Gran atención del personal desde la misma llegada. Habitaciones espaciosas, muy bonitas y originales, con terracita privada. También las hay con acceso a piscina privada. La playa, excelente, tanto que no había nadie en la piscina a pesar de ser también estupenda. Como todas las playas de la zona, con marea alta no existe banco de arena, pero da igual, puedes andar 300 metros con el agua por las rodillas y la temperatura es perfecta, así que, de la tumbona al agua. Cuando baja la marea se puede pasear como 1 km. El personal atiende a cualquier necesidad, desde preparar una excursión o actividad hasta reservar en otro hotel, conseguir reservas para un autobús, etc. El buffet del desayuno completo y sabroso; fuera del desayuno la restauración es muy mejorable. No hay mucha variedad y el precio en relación con la calidad no es óptima, pero tampoco mala. Vida nocturna por la zona no hay. Ni falta que hacía: un oasis de tranquilidad.

Estaban haciendo obras en muchas partes del hotel y el edificio comedor al lado de La playa estaba en construcción Muchas villas jardín estaban en obras y nos cambiaron a una categoría superior en el edificio principal después de dos dias en la villa jardín. No deberían vender villas jardín q esten haciendo obras detrás

One of the best places we have stayed in Thailand in 12 years if you are going to kho Chang this is by far the best place to stay very clean and tidy private beach is beautiful and quite the breakfast is very nice the staff are very very helpful. At first we stayed in the hotel for two nights which was fantastic your own infinity pool the view is amazing. We asked to move to experience both accommodations and was moved no question asked which was very nice of them. We then stayed in a bungalow it had a private pool for six bungalows was really nice the room was made up every day when we returned from breakfast very clean and tidy very good size. Staying in the hotel or bungalow is fully recommended. We will definitely be returning next year!! Mr J Visser (England)

Lovely stay and lovely people except for 1 staff member”
We had a wonderful stay, such a lovely people. We’ve enjoyed our villa with private pool. We like the Thai style. Such a nice swimmingpool and great breakfast. The staff was amazing except for one woman at the reception. Seemed like she was the manager but we’re not sure. For the second and third night we’ve made reservation for the villa with private pool. I asked a younger girl at the reception what time we can check in. She was very polite asking another woman in Thai what time we could check in. I’m half Thai so I understood the conversation. The way this woman was speaking to this younger girl, I was in shock. How can you be this unkind and disrespectful to your colleage? Then my mom joined the conversation in Thai. This woman was even unkind to my mom as well. The way she was speaking to my mom, we’re amazed the way unfriendly the spoke to a guest. The only thing we would like to know what time we could check in and she was saying a bit angry that we could not check in right now. But that was not what we’ve asked. And she said that we need to wait till 3 PM. But the day before we heard we could check in earlier. The reason why I mention this is because we’re in shock that someone working at such a luxious resort could speak this unkind and disrepectful to her colleage and guests. That’s not okay. And I feel sorry for the this younger girl if this seemed like the normal way to act to your colleagues.

Truly enjoyable stay”
We really liked this place! It was clean, calm and the staff was super friendly. All buildings and surrounding area were beautifully decorated and maintained. Breakfast was tasty and had good variety. The location is right next to the beach and they have a free shuttle to the main road & motorbike rental, if you want to visit other parts of the island. The only critisism is that thai food in the beach restaurant was average – we’ve had tastier and more beautiful plates of food elsewhere. However, the atmosphere of the restaurant is still super nice and they even had live music & dance performances throughout the evening. We’d come again!

We had the most wonderful experience in Santhiya koh chang resort. Everything was excellent. The view was spectacular; we are from maldives and we have seen many beautiful place’s, but this was different. Im truly amazed by the view of the villa. Ms Fah from reception was amazing, and nan, hanoy, aim , ple also the rest of the team as well. The food was delicious from the restaurant as well as room service . The staffs was very friendly and they made efforts to remember our room number and names too! Mr. touch from the breakfast was wonderful very friendly and very helpful. And mr. art as well. Unfortunately I don’t remember all the names of the staffs but everyone from the resort and the people from the island were extremely friendly. All in all, it was a most unforgettable, romantic, enjoyable and rested experience for us. Wish we could stay longer :) Till we make our next visit. Cheers to all the wonderful staffs 🙂

TROPICAL PARADISE ”
We arrived by Santhiya Tree boat transfer and it was a amazing way to arrive. We felt like movie stars. Reception staff were polite and friendly and after a quick welcome drink we were taken to our pool access villa. Room was clean with thai style furniture and a huge comfortable bed with mosquito net. The bathroom and whole room was so beautiful the best we have ever stayed at. We loved everything about this wonderful resort including breakfast which was amazing with beautiful views of the mountains river and massive pool . Dont hesitate book this beautiful resort.

Definitely one of the best resorts on koh Chang. I stayed in 2 rooms. First was the pool suite river view. Fantastic room with unbelievable views of the river and mountains. Good size. Private pool and bathtub facing the mountains. Nice size bathroom. Second was the pool access villa. Another fantastic room. Nice size semi private pool only 3 villa’s can use. Good size room with a great layout. Big bathroom with a custom built whirlpool bathtub. Great restaurants with delicious food. Brilliant big pool by the beach. Staff was excellent always friendly and very helpful. Fantastic service. Done everything they could to make a memorable stay. It was my birthday while I was their and they done a romantic dinner for me and my girlfriend by the beach. For me this resort is 10/10. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I've been raving about Santhiya Tree to anyone who will listen, since I checked in. We had booked a 4 night stay, and then 4 nights elsewhere, but we ended up cancelling our last 2 nights at our 2nd accom to come back to Santhiya. The staff were friendly and accommodating, beach was beautiful, and everything we needed to relax was there. We stayed in the pool suite water view (our first room in the newer (?) building was immaculate, and the other was also beautiful with some very minor signs of wear which I'm hopeful the resort will keep on top of). Felt totally private despite having neighbours on either side (never heard a peep from them). Breakfast buffet was delicious with a great view. The only thing I'd fault is not having more frequent transfers to/from the main street (although it's a pretty cruisy 15 min walk), and the price of the restaurant (especially when there is incredible food on the main street). Overall, conducive to total relaxation and I can't wait to go back.

Absolutely stunning resort ”
You just can’t stop taking pictures both during the day and in the night. The place looks amazing. The rooms are gorgeous with a Thai style wooden decoration. The rooms are clean and the staff was friendly at checkin, during our stay as well as at the restaurants. The beachfront has a restaurant as well. Here you can enjoy a very nice sunset.

The hotel located to proper location that suit for travelers who have their car cuz the the hotel is far for the main road. The room was clean. All sevice facilities were prepared for traveler. Every staffs were so nice, they treated customer suddenly as requested with service mind. Atmosphere is romantic. Outdoor spa is awesome connects seaside views. Recommend for the couple and wish to come to this hotel again.

Gorgeous Amazing Wow”
Beautiful grounds, amazing teak main building, beautifully decorated bungalows, beautiful pools, on the beach. This resort has it all. We've lived here in Thailand forever so we've seen a lot of resorts. This one is special and we just absolutely loved it. Someone put a lot of care into all the details. I was astonished at the teak carvings and details even in our bungalow. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. They have over 10 English speaking staff if you don't speak Thai. Breakfast was great, beds are comfy. One of my most favorite resorts of all 20 years living here.

A Hidden Gem”
We were so happy we found this resort. Just a hidden gem. We stayed in the private pool hideaway villa. The room was absolutely beautiful. Amazing resort and the staff were the friendliest ive ever encounted. The buffett breakfast was nice but you need to have some more hot dish options as it was very limited. We will not hesitate to stay here again and recommend the resort to family and friends. A big thank you to Ajaya, he was so friendly and nothing was a problem. Showed us around the entire resort and differant future room options. Thank you for making our stay a happy memorable experiance.

+ The staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. + I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who want to enjoy staying at the hotel mostly. + The hotel also offered the complementary cake for my husband birthday so this was a big plus from us that we definitely will come back again. Any comments from us ; First is changing the chemical for cleaning the room because it was so slippery 😉 Second is the coffee for breakfast had to take for a while around 10-15 mins after we started eating so we would recommend you guys order 1-2 cups in advance. Third is I would like to recommend they improve the process of payment and serving foods for dinner at the beach restaurant because it was take so long time waiting for food and payment. By the way Thank you so much for your kind services! We love your hotel and we will recommend to my family and friends !
