Given room that housekeeper haven’t clean!”

First time staying here. Was given 7 floor, upon check in. Went up to room but room was a mess! It was not clean yet. Stayed in many hotels in different countries. This is the first time encounter such incident. How can the front desk make such mistake. Definitely bad first impression. Had to go down to reception. Was given another room also on 7th floor but was smelly! Will not return again.

The hotel is quite new, but still the room was a little bit smelly when we arrived. Anyway we slept well and had a enjoyable stay for a reasonable price.

Hotel is new. Room furnished with beautiful and elegant design. It’s clean. Bed is large and comfortable. Although it’s a bit far from Lee garden, however not an issue as v can take tuk tuk. We enjoy our stay!

value for money, friendly and attentive staff”

we stayed 2 nights and took 4 rooms. 2 rooms had plumbing issues although it was resolved within a short time. Coming out from the bath tub after a shower was rather dangerous and slippery. hotel should place those non slip mats. my mother in law fell and bruise her thigh coming out. one of the beds had mites and bitten my daughter. could improve on this.

Hotel is pretty new and very clean. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious with comfortable bed too. Hotel near to Diana Shopping Center, Central Festival and Night Market. Hotel staff's spoke English and Polite too. However room wifi is intermittent and can be annoying.

New hotel and very clean room, but the washroom is so so but overall is very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful, always try to solve my problem. Even there are some issue with my booking but they still handle it patiently. highly recommended!

Nice New Hotel”

This brand new hotel is at walking distance to the Diana Shopping Complex (5 mins), the Asean Night Bazaar (10 mins), the Central Festival Mall (15 mins) and the Odean Shopping Mall (20 mins) but overall is a bit unfriendly for guests without their own transport. The restaurant has good value breakfast (150 THB) and lunch (200 THB) buffets with a pretty wide selection of food and beverages. The spa provides massage at a reasonable price. The room was very spacious with a big window providing an expansive view of Hat Yai. The room decor is modern and colorful, but the dated bathroom fixtures were out of keeping with the rest of the furnishings. There was a bit of street noise from the busy, four lane road the hotel sits beside, but if you run the A/C fan, it is not too noticeable. The staff was courteous and professional. Value for money was very good compared to similar Hat Yai hotels.

I stayed in this hotel when I visit Hatyai for 1 day. The Hotel is new (3 months) the room is very clean and have big enaogh space.. the bathroom is clean with full amenities and hair dryer. but the wifi was not stable. I booked the room without breakfast but after discuss with my partner, we choose to buy breakfast and pay directly to hotel (150 bath). the breakfast based on staff information was buffet like other hotel but in the morning we must choose 1 menu (american breakfast: salad, bacon, 2 sausage, 2 eggs). the menu is really disapointing. if you want to stay here i think its more worth without breakfast

Not recommended to stay in this hotel. ”

Far away from center, not convinience, and we take grab car to the center it charge 80bath,but the first day the hotel staff call a tuktuk car and charge 100bath,dishonest of the hotel staff. The room is not soundproof, we can hear noisy from outside. Bathtub is high, the toilet floor is sticky and slippery, easy to fall down and climb to bathtub. Not recommended for children and old people to stay there.

Rundown on the inside”

A lot of its facilities are rundown. Eg. Shower heads that have been retrofitted, towel rack that came out loose (I encountered that on 2 different rooms). Room design wise - it was not ergonomic. The bathtub is too high, and constitutes a hazard (this is especially critical if you have young children or older adults).

Overall, room is very spacious and clean. Staff is helpful. The wifi is Super bad is equivalent to no wifi at all. No point using their wifi actually. Breakfast can be better as there is no much choices to choose from. Will rather go out and eat.

We are booking 13 Room in this hotel very bad service the are said No Double Bed Room only twin bed Room have as now since we already book very long times with Agoda Booking asked for a early check in but they denied me a room, saying it is full. It is not a reliable place hotel to stay Don't book this place, even if it a complimentary for you. Very bad and horrified service by Hotel manager very rude with custumer i have to pay fine for smoking in Room 14,380 baht when i asking with the hotel staff give discount and let me discuss with my group members to confirm whether the are smoking or not the hotel manager very rude no time you have to pay nor or not i will call the Police now i don't know he have to call police , since we want to pay the total fine The manager name given to me Wisit he forget to know his attitude a person work as Manager Then if you want to Travel from this hotel to Town you have to use Tuk Tuk service there charge 20 to 30 baht for person

Comfortable stay”

Hotel fullfilled what I requested upon booking online. Spacious and clean room which my family and I (4persons) stay comfortably and relax. Great location which nearby a lot of shop and a shopping complex. Easy to get to others attractions Less choice of food in breakfast buffet line however can fulfill stomach.
