to sleep as long as possible and only be 15 minutes walk from the boarding gate.

Had 2x transit in KLIA2 in the hotel. Was affordable, super clean, fast check in. Also provide morning call and flight gate info. Unfortunately, as we visited only 1 month after border reopening, airport is still deserted - no breakfast provided in the hotel + only 1 restaurant opens (8.30AM - 7PM). All fast food restos are still closed. Bring some cup noodles or snacks to avoid starving

Lovely, friendly and efficient staff; very clean l, quiet and comfortable room, bathroom was clean with good amenities, tea and coffee and water in the room, wifi excellent and breakfast very good with many various options... will stay again although 6 hours is a little short .. 8 hours would be perfect! Highly recommended.

This hotel is inside the airport, it is great to stay 1 night for flight transit. Of course, the price is quite expensive but it is still saving cost if you have 2 persons share to stay 1 room, great location, comfortable and clean bed, room has enough full facilities for your short stay.

Great service, relaxing stay”
Upon arriving, I realised I actually booked the wrong date for my stay, I was really worried but when I got to the reception, one of the guys that served me were really kind and helpful, guiding me to contact agoda and have them amend my booking dates, which they did! So it all turned out fine.the food is limited but satisfactory for a short layover. The hotel is easy to find, it is situated next to more than a handful of fast foods restos like McDonald's, toast box etc. The room I booked had a queen bed and shower.

I think this is the best hotel I have stayed during my entire trip this time. Room and bathroom is so clean. Only that I could not use the shower head, can only use the fixed shower. But it's alright. Breakfast-wise, porridge is not hot enough, has big clumps, other food are good.

The flight was supposed to land in KLIA but landed in KLIA2 instead so upon realizing the situation, the receptionist advised us to call agoda to cancel the booking made in transit hotel in KLIA without charges and book in KLIA2 instead. They were very understanding of the situation and was kind enough to help us. Thank you so much for much needed rest for a very long layover.

Clean comfortable and close. Staying airside saves a lot of hassle and the Sama Sama hotel is a great option during a long layover. We got a very good rest. It is very quiet.

The hotel after imigration”
All was good. I've got this hotel when it's promo. Location after imigration, so no need to hurry to go to the gate (it's only takes 15-20 minutes) The was great Room, bed sheet, bed, blanket, bathroom was great. Wifi ok Cons The breakfast only for 1 person The taste quite bland.

Had an 8 hr layover and was very happy to book this accommodation. Warm friendly staff, pleasant meal and the option to watch the Sport in the lounge area. Room was exactly as described and was quiet for a sleep and a freshen up between flights.
