great location of view point. very beautiful scene. the food is so good. money valuable.

Ok for one night stay. ”

We spent only one night there to explore Sanklaburi, and it was enough for us. Staffs were very informative and resourceful about how to get to places. The bed and bathroom conditions could be better. Bed sheets and pillow cases weren't that clean. Breakfast wasn't that good. We walked down from the hotel to Mon Bridge to get our second breakfast. The overall stay was okay.

Package Tour Hotel catering to national tourists”

This 'resort' caters for national (Thai) package tourists. Apart from one young man no English spoken. Room was not really clean on my arrival. Dirty tissues still on the balcony, long dark hairs in sink and on sink surround. Electric sockets in room mostly damaged. Insects living in or under the print on the wall. They did not bite. Walls very thin, other guests played tv very loud. Breakfast was awful, nothing healthy or nutritious there, all fried stuff. No maps or information given or available. No 'correct' reception services for international tourists. On arrrival 500 baht demanded as a key deposit. Never faced this demand anywhere in the World before. Particularly galling as Ihad paid for the room one week before arrival. All very one sided. Very disappointing and over-priced. Staff neither helpful nor friendly.

Close to the pool”

This room is better than the river villa rooms because there is no dangerous stairs to climb. The room faces out to the pool and the best view in town. The TV is Thai language only. The hotel Internet is unusable. The room has the two prong European style outlets. The breakfast was ok. Dinner was good. The hotel is only a couple of years old.

A humble cabin”

The cabin I rented was down over a bank and was only accessible by a long, dangerous set of stairs. There was no Wifi except up in the restaurant area. Other guests were also frustrated by the dangerous access. Otherwise the room could be best described as rustic. The TV is only in Thai language. If you require wifi choose a different accomodation.

Breakfast was a farce. Started at 7.30am. Mad rush from the Thai guests. By 8am most items gone - nothing replenished. What was left was cold. no burneres under the food trays. Waitresses did nothing about bringing out more food -just played on their mobile phones! Room not made up on 2nd day.....staff said the boss had the keys and it was his day off!!!! THIS HOTEL NOT FOR FOREIGNERS!!!!

The best thing about this hotel is the location on a hill overlooking the river and the Mon Bridge. Everything else was a let down. The designated English speaker on the staff tried hard, but needs improvement. The rest of the staff was just lounging about, and seemed more interested in their phones than anything else. My room was just below the dining terrace and the noise was terrible! Especially late into the night, when every scraping chair and every burst of laughter was magnified tenfold. It was like an echo chamber. Buffet breakfast would have been delicious if it were kept warm. The gym was decent, but felt crowded with more than 2 people. The adjacent bathrooms were disgusting, needing a scrub down. It's too bad, because this is one of the best located hotels in Sangkhlaburi but the standards are quite low. This is not the place to go for a quiet stay, though one of the freestanding villas might be a better option.

Good hotel”

They have a few staff but they give the good service. The room, the bed, blanket, toilet, bath room is good for the rest. The swimming pool is very nice and you can see the wood bridge view from the swimming pool. The food is delicious and breakfast have both American Breakfast and Thai Breakfast with steam rice and rice soup. You can walk to the wood bridge just walk out from hotel and then turn left down to the bridge. I have used this hotel more than 3 times now. And I will do it again next year.

Good location! Very near the wooden bridge. You can enjoy the scenery from room's terrace. Room is nice. Staffs are really helpful. Food is tasty. I'll stay here again for next visiting.

Panoramic view and convenient access to anywhere”

Impressive. The view from the hotel is stunning and the kids love the infinity pool. Easy access to many tourist attractions with value for money tour package. Staff don't smile much but very helpful and Wi-fi connection should be improved.

Over-rated resort”

This resort is over-rated. The room I booked via Agoda is not bad. The toilet is large but smelly. The buffet breakfast is awful. The internet connection is bad.
