I gotta admit, I didn't check thru the reviews and booked my stay straight away. After that, few days before my departure, it just occur to me to check the reviews. The reviews got me panicked as the reviews are two extremes. First, the room I get is not as shown in the illustrative pictures. It looked so grand and well but turns out it's not as shown but still it's acceptable. Second, cleanliness. The toilet bowl when I first step into the room, there was still a cigarette butt inside the bowl plus urine stain at the seat. Third, facilities. As a 178cm guest myself, after reading the reviews, I had an understanding that the toilet entrance/door height is very short. But the actual experience really surprised me. I bumped my head a few times before my body remembers to dodge the door frame. On the other hand, the shower tap is broken, you gotta be very skilled to control the thing and to get your well balanced temperature shower. All in all, it's not as worse as I thought.

Poorly maintained”
No hot water in the shower. When asked, the reception staffs gave out rather amusing solution, to open the shower tap and give it a run for 20 minutes; so the hot water supply may flow into the shower from reservoir. Tried it twice, and it didn't work. Decided not to waste any more water. Lighting is gloomy and dark.

Disappointed Stay”
Pls inform this Hotel management, don't be deceived by the photos shown on the web site. The rooms toilet door couldn't close, handle broken. After shower toilet water flow very slow, very low water pressure. change room but same things too, complain to Lobby staff about room condition and room bulbs fuse but doesn't response at all. The Lobby Air Con and lights not on. This Satit Hotel very run down, more than 30 yrs and rooms are smelly, even next room friends too.
