Old hotel with very less / no management at all, don't expect anything new from the hotel. Shower water are always cold, there's no hot water whatsoever. A 24hours KTV located nearby the hotel blasting song all night long and you can feel the bass when you're in your room. 5 minute walk to the Tesco Lotus nearby.

Location & price was the only good thing. Bed was rock hard, room furnishing is old, Air-cond old, Music all night. Do feel spooky as not much guest during low seasons.

Old hotel with no facilities ”
This hotel is consider very old and practically only use 8th floor to operate only. Location although is in town area, but its at the end of the corner road. All facilities is closed down such as restaurant, massage center and others. Only reception is open for people to check in and no room cleaning services if you stay longer than 1 day due to only 1 staff working which is the receptionist as well ! She only change towel for you, thats all. If you looking for cheap stay at RM70 per night, you can opt for this hotel provided you can endure the no facility given, hotel is creepy feeling, toilet bowl is leaking water, basically you just want to sleep at cheap price only. Else, better look for other hotels in surrounding area. Won’t come back to stay here again

Unsafe enviroment”
The surrounding/environment of the hotel are surrounded with more then 20 big angry dogs! They are everywhere hanging around in big groups. From the carpark up to the hotel entrance stairs!! My car was already surrounded by around 8 dogs upon arrival barking angrily.. We dare not even open our door to walk out to the hotel! The area was dark and no one from the hotel staff was outside to give assistance. So we have no choice but to lose our RM60 advance payment and look for another hotel. To add, i have no problems with a few dogs and i am considered familiar with dogs but certainly not the one surrounding SP Sweet Hotel, they are too aggressive! There are other better hotels by the roadside to choose from. Never ever take this one, especially if you're a family with kids! Totally not worthy.

VERY UNSUITABLE HOTEL”
JUST IMAGINE THE DISCO CLUB BELOW THE HOTEL OPENS UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING MALAYSIAN TIME 0900 HOURS . IF THE PERSON IS TOO TIRED OR ON SLEEPI9NG PILL THEN THE BING BANG SOUND FROM THE DISCO IS TOLERABLE , OTHERWISE ONE CANNOT REALLY SLEEP THE WHOLE NIGHT ! NO PROPER PARKING PLACE .
