Es la tercera vez que vamos. Leyendo los comentarios de algunos viajeros, es verdad que los bungalows son básicos, sin embargo cada año los van modernizando. Todos tienen aire acondicionado. No tienen televisión, sin embargo, abres la ventana y estás ante la mejor playa de Koh Kood. La comida del restaurante está muy bien, y coincides con la BBQ es maravilloso y a un buen precio. El personal del restaurante muy simpático y amable, sobre todo un chico que nos sirvió cada día y fue muy atento. Esperamos volver pronto a disfrutar de la playa y las vistas desde el bungalow. Recomendado 100%

All great but the wine!”
Great value, at least off season, on a prefect white sand beach with clear sea. I loved the 8 days I had in my Seaview Bungalow. Very spacious, good bed with 4 pillows, nice terrace, a few steps in the white sand to bath in the sea. Nice and friendly staff, enjoyable breakfast buffet. The wifi connection was up and down, but maybe due to the previous torrential rains which occured a few days before my arrival and took some of the island's cables down. The diner we ate on site was ok not more. And mostly my diner's pleasure has been ruined by the terrible wine sold 220THB/glass that I would not even use to cook. For great food and correct wine at very affordable rates, we enjoyed Filou Restaurant 3 nights, don't miss it in town, 2Km north. Great thaï massages at "Good Massage" 2Km south. I will be back for the "Paradise" feeling of Siam Beach Resort, but also for the general ambiance of Koh Chang where the "Land of Smiles" kindness is still actual.

We re really happy with the stay, based on the price we paid. Best part is big. Nice sandy beach. The photos of swimming pool are a bit misleading, it is not in perfect condition, so is many places around resort - i hope it is work in progress and they are working towards fixing it all. Also staff - in general very nice, but very inexperienced and in some places understaffed. Prices in hotel restaurant and bar are super reasonable and quality is great. Overall we got exactly what we wanted - inexpensive beachfront holiday with great sandy beach and clear sea

We have stayed at beach side one. Room is modern and well decorated. Staff if friendly and kind. Breakfast was so so, menu of resort's restaurant frankly speaking is poor, so most of the time we ate at nearest Nature Beach Resort.

All the facilities were provided as they mentioned. They allowed us to checkin early. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was amazing. There dinning area have awesome sea view With comfortable sitting arrangement. Food was awesome . Beach was clean and have less crowd. Most recommended.

This place was perfect for young families. Location is right on the beach 🏝 I’d recommend taking your own beach mat or chairs though. Lots of shade to shelter on beach! Be prepared to drive through the mountains to get there and there isn’t a 7-11 in walking distance but if you’re looking for a spot to just enjoy the Beach this is it.

The good: on the beach, big rooms, nice pool, good restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, very chilled and relaxing atmosphere. The bad: the room is abit tired and old, the cleaning standards are a little below par (dirty cups, stained towels, bathroom a little dingy), the hotel is a little far from other restaurants. Overall i had a wonderful stay and would happily stay there again. Very impressed!

The resort is in a prime location of Lonely Beach although transport is necessary to visit the various shops nearby. Within walking distance (along the beach) are several other resorts, bars and restaurants if you fancy a change of scenery. We stayed in a Premium Sea View room that had a magnificent view of the beach. Overall the resort needs quite a bit of maintenance and the rooms, although functional, could do with a coat of paint. Breakfast was, in my opinion, very good with quite a varied choice of food and beverages. I would stay here again 😊

- great and quaint location, right on the Lonely Beach - spacious rooms - some of the older bungalows are a little worn down, expect tiny insects here and there but not a big disturbance - decent service - provides bike rental services - the newer bungalows better rooms

We were happy to be right on the beach. The room was basic but clean. We had requested an extra bed which was fine - a mattress on the floor. Breakfast was simple and fine. Staff were very nice, especially the older chap running the restaurant who went out of his way to make sure everything was done correctly. The only complaints would be that the staff didn't give use enough towels and the wifi doesn't reach the rooms, you can only connect in the restaurant and reception. We'd stay again - good food, plenty of other options along the small beach (which is busy, and has a younger vibe) but we happily ate here.

Zaletą są duże przestronne pokoje i ogromne balkony, sam hotel zasłużył już na remont, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało, było czysto, sprzątanie codziennie. Muszę jednak powiedzieć - jesli oczekujesz marmurowej posadzki i luksusów, będziesz zawiedzony. Śniadania dobre, basen czysty,duży i bardzo zadbany, wygodne leżaki, ręczniki plażowe. Przy basenie jest stoisko z masażem, polecam skorzystać.

This hotel has so much potential than how it is being operated now. It is located in beautiful beach, but the place in overall needs upgrade and proper maintenance. The room is big but lack of maintenance The staffs tried to be really helpful but you can see the lack of hospitality training and limited tools to serve.

Breakfast was sad and tasteless, probably going for just fruits would be the best option. For the same price I would go for hotels around white sand since they have better interiors and the staff is more friendly that side (personal opinion). Bed was comfortable and shower facility was nice and big.
