Need to wait for more than 2 hours for check-in. According to the staff, the hotel lacks of manpower to clean the rooms. I don’t think this should have happened because according to the staff, “this thing is normal for every weekend”. The hotel management should fix this problem . But other that, all was superb. i love the design, layout. even though i asked for King Bed and just got a single twin bed, its okay. the room, bathroom, food, facilities still in a good condition and clean. will repeat to stay here but not on weekend 😄

I stayed here for four very relaxing and carefree weeks. Before I decided to stay in the Sofitel Damansara Hotel I checked their daily room rates for weeks until I found a great daily room rate to stay in a luxury room with complimentary daily buffet breakfasts. You couldn’t wish for a more comfortable and relaxed style of hotel of this standard. ALL employees only offered excellent customer service toward guests and visitors to the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, the location is good! However, the peak season may make the thing become messy and fortunately the staffs are still being professional and politeness. We arrived in evening and got the inform about the room yet to ready with no expected time but really appreciate for the Chinese female receptionist who still giving the good service and tried to solve the issue asap. If there is not a long waiting for the room check in, overall should be the best!

I LOVE Sofitel. I didn't have a great experience on the earlier day as my flight was delayed and in addition with the KL afternoon traffic, I thought this is going to be a bad day. When I arrived the hotel, I was greeted by one of the staff at the door and he directed me to the reception. The receptionist was very nice and guess what, they told me I was their "guest of the day"; hence upgraded my room and privileges. I got complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails at the club floor. I totally didn't expect this and Sofitel mentioned this is one thing unique about them which is to surprise guests with upgrades. I am so thankful for Sofitel to select me to enjoy this surprise. Overall excellent stay!

Had a great stay here even for a night. I attended an event at the Nizza Restaurant (lovely food btw!) and decided to stay for the night. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the service they have given! I’d definitely go back some day for a staycation there. Although, if you’re looking for a hotel with a view, there’s not much you can see except for Damansara/Bukit Damansara there.

Booked deluxe king room. Spacious hotel room, spacious bathroom with bathtub. Nice pool. Love the staff- very polite. Love the breakfast buffet althto its busy time but they r very smooth and helpful. Plus point there. Clean room. Just problem w tv line, but they quickly sent maintenance to check on it . We booked Spa’ and the spa was super nice and beautiful, we tried facial maybe nxt round can try the hammam spa. overall, love the ambience and the hotel’ parking is myr2/day if u validate. Quite pack over d weekend.

Second stay and still as great”
This is my second stay in maybe four months and there's a reason why I'm coming back and will be back again! I've done staycations across different hotels and Sofitel is by far the cleanest and most comfortable, with great facilities. The only downside is that it's attached to a quiet, fairly dead mall, but since Sofitel is just a few minutes drive from Bukit Damansara, Solaris/Publika area, food is not a problem.

The hotel is very thoughtful that they surprised us with a slice of cake to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. Their room is very comfortable and classy especially with the French themed mirror. One tiny downside was the toilet flush is slightly faulty, once flushed the flush couldn’t stop. Was a minor problem, hope they could fix it. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Stay was wonderful, we arrive late around 9:30pm and rush to their Chinese restaurant for a quick dinner. Apart from slow food service, dishes was fantastic. Room is clean and comfortable. Car park access is also easy. Only thing to watch out is when driving to this hotel via expressway, the direction signage at the road divider is not visible.

First stay and welcome by the counter staff as “Special Guest of the Day” which upgraded my booking room from Luxury Room, King Bed to Junior Suite, Club Millesime Access. Check-in and check-out at Club Millesime located at 22rd floor where many food & beverage is available during the sessions of afternoon tea & evening cocktail. All staffs are attentive, warm & polite. Excellent experience in a more spacious room at a corner unit coupled with generous views. It designed with a nice and comfortable working desk and a luxury bathroom with Lanvin toiletries and bathtub & walk-through wardrobe. A super king sized bed with 4 pillows and 2 cushions. Not much variety in buffet breakfast for the price that paid. If you are driving, do validate your parking ticket at the Concierge and paid MYR10 per entry.

Room was huge and very comfortable. Love the cleanliness of the room. Bathtub is the best and can’t get enough of it! Everything was so perfect. It just need to pay for the parking but still not a big issue for me. Will come again in future!

The hotel is clean and new. Everything is good and the parking is free for 2 nights. Unlike recent stay in Hilton Hotel where it charged me RM278 for parking at the hotel for 1 night stay.
