Sunway pyramid has an awesome location, for those traveling with children, the selection of food and play is wonderful. Connected to a huge mall with plenty selection to shop and eat, even a movie theatre where you can catch movie in Luxe category! Family room was really great, very spacious with double deck and huge King size bed. Room looks fresh and well maintained, toilet consists of double basin & two toilets (thoughtful for 4 squeezing into a room). Service by front manager Shanta was impeccable and warm, she was friendly and went out of her way to ensure we have a comfortable stay, indeed we have! Housekeeping was also efficient, when we bump into housekeeping staff they always greeted with a warm smile! Keep it up! Unfortunately the only downside was the selection and quality of the buffet breakfast, we were told resort cafe offers much better selection. Very Comfortable Stay”
I've always stay here everytime I'm in Kuala Lumpur. Location is great. It is link to the shopping mall with plenty to shop & lots of resturants to choose from. Hotel is clean, rooms are good size. Location is great. No need to go anywhere really as it's link to the shopping mall unless you need to go sightseeing. This trip at the front desk I was greeted & checked in by Ms Priya. She is great & so very helpful to attend to my needs. Thank you so much Ms Priya. Highly recommend anyone to experience this wonderful & great hospitality provided by the hotel staff. We are a honeymoon couple. The hotel staff upgraded our room. We travelled by car. The Sunway Pyramid is at such a central area. The shopping centre and sunway lagoon is connected by walkway link through the hotel itself! We didn't travel anywhere out! The Sunday Pyramid shopping centre is the biggest shopping mall I've ever seen. Even the ones in Singapore lose to it (Vivocity & Ion). We couldn't complete walking around even with our 3nights stay there (29 Dec to 1st Jan 2019). Of coz, every branded items were much much cheaper! Every store had ongoing promotions. The shopping centre opens @10am and closes 10pm sharp. Sunway lagoon was exciting. Tickets were bought online (2 days fun pass) and didnt wait too long in the queue to get the wristbands. Quack express was an added advantage in all rides. It's value for money. The elockers - You get a barcode and scan it anytime to open and close it! Worth it right, unlike those key types- one time use. Such a wonderfup trip to a NY2019!🤩

Booked this hotel for my parents to stay the weekend and they were all raving about the superb hospitality especially from the front office staff Ali who even shared he’s from Selayang. My parents were very happy with the friendliness and helpfulness of the front office team and it really brightened their stay. The room was clean and big, cozy and easy to rest after a busy day. Hotel is connected to mall so my parents had a blast walking around shopping to their content.

Thank you for the awesome services Sunway had provided for my 1 night stay. Supposedly to celebrate my Husband Birthday. We were given a yummy complimentary cake, quite big portion in fact. The rooms are spacious and clean. The service staff at the lobby, receptionist and concierge gave a good impression. I enjoyed the delicious widespread of breakfast buffet. Will definitely visit Sunway Hotel again.

-Convenient for those who want to spend time at Sunway Lagoon. - clean and modern room. -front desk staff and housekeeping entertained our last minute request to have extra bed. -location wise, attached to Sunway Pyramid. There were also convenient store, laundry and 24 hrs restaurant within walking distance. The only downside is we need to get breakfast at Sunway Hotel & Resort. Otherwise, our stay had been perfect. Rate 9.5/10

The hotel are well kept and most importantly we had peace of mind knowing that they sanitize daily due to the pandemic. Eventhough there's a big crowd checking in, the hotel staffs make sure that the process move along nicely. The room were very clean and very well maintained. We were verry happy with our stay. Hotel With Excellent Facilities”
The location very strategic. We are staying here for entering Sunway Lagoon. The Sunway Lagoon just beside the Hotel's Lobby. Hotel also attached with shopping complex. You can access through lobby. Parking being charge for flat rate RM12/day for hotel guest. Even you can find the local foods just opposite off the hotel building( walking distance) . They were served varieties of breakfast (more to Chinese foods) and you can enjoy variety of Malaysian's food there. You need to walk around 300m from hotel lobby to breakfast at the Sunway Resort hotel ( problem for us because rainy day) The toilet also not muslim friendly. We will return again to stay here for next vacation.

Everything was good,except the parking system is bad.I had paid 48rm(not include)parking for two vehicles for 2 nights. Few time I went out the poles not open I had to call the parking management.Then after checkout the hotel ,the hotel counter service informed me that I can park until midnight since I had paid 2 nights.about 2 pm I drove out ,this time also can open had to call the parking management,so the they went open it but wanted to charge the parking fee 32rm.he said since we already checkout ,so had to went from the parking lot,if not will be charge.we told him already paid and entitle to use the parking lot untill midnight,then he saidthe is alright for this time (the problem was the the hotel personnel already let me know can park until midnight)this is the worse part

Conveniently located next to a shopping mall and a train station, this hotel features excellent quality rooms at a very reasonable price. Their breakfast offers a decent spread buffet and their staff is friendly and attentive. Although we ended up paying almost double the promotion rate we received from Agoda, due to the fact that we needed an extra bed in the room and the best promotion rate available was to upgrade to a Junior Suite, the room we ultimately received was worth the price we paid. We would definitely stay there again, should the opportunity permit.

Everything is perfect. The room is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. No cigarettes smell that a bonus ! The bed are sooooo fluffy and clean ! We even got complimentary cake from the hotel for our anniversary! Breakfast also good ! Definitely recommend this hotel !!!!

We stayed there 2 nights because we wanted to spend more time at Sunway Lagoon without having to rush to check out etc.. My third stay at the hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Easy access to the Sunway Lagoon and the Mall. Will definitely come back if I want to go to Sunway Lagoon.

Location was great within walking distance to shopping center at Sunway Pryamid. The buffet breakfast was great and the hotel room was excellent, spacious, very clean and good value for money. I will come back and stay the same hotel again next time i visit KL.

Good spot for family with young children”
We stayed in a family room with bunk beds for our young children. The cleanliness was excellent and the staffs were amazing g during our stay. They were so helpful and good PR skill attending to your queries. The breakfast was standard international buffet kind. If everything less sweet will be excellent! A very good spot if you are being the first timer at Sunway Lagoon which just next to it! Super convenient with whatever a family with young children need during the stay! It’s not very far from KLIA2 too! For shopping, there are many branded stuffs within the building mall including a cinema at highest floor. For lower price stuffs, there are many other shops surrounded the hotel as well. Many restaurants too! Highly recommended!

Thank you for free upgrade. That's very nice of you at reception . Swift check in ! Fast and smooth. That wow us. Breakfast is awesome. Guy at egg live station deserves to be mentioned. He is super fast and smiley and hell yessss he cooks well too!!! Traffic is heavy during breakfast. The queue at egg is minimal waiting time. Impressive!!! Overall we had a wonderful time celebrating our 9th year wedding anniversary in Sunway. Thanks 😊
