Muy buen hotel, situado en el centro, enfrente del centro comercial Abreeza (y su estación de autobuses). Las habitaciones son grandes, espaciosas y luminosas. Dispone de armarios grandes donde dejar tus cosas y caja de seguridad. El baño es grande también y está muy bien. El hotel es muy nuevo. El personal que trabaja en él, son muy amables y atentos. El único pero que pondría, es que el traslado al aeropuerto me parece caro (600PHP) cuando con un taxi (son muy seguros) es menos de 200PHP.

The best thing about Seda is their staff. Everyone is polite and attentive to your needs. They smile at you genuinely and greet you when you cross paths in the hotel. I wasn’t able to get their names but my husband and I really appreciate the male staff at the reception desk in the afternoon of Dec 28 when we checked-in. There was a problem with our room at that time but we weren’t so stressed by it because he made us feel comfortable. We also appreciate the staff at the club lounge at the 11th floor for doing their best to serve all clients despite being so busy with the number of guests coming in and out of the lounge. Also, we love the male housekeeping personnel who greeted us every time he saw us and encouraged us to tell him when we need anything. We also like that the hotel is near malls, very convenient for us. Buffet breakfast has limited choices but tastes good. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Great Customer Service!!!”
Arrived at the hotel around 7:20am. I was planning to leave my stuff at the hotel since check-in will be at 2:00pm. But when I asked the frontdesk if I could check-in early if there’s an available room already, they allowed this and did not charge me anything. So by 7:30am, I was already in my room and I had a really great nap before I had to do some errands on that day. The room was clean and toiletries were complete. Also availed laundry&pressing services and only had to pay a total of Php100.00 for that. Breakfast was superb! Overall, I had a great time during my stay at this hotel. Will surely come back!

My stay in Davao”
The hotel was amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it is them who made the holiday for me along with my girlfriend. A special thank you to Mary Cris in the restaurant and Vincent who was on the door. The room was in very good condition, cleaned every day, it was good value for someone who wanted a room with good breakfasts with good variety too. There were regular taxis, the location was great, a shopping mall was across the road. I cant wait to go back there in August.

Seda Abreeza Davao Stay”
It's our 1st time to stay over at Seda Abreeza Davao. We chose it based on the location. It's right across the Abreeza Mall Davao, so there's an instant go to place for our last-minute shopping needs. We also got snacks from Abreeza. The room size is just right for a couple with a 2 year old toddler. Our daughter totally adores the bear stuffed toy seated on a table at the hotel lobby. Breakfast is served at the ground floor restaurant called Misto. On our first morning, it was Sunday, so the restaurant was full when we arrived, so we opted to sit on additional tables that were set-up outside. Selection for the buffet breakfast was sufficient. Loved how crispy the bacon was and the chocolate brownies were my daughter's favorites. On the Monday morning breakfast, we got to sit within the proper dining area because we also went down much later than the usual breakfast time between 6.00am to 10.00am. We found it secure that a key card is necessary to access the floors with guest rooms. Toiletries are provided and we loved them all... from packaging to the content itself. The staff was also very welcoming & we loved our entire stay. And oh, we had a car as well, so parking was a consideration. They provide free parking for hotel guests.

Amazing hotel in Davao”
Seda is just 30min away from airport and just beside Abreeza mall. Check in and check out was fast (we had 14 rooms booked). Rooms were clean, beds were very soft, and the bathroom was very spacious. Had complete amenities in room. Breakfast buffet was delicious and had so many options. Ask for the native hot choco!

Great place for location and comfort”
Located directly opposite Abreeza mall and other malls just a short taxi ride away. Room was very comfy. The lounge at the top floor is great as well with attending staff, Ronnick and Rayson to assist with your needs. The food at the ground floor was divine; local and western food available.

Pleasantly surprised”
General manager ( Kennedy?) was great. Staff shows good spirit. Facilities kept in good condition. Liked the views from the hotel: Abreeza Mall keeps nice landscaping and picturesque front entrance. On top floor, Bert was friendly soul to greet us every morning at breakfast, and we could tell he enjoyed working there. Best wishes to them. We stayed over 2 weeks because we liked it.

Seda—Ideal Hotel in Davao City ”
There are many things I like about this hotel—- location ( a mall is just right beside it) , spacious rooms ( but I wish , as a point for improvement, there was at least a chair for lounging and a small table for a tray in non-Premium rooms), cleanliness, and I really liked it that they have high-speed elevators. But the most important feature I guess is their customer - focused staff. They are obviously trained to delight . In one of my stays, I requested for some accommodation for my mom who is on a wheelchair , and a front desk officer by the name of Daniel , readily said he will personally see that it is done. ( emphasis on READILY). And he did. I would choose this hotel whenever I am in Davao City, any time.

The best staff ever”
The staff at Seda Abreeza was beyond my expectation- they were all very courteous and pleasant- they made sure we got a room as early as possible bec our arrival time was early and even the staff at the breakfast were all so polite and industrious! I will definitely stay at Seda Abreeza during my next visit and the hotel is right in front of the mall! What a ibonus!

Comfortable and value for money ”
Excellent place to relax and the mall is literally across the street. Other points of interest are also nearby like the Roxas Public Market and Crocodile Park. I would also like to add that staff member Jayson based in the Executive Lounge was a massive help providing assistance to my queries. Thank you for another wonderful stay.

Great Service and Considerate Management”
We were supposed to stay here overnight with my family. Every year, we spend Staycations at Seda to relax and bond with family. However, this month's schedule has to be postponed due to Covid19. Even if my reservation was already non-refundable, they were very considerate. Thank you, Seda! We'll reschedule our staycation after this pandemic.

From the moment we arrived to our departure a true 5 star experience with the staff going the extra mile at all times. Food was first class and although officially the restaurant closed at 10 the staff were accommodating. Welcoming the New Year”
My staycation from Dec. 31 to Jan. 1 has become a sort of tradition, and this year I continued with Seda Hotel. I was very pleased with the room. It was also good that a New Year's Eve Mass was held there. The breakfast selection was pretty much what I expected. Just a couple of observations: 1. The chef at the egg station on the morning of Jan. 1 didn't seem that welcoming. When I asked if I could get 2 eggs, he told me to just get from what he had already precooked. When I told him that I wanted the eggs a bit well done, he said that he will just bring them to me. Both times his tone of voice seemed to lack energy. Maybe he was tired from the night before, or he wasn't keen being on holiday duty. 2. The gym had just the right equipment, but I felt that the chairs and the plant vases occupied too much space. Nevertheless, I look forward to having another staycation soon!

Yummy breakfast. Very accommodating staff. What we like best is that they allowed us for an early checkin and late checkout free of charge. We had an early flight which was really tiring. Convenient location due to mall. I think location is on the quiet side of poblacion compared to the roxas area. Thank you. Till next booking!

Amazing Stay”
SEDA Abreeza is our favorite hotel in Davao. It is modern and very spacious. We love the rooms and the service here. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect, it is just right across Abreeza Mall. Always our to go to hotel - def worth every penny!
