la verdad que lo que mas vale es la playa, ciertamente está muy limpia y cuidada y es un remanso de paz. la habitación doble con vistas al jardin la verdad que era muy básica, los demás bungalows y los que estaban mirando al mar eran mucho mas espectaculares, si podéis pagar un poco mas y daros ese lujo. Lo que no nos gustó es que solo tienen servicio de recogida del aeropuerto si contratas con ellos directamente.. no con agoda.. eso no nos gustó mucho pero bueno.

Recently spent 4 nights at Sea Star resort, if the weather had been better it would have been paradise, that said we still really enjoyed our time here in a beach front bungalow. The resort had everything we needed, it was clean, the staff were good. We stayed in a bungalow that appeared to have had some refurbishment work done on it and noticed there was other work going on around the resort during the low season which was good to see. We noticed in other reviews that there was noise from building work and bars next door we did not hear anything during our stay. Overall despite the weather an enjoyable experience.

Good for money”

Unluckily, I went there on raining days, but it is good in general. The location is close to the center, the night market. The beach is great. Breakfast is good. There was problem with water on the last day.

Helpful, pristine private beach, quiet getaway for family/couples”

The rooms were large and spacious and clean. It is located by the coast line which makes access to the beach very convenient. All the staff were really helpful and friendly except 1 particular staff who got annoyed that we walked in while he was sweeping the floor. I mean it is a resort right, how do you expect people to stop walking around.

A beach front resort with a clean beach”

Stayed in room 27 which was up the back. Still only a 2 min walk to the water. Clean room and the breakfast was very good. The pool is a good addition to the resort and is well maintained. Breakfast had a great choice of food to suit everyone. The only negative was the restaurant service was very slow at lunchtime. But you had a great view to look at while you were waiting and the food was good.

Great place right on the beach”

Located right on the beach which was clean and very inviting to swim in. The room was extremely clean with no dust visible. The bed was comfortable and had a mosquito net over it. The breakfast had good choice to choose from and was nice.The staff was excellent in the office and the restarant and the cleaners.We were extremely happy with this resort and would stay there again .A 20 min walk to the night markets which had seafood which was stored on ice. 10/10 for the staff at this resort.

Nice Location; Good Value”

Great location with nicely shaded beach. Good breakfast and great restaurants within walking distance; (5) minutes from night market on motorbike which can be rented from hotel for about $7 a day. Good Value.

Bungalow with sea view .....the best choice !”

Excellent ! We enjoyed every moment in Sea Star Resort.The restaurant of the hotel is very good.Prices are competitive .The rooms are beautiful .Massage on the Beach is fantastic and cost only 5 USD for 45 min.

We lived in the main building. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beach is clean as well. A bit far to walk to the night market. but very good price renting at scooter.

Disappointed ”

We have been to this resort on 4 occasions over the past 7 years. Most disappointed on raising visit. To explain the resort had loud construction noise from a neighboring property which started each day ( Sundays included) at 0700 hours. To add to the noise factor the adjoining resort had very loud music all day into the night I.e. midnight every night. This is a resort to be avoided altogether if your desire is peace abd tranquility. This being what the resort was excellent for, in years past. Highly disappointed as the title of those review states. Regrettably with tears we will not be staying here again. Staff have been very helpfull but have not offered reduction in account for construction and night club noise. Vietnamese Government needs to regulate against this type of impact on tourists and their businesses. Not the relaxing holiday I had planned for us.

We had a standard bungalow with nice bed and new tv. All people were very friendly and helpful. The beach offers sufficient beach chairs. Very nice spot at Long Beach. The breakfast was ok. We can definitely recommend the sea star resort.

Good 3* resort directly to the beach, near Duong Dong”

Our review is applicable for the Sea View bungalows. All staff was very friendly and helpfull, except for the reception guy who had no other bungalows available than the most expensive (for full prise in low season!); only after showing him that online all types of bungalows still were available with low season price reductions, he was willing to also offer the other bungalows and rooms. So - be aware! Otherwize I'd giving full 5 stars rating for staff.

Localisation géniale en bord de mer”

La situation de l'hôtel est juste top! En jord de mer et dans un jardin. A Nice pool and a surprinsgly great breakfast! Negative point : we have never seen the manager... Therefore no one is able to make any decision and just following the rules. when a hotel is empty if someone is asking for a 2 hours delay check out you can't say that it will cost 30% of an additional night! Also, they refixed the whole internet during our stay. During a full day no internet on site. Not a big deal but no one informed us nor excused... It we just as it was. I hate this kind of behavior!
