The best staycation at a hotel that I ever had. Great and commendable services, clean bathroom, bedsheet and floor. Bed is super comfy, felt like you are sleeping on top of cotton candy. No weird and smoky smell in room. Polite and helpful staffs during check in and checkout. A little bit confusing in finding the lobby at first, but a customer help me since there's nobody at concierge counter (probably sending luggage to one of the room). Breakfast was super nice. Things to note : 1. The lobby is located at Floor 3 not ground floor. 2. Besides, do prepare RM200 for security deposit (to be paid by cash or credit card ONLY). 3. Need to pay RM5 for each vehicle exit, do validate your parking ticket at the lobby. Overall, SUPERB! Worth every ringgit paid. :)

Nice hotel in the heart of PJ”
We enjoyed our stay at the 14th floor of the hotel. Room was very spacious, clean and had all the facilities we needed. Rooms must have been well insulated from the noise as the rooms were nice and quiet. Breakfast offered a very good spread of Western, Malaysian, Japanese cuisine. The staff were very helpful and generous when it came to us requesting for a slightly later checkout.

Staff is soooo attentive! My little one had a wee bit of an accident in his pants just as we arrived on the iftar ballroom floor. A staff member noticed and just as I was about to ask for the direction on the washroom, he approached us and led us to the washroom and was super helpful! Couldn’t thank him enough! Also, the room was great! Room service was good too :) and the staff at the reception during both check in and check out time were professional and friendly. All in all everything ran smoothly. Wished could have stayed longer hahah!

I choose this hotel bcs it's nearby with my office. So my family could stay there while I'm working. Checking process is smooth with helpful receptionist. I instantly love the room, cozy and my siblings love bath tub. Ordered in room dining, delicious aglio olio, char kuey teow and nasi goreng. Everything is great I dont have anything to complain. Parking is RM5 only flat rate. Breakfast menu is superb. Gym is great, complete with basic amenities. I love the swimming pool, like a lot!!! It is at the roof top with extraordinary view. Staff were very helpful with our requests, hotel was clean and we were assured that it was well sanitized. Received a pack at check-in with face masks, sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer. Water pressure was excellent even for the rain shower,, no problems with air-conditioning. Rooms were large and the view was nice.

New hotel. So ambiance still fresh. Staff is very helpful. Room is clean. I am staying here during lockdown period where the hotel manage is well and take care of social distancing. Food was served direct to room according to time they promised. Just that I think the menu can be improved in terms of taste.

Great stay for KL trip”
Comfortable bed/pillows! Room and hotel front appeared plush as first impression. My daughter enjoyed the bathtub much; good-sized bathtub in my opinion. Good breakfast with decent options. Staff went out of his way to make our breakfast on our last day 👍. Strategic location for those driving; easy access to Federal Highway. Decent kid's room. Carpark security was 👍. Saw security rounding when we arrived. Only thing was our checkout staff was rather curt; customer service could be improved there.

The room was clean except there was a very light cigarette smell everytime I entered the room. But the housekeeping came to solve the problem and offered a room changing option. The room service was excellent and staffs were friendly. Will definitely drop another visit in the future again!

The star fits its service. I can let the RM5 per entry parking fee go because my family and I had a great time. The swimming pool was ok. They wouldn't let you swim if it rains. The rooms were amazing. The bed was enormous. The only bad thing was I couldn't connect my netflix to the tv. The breakfast was astounding. I personally love the 5/6 fruit juices every morning without fail. The croissant simply was to die for. I am definitely coming back for the breakfast. Overall, it was a perfect birthday weekend for me.

(Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights) Hotel is clean and looks modern. Staff are very helpful - the concierge, receptionist and guest service. Services were also personalized especially when using the gym. Everywhere in the hotel, staff were friendly and polite. I feel homed. I was assigned a room that is in accordance to my request during booking. What I love the most: 1. The 24-hour gym - Although equipment is basic, I love the treadmill that has a display screen to watch YouTube which I normally do with my phone. The view from the gym is superb - Sunset and sunrise. Very cool and relaxing. 2. Food- Breakfast was delicious, both ala carte (due to Covid SOP) and buffet (Malaysia Day special). The oat is nice, my staple food. 3. Cafe - The Link Cafe has the best ambience and interior design I've ever experienced. The environment is conducive (quiet) that I was able to do revision privately while enjoying the appetizing fish and chips and apple juice. 4. Room - The lighting is sufficient. Has HDMI outlet (which I effortlessly screen mirrored my Surface using MiraCast). Bathroom that is separated by a transparent glass so you don't feel like in a box during a hot tub session. 40 inch TV. The bed is so comfy. Why not 10/10? Room size was not the same as what I saw in Agoda website (Probably that is for executive deluxe) But man, I had expectations. Parking for guest is RM5 per entry which I think should be free. Punctuality - There was once I had to wait for about 10 mins for the staff to unlock the gym. I'm very particular about time and punctuality. I hope they are more alert on guests that have made gym reservation (due to SOP) In conclusion, YES! I'll come again to Sheraton PJ because it is worth the money.

Superb hotel design and infinity pool at level 33 which lovely on evening for view of KL skyline. Miyabi restaurant at level 3A are awesome with their speciality on wagyu A5, juicy and melted with one bite. Super delicious. Total recommended for end year discount by Agoda.

Best place to rest! ”
This hotel has the best mattress, pillow and comforter..definitely a great place for u to have a rest after all the headaches at the office! However, one thing that should be improve is the towel. So small and crumple. Breakfast menu so delicious. Love their croissant, chicken sausages, fish grill, and many more. Pool is not that big but at you can definitely enjoy the rooftop view.

Had a staycation here and all services are great. As expected. Maybe the downside is there arent much places to go within walking distance or I didnt get the chance to explore. But for the hotel services itself, and the staffs are awesome.

Pleasant stay”
Had a pleasant stay for 3 days 2 nights. Was given high floor room on 16th floor as requested, beautiful city view from room. Room was very clean and well maintained. Might be a little confusing for first comer driving to the location as there are 90deg turn to flyover which I missed, but manageable. A little unfortunate that the breakfast can only be served based on individual orders due to RMCO however appreciate the measures put in place. Overall, good and satisfactory stay.
