Fabulous hotel & staff”
Sonesta staff went above and beyond to assist me with every one of my needs during my stay, from altitude sickness to a lost phone. Every staff member was meticulously professional, polite and attentive to my needs. I will definitely stay here again.

We arrived into the hotel and we were so glad we booked this place. Staff was very polite. Room was clean and bed comfortable after a long day traveling. Breakfast is ready early yummy. There's so much food and variety to choose from. Highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to come back

The location is very good, within walking distance to the main square. The breakfast is excellent and the hotel is very clean. It would have been nice to also have a pool, but Cusco has a lot to offer and you definitely wouldn’t get bored here. If you want to enjoy your stay at Cusco, Sonesta Hotel is definitely a good choice.

Good place to stay”
A nice hotel on a good place in Cusco. Very friendly staff. Administrative system was not the best. Taking the money from my creditcard without any explication is not done. The invoices are unreadable. But I will come again

Pros: great selection of breakfast, friendly staffs, located in central Cusco so can go everywhere from hotel. Clean bed and excellent room cleaning. Easy check in/out. Recommended

No ventilation in toilets”
All was fine however they have no windows ,air con or other ventilation in toilets which was not very good.

For out recent trip to Peru my wife, three other couples and me decided to stay in this hotel. Im happy to say that the Hotel is very nice and has a great location. Walking distance to incarail bus ride to Machu Pichu and the Plaza the armas. I recommend it

Nice hotel, great breakfast, got sick with the altitude and the staff gave me oxygen.

Stay was alright. I would bring earplugs for night time as it is a little loud. You either get hotel noise or street noise but it is located so that you can walk to many places to eat, markets, sights. Easy to get a taxi out front.

Great location, Comfortable Beds”
Sonesta Cusco hotel was comfortable. We did not eat at the hotel much but it did have an acceptable free breakfast. There are too many good places nearby to eat out at. The hotel was within walking distance to many places.
