Room & Cleanliness 5/5 Room was spacious enough and king bed was huge and comfortable. Toilet is clean too. Bed smells nice and everything was clean. We even got an upgrade to highest floor with very nice Sunway park view also just in front of the elevators so no need to walk far, though the upgrade wasn't free but it's okay. Get room 2601! ;) Staff 5/5 Staffs were very kind and accommodating from the reception to the managers. We requested water few times and they are quick to respond. Thank you for the great stay Sunway Clio! we had an amazing time. The Manager Fazraf and Mikhail made it more special by sending cake for special occasion and giving us extended hour of stay as a treat! We'll definitely come back and book this hotel again. I'll recommend them to my friends too.

"Service with a smile!" This is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was quite large and clean. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional especially Farrah Sher and Shelrah. They even gave us a plate of fruit and 2 boxes of chocolate for being The Day of The Guest. The lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast area was large. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items. There was plenty for everyone, including tons of bacon. I definitely would stay at this hotel again. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is also convenient and easy to shop!Thank you Management and Staff at Sunway Clio Hotel!

Excellent hotel with connected shopping facilities ”
Sunway Clio Hotel is a very well-maintained & clean hotel. The property is also connected to the shopping mall beside it. You don’t have to travel downtown to get your shopping fixed. Sunway Pyramid is a huge shopping mall with major Brands in it. Right beside the hotel, there’s Healthland massage too. Excellent place for a good massage after a day of shopping. The hotel breakfast serve quite a decent spread. The only improvement which I hope to see in my next visit - food kept in the food warmer can be maintained at a warmer temperature. Btw, the hotel does provide complimentary parking coupons for guests who drive there too. Overall service from the front desk to housekeeping are great!! In summary, not much complaints.. happy to re-book my next stay with them. =)

Sunway Clio hotel is always our first priority & the best hotel to stay when ever we are down in Sunway, PJ. The location is great & all the staff are well trained & display highest standards of professionalism. I believed it is from the great leadership by the hotel’s Manager, Ms Karen Lee. She really treasured all her hotels customers & personally ensure that our stayed in the hotel are pleasant & comfortable even though she is on leaves. I can conclude that I can’t get this kind of treatment & hospitality from any other hotels other than Sunway Clio hotel. We would like to extend our appreciation to Ms Karen Lee, En Fazrah, Megala and the rest of the hotel’s staff whom make our recent stay a memorable & enjoyable one.

I love to stay hotel as it might release my stress. I will book without planning and it just follow when I want it. This is 1st time that i ever feel appreciated as a customer. This is not my first time make booking to such luxurious hotel. I have stay at 5* hotel before but from all the experience until now,this hotel is the best! Why? I book almost late already via agoda, and it just suddenly. I come to check in aroun 6.30pm. At lobby, the manager Mr. Fazraf is there welcome me with smile and guide me to reception for check in. All the staff on that day really nice with smile and their sincereness with work I can feel it. Miss Alina at counter also soo sweet and all the process for check in run smoothly. All is awesome, as the staff open the door for me and family, even lif also the staff will take care for you. My breakfast come late that morning but during check out one of another manager come and sincerely apologies on it ang hands me a big delicious cookies as complimentary.

One of my favorite hotels ! The room is clean and new , comfortable beds and pillows . Booked 2 rooms and would like to request connecting rooms , been calling Sunway group customer service , they got me transfer to reservation department however no one pick up the calls despite been calling for few times . This is something need to be addressed . I’m very grateful that MR Fazraf was very effectively help me with the issue , also thanks to MR Fendrelee and Casey that have been provide their best service and professional upon my arrival . Keep up the good work !

this my first time here and I'm loving it to the max! special thanks to Mr Fazraf (Manager on duty) and his staff (Alina, Lee, Faiz, Rudy and Azrul) for their warm welcomed during my arrival. fast check-in, the room has a spectacular view, clean and spacious. I'm totally in love with this hotel. also thanks to Mr Faiz and ms thana for their help to print my admission ticket to Sunway Lagoon. breakfast was great, and the location was superb. just beside the main entrance of Sunway Lagoon and it's connected to Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall. definitely will come again.thanks

Great hospitality”
I'm especially in awe w the ground staff. They were all very friendly and smiley throughout our stay. Especially Eric from the concierge who went above & beyond to take care of our needs. In conjunction w our son's birthday, we left a cake w them and wanted to hand carry it to the restaurant on the other side of Sunway via the shopping mall. It was quite a long walk from Sunway Clio to Sunway Resorts, Eric offered to hand carry it for us after noticing we were pushing two strollers w two kids in tow. We politely reject then he offered to drive us there. Upon reaching the restaurant w the cake he also offered his phone number and invite us to call him to fetch us back to the hotel. He also handed us a small box of chocolate for our son's birthday. His hospitality service should be highly applauded. Thank you, Eric! Not forgetting Casey too, he made us feel very welcome. Our only disappointment was the breakfast, noted due to current SOPs it was envitable. Overall a great stay!

Amazing hotel to stay”
This is my 2nd time stay here. Its a great hotel with a good location. Its connect with the mall and sunway lagoon. The front desk were very nice because let me check in early and i had issue with remote tv. They solve it quickly. The only cons, i can hear voice from other room. Mybe because its a connecting room. Room are clean and had a park view. Their manager also very nice. I really enjoy my stay here and will always choose this hotel for my next visit.

We love the entire stay here. I received a birthday cake the night before my birthday. My kids had so much fun at their swimming pool. Access to the mall was easy. I love the jasmine fragrance at the lobby. The room was neat and well ventilated. Air conditioning was good and easy to adjust. The view of the park is amazing! The bed is super comfortable, the price is reasonable and very worth value for money

Smooth check in check out. Tip top clean room. Fast service and friendly staffs. Call for maintenance also very fast service. Link to Sunway Pyramid Mall. Everything is there. Breakfast was splendid. Can have your breakfast for hours non stop. Varieties of food. Malay, Chinese, Western, Indian and Arabic food. Carpark also clean and secured. We pay RM45 for the entire 4 days stay. In out super easy. Definitely will come back. Thank you.😍

Sunway Clio Hotel is our favorite hotel to stay whenever we are in Subang. It is located in a strategic location and next to Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall. Every facilities in this hotel is really great. Morning breakfast is also really good. My sincere thanks once again to Front Office Team comprising Ms Karen, Ms Dayang, Mr Ali and Ms Lo for extended check out time during our stay on 26.11.19. Our special thanks to conceige staff- En Jamil for helping us to load our heavy stationery from hotel lobby to car park. He is very helpful, well mannered and carry out his duties well. In my personal opinion, it is Leaderships by example leads by Ms Karen Lee and Ms Dayang. Every staff here is truly excellent and always displayed the highest degree of professionalism in the discharge of their duties.

Check-in and check-out were efficient, room big and clean, breakfast selection was plenty options (for us) and tasty too and all staff are just marvelous polite and friendly. Sunway Clio Hotel has always been the best and our first priority hotel whenever we are in Subang. Every facilities in this hotel is superb. Front Office Manager- Ms Karen Lee is humble, friendly and efficient in every aspect. Every staff here is truly excellent namely En Fazrah Sher, Dayang, Mr Lee, Haslinda and Md Robin of the Cafe West and the rest of the staff in Sunway Clio Hotel also displayed highest degree of professionalism in the discharge of their duties. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I stay at high floor which high floor always be my choise, nice view n the room very clean. Before only Bangkok n Taiwan do provide free soft drinks for mini bar . Malaysia Clio hotel is the 1st hotel do provide which very inpress me. Another plus bonus which make me will choose Clio next time is I could check in early .

Great location with restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping mall next to the hotel. There is also an interstate bus station nearby about5 mins walk. Staff are very friendly at reception The room is big and clean with tea/coffee facilities. Safe and iron is also provided as well as a minibar( executive room). Breakfast buffet has got good variety of selections. Definitely would stay again.

Staying here for holiday...initially have to pay rm200 for security deposit but at reception the staff in charge, miss Regina was kind and helpful. Thank you so much to her. Room and bed was great,clean and so comfortable.. Will definitely come back again ,but maybe breakfast spread and taste of food should be improvised ... Overall it was a great holiday and stay.

Perfect location with an attached Starbucks at the lobby for your daily morning coffee. The rooms are large with spacious toilets, the bidet was leaking a little bit but service was perfect and very clean! I would be booking Sunway Clio again when I'm back in KL for sure, location is too good and the price is extremely reasonable for the quality you get.

The staffs here are very friendly and helpful. The room is big especially the mattress is a very big king size bed. It is very clean and spacious:) Location is superb as it is attached to Sunway Pyramid shopping mall which has alot to shop and eat! Overall it was a very comfortable and wonderful stay here.
