Viaje familiar con inconvenientes ”
Lindo hotel, buen desayuno y muy limpio. El personal de room service y del comedor muy buenos. Sin embargo la atención en recepción es pésima. Pedí ampliar mi estadía me indicaron que si podía, al día siguiente me indicaron que no y tuve que buscar hotel a último momento. Nunca me ayudaron en la solución y tampoco en sugerencias. Esto mató nuestra estancia.

Hice reserva a través de Agoda para dos habitaciones, sin embargo al llegar solamente tenía reserva para una habitación, sin embargo, la recepcionista del hotel lo resolvió de inmediato y nos dió la segunda habitación. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, a pocos pasos del punto más alto de visitas en Arequipa: el monasterio de Santa Catalina. Cerca de otros lugares como la Plaza de Armas, Catedral, etc.

Poor customer service ”
This hotel has very poor customer service. When I asked for slightly early check in, although they had the room ready but they asked for extra 40% of the whole room rate to let me do an hour of early check in. I was traveling through Peru for a month and this hotel has the most unfriendly staff. Customer Service is definitely not a priority on their list at all. The room was very basic and outdated. They turn all the lights in the hallways dark so it’s pitch dark when you have to leave the hotel early in the morning because most of the daily tours are early in the morning but they keep all the hallways extremely dark and there is stairs so you can easily fall. Most hotels in Peru start breakfast very early because most activities are early so customers have a chance to have breakfast but this hotel conveniently for themselves they start the breakfast later and they don’t let offer you breakfast packet.

Great place”
The location is perfect, a couple of blocks from main square and close to main spots. Rooms were clean and big enough. The gentlemen looking after breakfast and the the one helping with the bas were amazing. The reception lady not so much.

It was close for everything and the staff was super friendly, I would definitely come back! Very clean and spacious room. My room was next to the street so it got loud at times but other than that it was great.

Bella struttura”
Buona posizione nel centro storico di Arequipa vicino a ristoranti, negozi ed alla piazza principale. Struttura tranquilla, era un vecchio monastero e conserva gran parte dell'architettura. Camere ampie e confortevoli, personale molto disponibile. Buona la prima colazione a buffet molto varia. Vicino alla reception è disponibile mate de coca. WiFi gratuito e veloce. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio di transfer a pagamento per il terminal dei pulman, ben organizzato
