Me and husband stayed here on 30 June-01st July 2019 for our 2nd anniversary. So first thing we do is check in. So easy.. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The lobby smells so nice. I just love it. 10/10 for the nice smells. My joy becomes double when the staff inform me that the management upgrade the room to suite. So I was very excited to go up and see how was our suite be like. The room very-very nice, cleanliness & spacious was excellent. Facilities was good. 10/10 for the suite. The most I like is, the view from our suite. We got the sunway lagoon theme park view. 10/10 for the view. On the next morning, we having a breakfast at Resort Cafe. Honestly, all foods is very delicious. Really worth it to woke up early and having the foods. 10/10 for breakfast. Overall, we really-really enjoy & happy in sunway resort hotel & spa. Will come again for sure.

Great Choice”
The hotel rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Wifi is woking well. The hotel has also a very nice pool and a gym. For breakfast there is a wide choice of Western and Eastern food. The hotel is attached to the mall, so very convenient in case you need to shop or dine. Staff was always extremely caring and attentive. Downsides: on Saturday afternoon the pool chairs were definitely not enough even if there were not that many people. I found it quite annoying. With the lagoon park beside, on weekends the place might get noisy.

Best resort in Malaysia ”
We love ending our annual overseas holiday at Sunway resort, it has everything we need with the theme park and shopping mall next to the resort so we don’t need to leave the area. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and have an amazing view of the pool or theme park. Staff are long term and are always happy and accommodating to any needs or requests. Bonus free mini bar topped up everyday. We can’t wait to come back next year, thank you again for a wonderful stay.

one of great theme park hotel for my weekend staycation & runcation”
had a good stay last weekend aince we joined batman night run. though the batman night run organizer was terrible, luckily i had a great service from this hotel. love their sofa bed when you can pull out and be one single bed on the floor. my two kids can sleep there. the breakfast buffet spread was fresh and great as well at resort cafe. they have easy access to sunway lagoon theme park via the hotel level. definitely looking forward to stay again. not to forget thanks for fulfil my request for giving a birthday chocolate cake for our wedding anniversary. super delicious moist chocolate cake. last but not least very strategic location nearby everything, sunway pyramid mall (ice skating/cinema/bowling), eateries in opposite shoplot, their hospital and universities ;)

Booked this hotel purposely for the NPE Run & to eat the salmon sashimi. I was lucky to get free upgrade from normal room to THE VILLA with private pool. Yahooo!! Am so happy since I can do the post run recovery in the pool. Not to mention the sunken bath that fit for 2 pax. The soap is so calming with aromatherapy scents. Made me wanna sleep in the sunken bath. I really enjoyed the stay very much. Hope will repeat soon as Sunway Hotel Chains never fail to satisfy my needs. You're the best Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa. Thank you for the experience.

Easy to park, kind, polite & friendly staff, spacious & clean room, great location (near to mall & sunway lagoon) and we really love the breakfast. Conclusion is, Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa never disappointed us. Sure, will come again.

CLUB ROOM”
We booked a Club room. The room is clean, bedsheet is fresh and toilet is clean. The bath tub is low therefore it is suitable for my 2 toddlers to get in and out. The club house does not offer variety of food therefore we didnt quite enjoy it. I was suprised with a birthday cake after a long day. Staff is friendly and approachable. We definitely will come again.

Our first time to stay at Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa; the four night stay was a Birthday trip. The hotel entrance exterior and lobby are massive in scale and beautiful; Instagram worthy. We were greeted with a big Hello and Smile from Hasan who assisted with the luggage and over the next few days offered suggestions and inquired how our stay was; great first impression and Customer Service! The hotel is adjacent to Sunway Lagoon and Sunway Pyramid Mall; perfect location for this trip. The hotel room was big with very comfortable beds, a bedside tablet controls the lights, Ac, Alarm clock. The refrigerator was stocked with four complimentary beverages which were restocked daily, plus bottled water. Breakfast at the hotel Resort Cafe was delicious with a never ending selection of world wide cuisine choices; to please all palates. The hotel lunch buffet was just as spectacular with an incredible variety of menu choices; food quality was high and the price was a bargain.

I stayed here for 3 weeks in March 2019 and found the hotel fabulous! Very clean, and nothing is too much bother for the staff. The complex where the hotel is situated has plenty to keep everyone entertained with no need to venture far at all. I was here on business but I'm planning to take the whole family on holiday soon as I enjoyed it so much.

Our teeneage Aussie girls loved staying this close to a shopping mall with Bath and Body Works, Typo, Victoria Secret, Cotton On, Pandora....... the list goes on. The food at the buffet breakfast was extensive, international cuisine. There were many dining options at reasonable prices and when the girls needed there "take-away" fix Mcdonald's, KFC or Subway were all within walking distance. We enjoyed going to the theme park which is attached to the hotel. We were able to secure adjoining rooms and the staff were very accomodating with any requests. Would highly recommend staying here.

This was during the Dec 31, 2018 we had an awesome New Year's Eve and a fantastic welcome for the 2019. The hotel hosted a great NYE party and impressive fireworks, despite having a lot of guest in the hotel that time they have managed to deliver quality service and the hotel being located in a place where there is a shopping mall next to it and a theme park that made me and my kids enjoy a lot. thanks for all the staff who are very attentive, for my family, we will surely come back to Sunway.

The Resort were fantastically good. I had made a special request for valentine night with a staff named ZARA. She were very helpful & she did very well on the decoration, she even had us upgraded from premier room to Junior Suite. That's not all, eventually on the day of check in i changed my mind to add on the deco package. The named staff did manage to get a valentine cake in just couple of hours for us. Hereby to Thank Ms. ZARA for her great effort & she did amazingly well in her job.

Booked this hotel for our stay cation just to celebrate new year in the room with fireworks. Thank you so much for the upgraded family room to us. Wonderful fireworks from the room. We had so much fun. From the concierges to the front desk staffs you all had given the 5 star service. Room was absolutely worth the money. Hotel location was great and we stayed in this hotel because we purchased a one year Sunway lagoon passport. Hotel breakfast was awesome with a lot of varieties, hotel room was clean and staff was helpful. Strongly recommend this hotel for family with children.

Free Hotel Room Upgrade”
I loved everything about the Hotel, staffs are helpful and friendly as well, and the hotel is well maintained. I got free room upgrade from Premier room to Suit (i didn't request for it and the occupancy rate up to 80%) although I booked cheapest room about 1 week before my actual stay day. What's a surprise! Just a minor feedback, complementary breakfast buffet served should be replenished whenever they are close to running out. During my visit, rice was empty for 10 mins and only replenish upon my request.

My family and I stayed for 2 nights in 2 rooms (connecting rooms). The view from our room was spectacular. Sunway Lagoon was just beside us! The service was amazing and even the breakfast spread was beautiful. The hotel was just walking distance the shopping mall (hence, the shopping spree begins)! Will come and stay at the hotel again in the future!
