We booked the hotel last minute as we went for a race event in the area and all hotels were fully booked. But we enjoyed our stay, we spent our time in the swimming pool at night so we all had fun time there. Of course the price was a bit too high for that small resort but we had good time so that was all that matter.

Quiet resort with good sea views”

This is a decent value resort in a very quiet location just out of Chao Lao beach. Whilst it has sea views you cannot actually swim in the sea - the pool is therefore essential. Nice bungalows and helpful staff good for a relaxing break. Food very good in Sugar Moon restaurant over the road.

Excellent, worth value of money. There is also good restuarant & coffee place named Sugar Moon just crossing the road. The location of the resort is good to travel to Lam Sing Tourist Attraction i.e. only within an hour drive

I love and would like to come again. it is good for stay there if they get resturant or jaguzzi in side , will be the best. I like theire swimming pool . It is new and clean and good desire . they have pet in side and lovely dog. i think I will back gain for honeymoon after marry here. the breakfast is very big meal for me . i think I will back soon.it is best ideal to stay with nature and use life . I wish they give rent per month

small boutique hotel near beach”

one night with this resort with my 2 colleages is quite impressed. nice decoration and facilities. the staff is very supportive. there are beds near the beach for relaxing outside the room. i like the stretcher made of rope hang in front of the room for us to sit or lie down.

this is a very homely and lovely resort with personal touch in everything they do. service can be a little slow but we are here to relax right? the resort have very basic amenities with a small and clean lap pool + a children pool with some jet spray.

Nice location, located in quiet environment; not many rooms There isn't beach/sea for swimming only sea view! but there's a pool. Large restroom! Parking lot available! Mini mart is not so far!

Customer Service can be better”

1. Staff could be friendly... they seem lost in their interactions 2. Its a shore! hardly any beach exists 3. Rooms, Bed linens and curtains were not clean 4. Washroom stinks and light fittings were out of bulbs 5. While the view is nice, Portico and Hamuk are pleasant saviors Not worth the value and experience one usually get in Thailand

Lovely little resort, very friendly staff. However, advert photos obviously taken when new and are not a true reflection of a tired look in need of renovation. Beachfront not very inviting but overall a nice place.

Relax, clean rooms, peaceful”

My stay at Sea Coco Resort was very enjoyable. The room was clean, cosy and nicely decorated. Very local and resort-like rooms with hammock just outside the room to enjoy the breeze from the sea. Hotel staff were very friendly and the service was great. You might need transport to get there but it's not hard to find. Overall very satisfied and will definitely come back!

Nice&Peace Small Resort with Sea-view”

We had great time there. The resort is good for a couple, peaceful. The location is away from noisy area of the beach but you can still find local places nearby for foods&drinks, within walking distance. We love the room and the pool.

Private and very nice room”

I think this is the best choice if you looking for a private and nice view resort around Jao-Laow Beach. There are only few cottage room in the resort that every cottage include very nice sea-view. Also, the room cottage is decorated very nice and comfortable.The resort is near the beach which provide a very comfortable swimming pool and beach beds. The is one of valuable resort that I plan to return visiting soon.

Lovely relaxing resort”

Very nice resort. Staff very friendly and helpful, but unobtrusive. The resort is nicely laid out, with around 9 bungalow style villas. The villas are modern, but minimalist design. Actually very homely, and comfortable. Modern rustic bathroom, comfortable beds, reasonable sele tion of tv channels, and DVD player in each room. Nice, quiet swimming pool. Only downside is beach in front of hotel is not very clean, so it's not ideal for swimming. It's ok for walks though. There are nice beaches within 5-10km of this resort. The resort next door is villa pra chan, which is similar, but sea coco is nicer. The resort restaurant has a small snack menu which is quite resonable. But quite A few good sea food restaurants located nearby. It's somewhat isolated here, so you need your own transport either car or motor bike. But the scenery around this area is quite stunning, it's not a touristic location, more local Thai style. If you look for relaxing peace and quiet, then this is the place!

I have stayed here many times. This resort was in the average to high price range for a good standard hotel in this area. The resort is built next to the sea, and has a small public beach. The beach is very quiet, although its not the nicest of beaches in Thailand.The area around the hotel is quite rural, quiet with only a few local bars and restaurants, its great for travellers looking to be immersed in the real Thailand. There are only about 7 bungalow villa rooms here, all well spaced from each other.. Rooms are quite modern, and very pleasant, and very clean. Beds are very comfortable too. Tv channels are reasonable for foreigners, and dvd in each room. Selection of free DVD available from reception. Resort staff were rvery friendly and helpful. The restaurant at the resort is reasonable for snacks. The views from the room were very nice of the sea, coastline and mountains. The swimming pool is small, but very nice. There are plenty of areas around the resort to sit and enjoy the fantastic views, and listen to the sea. It's very quiet, and a great place to relax.

Sea Coco is a lovely small resort directly on the beach. The bungalows are new and very nice. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is really great. There is also a small swimming pool with salt water. The resort is very small with about 10 bungalows so it gives you a very private feeling. The beach however is not that great, small and dirty, but why swim in the sea when there is a lovely swimming pool with salt water. All in all we had a very nice few days there and would definitely come back again.

Best place for couple. - Free wifi in any room, dinning area and pool - Panoramic view swimming pool. - There are two choice of breakfast ABF or rice soup but you can get both of them. - There are many sea food restaurants near resort. I recommend "Reun Rim Nam" only 2 km from resort.

lovely hotel &service with a smile”

we (my wife, son..12months old & myself) went with my parents (from australia) for a relaxing mid week break, & thats exactly what we had. rooms are all bungalow style with enough room that we did not fall over ourselves. we had two adjoining bungalows which was handy.

this was a short break while visiting son & his family who live in thailand.room was clean,plenty of space for my wife sister in law & myself to move about without falling over each other. the resort lived up to its motto "a pretty little boutique hotel." only seven roomns but not crowded together. they only served breakfast as there were only eight people in the resort but it was no trouble finding somewhere to eat.

Seaside bungalow”

Nice modern bungalow with lovely sea view. The resort has a small pool and a lawn with loungers. The bungalow has a balcony with a hammock and table and two chairs. The sea here does not have a nice beach the water comes up to the sea wall. There was restaurant on site but some good restaurants nearby and a 7/11 Close. You need transport either a car or bike as the restaurants are a very long walk away. Nearby scenery is very nice. When we went a local road inland towards Chanthaburi was closed so a detour was necessary. So beware the GPS.

Nice for chilling but no beach, small pool and smelly bathroom ”

This is a nice, quiet place to relax in. Nice decor and comfortable room. The bathroom smelled bad. Lovely coffee shop opposite and 7 Eleven very near. The pool was small and there is no beach for swimming.
