The room is equivalent to a five-star hotel. Although, it is a little aged, everything is well maintained. The room is large and more than enough for us two to stay. If you come in groups, the rooms can be adjacent and you can open the connecting door to the other room. The room is clean. We tried to check in early but the rooms were not ready yet. We get complimentary cakes voucher while we were waiting in the lobby. Thanks to the reception. I think we will come back again.

Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and kindly offered us a free shuttle van service that picked us up at the bus terminal soon after when we arrived there from Bangkok. Our children (8, 7 and 5 years old) enjoyed the swimming pool very much. The breakfast buffet was fabulous! We would recommend this hotel to family travelers considering staying at Rayong.

New, clean, functional. Staffs were lovely and welcomed. Breakfast was more than everything you need. (You can enjoy international buffet breakfast for an hour. Just to try a bit of everything! It was all delicious.) you can also access to the gym, swimming pool and sauna, including yoga class and etc. for free. Totally recommended.

This is my first time staying at this hotel and it was a great experience. The rooms are clean and very big. The fitness center and pool are amazing. The bar ans restaurant serve quality food and beverage. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. Strongly recommended.

Worth the money”
If you want comfort without the beach scene, this is perfect. Room is spacious, so is the bathroom. Breakfast is excellent. Fitness and swimming pool are great. The hotel is next to so many shopping venues.

Definitely worth the money”
Room size was far above average. Quite aged hotel but very well maintenance and clean keeping this one so classic. Location was strategic, at the central of Rayong. It was surrounded by night market and fruit market where is dynamic and fun, but somehow looks a bit dirty. All hotel facilities were nice and clean. I liked such big fitness center, it was awesome. Buffet breakfast was stunning, with plenty of food served. Staffs were helpful. I accidentally dropped a bottle of milk splashed onto my room floor at 10 pm while housekeeping department was off the duty. I called for help from reception and they sent us a boy to clean it up. I did not ask for his name, but thank you!

Located in the town center, the hotel is an easy access from Sukhumvit Road, having complete businesses in the surrounding. The room was well-kept and clean. Our stay was comfort and urged us to come back for multiple stays.

Evident of past glamour and grandeur, probably in the 80s or 90s. Though slightly dated, I'm personally impressed with staff upholding the hotel culture with pride. The room is spacious, clean and amenities sufficiently stocked. Staff are polite and helpful - from housekeeping to cafe to reception, they took pride in their duties. Am also very impressed and surprise to see a welcome fruit basket in the room upon checking in. The breakfast spread is very good.

-The room is spacious and clean and the bed is very comfortable. -The location of the hotel is a bit tricky to find but there are many food stalls nearby. There is a night market 5 mins walk from the hotel which also sells good local street food. -The staff are very friendly -Best of all, there is a great variety of breakfast choices. So many delicious food to eat for breakfast.

Very nice officer, polite, helpful. Good location, near local train station, near 7/11, near department store, near street food. But have some bad customer smoke inside their room so the smoke cover my room too and they make loud sound.

The room was 40 sq metres with a separate shower and bath tub Tne staff are a mixture of Philippino and Thai ....everyone was very welcoming and efficient The gym facilities are the best by far that I have seen in a hotel and the buffet breakfast is excellent The hotel is next to the night market ...that was the only slight drawback because my room was on the corner overlooking a stage where there was a show ...it eas wuite noisy but finished by 10.30 pm so it did not bother me Next time I am in Rayong I will certainly stay here

Better service than the past”
I have been stayed in Star Hotel for many years as a main stop before going to my home town. I have in a lot of improvement in all services in this hotel from a last couple year. They renovated some rooms, all staff has a good service-mind, facility is cleaner, gym equipment and pool is much more well maintained.

Very Good Value”
This is an older hotel that is located next to the night market, and connected to a shopping center. We had a corner room that was spacious. The furnishings were older and there was a major lack of electrical outlets (poorly designed outlet placements too). The room seemed to be fairly clean. There are a few major pro's: 1) Gym - this is full size gym that has monthly memberships but is free for guests. It's the best 'hotel gym' I've ever seen. 2) The pool is big and adequate for adults and kids. 3) There is a huge breakfast buffet with lots of options. I wouldn't say the food is of high quality, but it's plentiful and good value for the cost of the room. We were happy with our stay at this hotel. The connected shopping center is older and nothing special, but there is the evening market too for cheap goods and food stalls.

Good value and great location”
Great area to stay in Rayong with a couple of lively markets within walking distance. We walked to the market every evening to get our dinner. The rooms are little dated but are still nice, big, and comfortable. The fitness center is tops and well equipped.
