The view from the rooftop is beautiful and you can see the cityscape. The swimming pool is a bit small and there are too many steps in the pool, but it is quite high-end and clean, with complimentary pool towels. The pool water is warm, so it's not too cold to swim at night, and there's a bar next to it. The hotel is designed in a European style and is very beautiful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staffs is very friendly and helpful. They will help guide you to the tourist attractions in the city. When we were rushing to catch our flight, our souvenir delivery was mistakenly sent to another Silverland hotel. The staff helped us to arrange for urgent delivery and ready taxi to the airport in advance, and we are very grateful for their assistance.

The location is convenient to many attractions. The staff are helpful and friendly. Rooftop garden is absolutely a great advantage. However, the hotel is a solo small building with old facilities. Sound insulation is very bad that the construction noisy is annoying in the daytime. In the morning, door closing next room was clear. The room is small and the corridor window is useless as is can't open it. Generally speaking, it's not very good value for money to me as there are plenty of choices nearby.

Wonderful, Quiet hotel”
Silverland Jolie was a pleasant discovery. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Here are the primary reasons why: (1). The hotel is very quiet. You do not hear the busy streets. They did a great job isolating the traffic sound. (2) The staff is Excellent. Ms Jennifer is amazing and genuinely cares about her guests, her staff, and the hotel overall. Very easy to observe that the staff enjoys working at the hotel. To me this indicates they are treated well which is very important to me. (3) The lobby atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. (4) The breakfast and the atmosphere in the breakfast area is nice. Very nice music. (5) Afternoon tea was a very pleasant bonus. (6) The King bed was very comfortable. My travel time from USA to HCM exceeded 30 hours. Thus, the comfortable bed, was very much appreciated. The room had strong air-conditioning, small mini bar, and plenty of international TV channels. (7) The rooftop offers an amazing view of the river and portions of the city. The Pool is small but was nice for a cool down in the afternoon heat. I enjoyed the rooftop in the evening. Beautiful view and cool breeze. I stay in hotels about 120 nights a year around the world. No hotel is without small issues. However, the ambience, comfort, and the staff, created a lovely experience that I enjoyed. This hotel is a good one and I will stay here again.

My favorite hotel we stayed in during our two week visit to Vietnam. The location was great (our favorite area of Vietnam)! The staff was fantastic, they were very helpful friendly and happy. The room itself was great, I loved the shower and all the big windows. We visited the rooftop pool and loved it. It’s not large, but we went up to just relax and it was nice to get in to cool down occasionally. Would absolutely recommend this hotel. Had I known better, I would have stayed here longer.

Amazing staff, friendly and helpful. Our room had now window (we knew in advance) and was a bit small, I guess it is understandable for this crowded city. The view from the roof terrace was great but the pool was bit to small for how many people use it.

Beautiful and nice. location is good. breakfast quite sumptuous. do go to the top floor to enjoy the pool and the view of the city. do actually have a look at the routes from thecity top. i only realised it when i was checking out, how central it really is

I stayed at Silverland Jolie with my parents, my wife and two small children. The hotel has a super friendly staff (thank you again Lisa and Jenny and the rest!). The hotel is located smack in the middle of everything, but on a quiet side street. Everything is on this hotel’s doorstep. We stayed in the most expensive rooms of the hotel with windows that could be opened, a nice sofa and water boiler, and could not be happier with the rooms. The roof top pool is a gem! And the afternoon tea is a fun treat if you happen to be at the hotel at time if that event. Can’t wait to return to Ho Chi Minh and Silverland Jolie!

I stayed for a week in February and had the pleasure to enjoy a premier room on the top floor with a river view (903). The staff are great and Jenny does an excellent job in managing the customers' experience. The only issue I had was that the music at the rooftop pool was far too loud and the playlist was very short (one day I heard the same song 3 times within a few hours). I think that they need to figure out whether the music is for the benefit of their customers or more so for their staff. I have stayed at many hotels and have never heard the common area music played so loudly.

We had a very wonderful time here. The staff was very friendly. They welcomed us with drinks and helped us with our stay here. They are very thoughtful and considerate of our needs. Other than that, the room is clean and quiet. Clean towels, chocolates and drink water is provided every day. We would definitely recommend others to come stay here and we would come back here again in the future if we happen to come to Saigon again
