El hotel tiene todas las comodidades, cercano al centro, nos dejaron ducharnos luego del check inn en una habitación. La amabilidad del personal es buenísima, volvería al mismo hotel.

Habitación limpia y cama muy cómoda. La ubicación es excelente si quieres estar cerca del centro pero no en la zona más transitada. El personal es atento y amable. Un gran punto a su favor es que sirven cada mañana un desayuno bastante bueno que está incluido en el precio. El único punto negativo es que hay mucho ruido de la carretera y de un hotel cercano que está en construcción.

Habitación muy pequeña La maletas deben dejarse en el suelo y casi no hay espacio Falta de mobiliario funcional. Desayuno básico.Correcto Una noche se fue La Luz y nos llevaron a un hotel con transporte y alojamiento a su cuenta. Cuando nos fuimos nos indemnizaron con 500 php por las inconveniencias . 10 minutos andando al pueblo para cenar y excursiones.

DECEPCIONANTE RESPECTO A OPINIONES”
Hotel bastante decepcionante. Lo positivo es el agua caliente , pero poco más. La ubicación a las afueras del pueblo, la entrada en obras dando un aspecto del todo cutre al hotel. Cruzarnos con 4 ratas por noche en la entrada era lo usual ( las ratas campan a sus anchas en todo el Nido), el personal muy amable pero no hablan casi inglés, difícil la comunicación. Respecto al resto de hoteles de este rango de precio del Nido Era lo mejor, pero muy decepcionante. Yo no volvería, elegiría un hotel mejor por precio mayor, ya que si no puedes hacer los tours por el tiempo no hay nada más que hacer que disfrutar de la piscina y comodidades de un buen resort

Elegimos este hotel pensando que al estar fuera del pueblo seria mas tranquilo Lo que NO dice en ninguna parte es que al lado estan construyendo un edificio y TODO el dia hay un ruudo infernal Las habitaciones dan a la carretera y el trafico es constante y ruidoso NO hay señal wifi,aunque lo anuncien Hubo una averia de luz durante 36 h en el hotel y tuvimos que ir a otro Si no lo pides por escrito cada dia NO te hacen la habitacion No lo recomiendo

estuvimos alojados 3 días en este hotel y un día se olvidaron de hacernos.la habitación y ni siquiera pidieron disculpas. las habitaciones muy pequeñas, con chinches y mucha humedad. lo único decente fue el desayuno. no vayais.

Solo le salva el desayuno ”
Se escuchaba un ruido terrible a todas horas del día y de la noche. El desayuno está bien, te lo sirven en una mesa en la puerta de tu habitación, pero las vistas son a una obra dentro del mismo hotel. Las chicas que lo llevan son muy majas, aunque uno de los días se olvidaron de limpiar la habitación. Está entre Corong Corong y El Nido Town, pero en una calle por la que no dejan de pasar motos y trycicles a todo gas. Si queréis descansar, este no es vuestro hotel.

I celebrated my Birthday in El Nido, Palawan, and Swiftlets Inn couldn't be more perfect with the accommodation they've provided us, to make that happen.. :-) We stayed at this hotel from Oct 19 to Oct 22 (sorry I got really busy, my review is really delayed, Hahahaah!) and this property is just perfect, from start to finish! The entire place is squeeky clean, the staff were very pleasant and always have that smile when they see you (and yes! they're all attentive!), breakfast is served right outside your door (with an amazing overlooking view at the chill vibe El Nido city), the size of the room is just right for our need, and their beds are sooo comfy! So if you're looking for a quiet place to stay in the heart of El Nido, then I strongly recommend that you book this hotel.. This place is about 10-15 minutes walk from the main El Nido Dock (where most tourists are being picked up for their Island Tours), but if you don't mind walking, and you want to enjoy that stroll (while appreciating the El Nido local setting), then Swiftlets Inn is definitely for you! Super staff, amazing place, bit noisy”
My wife and I stayed for 4 nights at Swiftlets and enjoyed Población very much. It's a perfect base to rest between daily adventures. The market is close enough to walk to and so it the town centre and town beach. The only issue we experienced was traffic noise. Unfortunately Población in El Nido is the tourist mecca, and traffic of loud motor bikes and tricycles go basically none stop. This is not something that Swiftlets can change of course, so it's not their fault, but it's good to know. I doubt anywhere else nearby would be any different noise wise. The breakfast was hearty and fuelled us for the day. The air conditioning was superb and the bed was clean and comfortable. The drying rack outside was very handy. We had no issues with theft or any uncomfortable experiences during our stay. Any requests we had, the staff was happy to assist. We will definitely be back! Thank you Swiftlets!

Breakfast served right at our doorstep (bacon, eggs, fruits, toasts, coffee) was definitely the highlight of our stay. The room was not so spacious but it was clean and the beddings and towels smelled good, too. There's also bath tub in the CR! Amenities in the room (tv, aircon, heater, etc) were working pretty cool and the hotel also provided for free toiletries. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because it was located in a very strategic and accessible place in El Nido town where there are nearby restaurants and market (plus you can easily hail a trike around)! Shout-out also to the staff who were friendly, approachable, courteous and helpful since the day we arrived until our last day. They helped us carry and keep our baggages, answered our questions about tours and 'where-to-eat' places and even provided for a late-checkout room where we freshened up after our island hopping before heading back to Puerto Princesa. Will definitely recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Swiftlets Inn. The room was clean and big, hot water, flat TV, breakfast was served just outside of your room on the balcony/terrace table. Staff very friendly and super helpful if you need to book a tour or arrange a ride to the airport. Location is great - 10 min walk to the main port (plenty of shops and restaurants on your way) one way. When you walk 10 min the other way you will get to corong corong beach, local market and main bus terminal. 15 min ride to the airport/airport beach by tricycle.

The hotel is within walking distance with everything you want to do with El Nido. The staff is super extra very very nice. From the owner to the recipients to the janitors. Everybody was so nice and helpful and I will not hesitate to give them 10 stars for that. We checked in quite late in the afternoon, booked tour C via them, went out to some restaurants downtown, got a good sleep, and then woke up to have some very decent breakfast which gave us enough energy for an unforgettable day in the stunning El Nido. Overall, the experience was unforgettable and I just can't stop talking about El Nido ever since.

We were a group of three friends who visited El Nido, Palawan for the first time. We had a great stay in Swiftlests Inn! The location is very convenient and near to beachfront restaurants. It just took us a few minutes to reach the center of El Nido. The room is clean with hot shower and a tub! The wifi is okay. And there’s also a safe in the room to put your valuables. They also serve free breakfast. Only downside is that our room is on the 4th floor and there’s only stairs. But its okay since even the fancier hotels in El Nido don’t have elevators. They also don’t have a restaurant but the place is near to restaurants. The staff are very approachable and responsive to our requests. We checked out late because we came from Nacpan beach but they still provided us a room to put our baggages and to shower without additional payment. I will surely come back to this place if I visited El Nido again in the future! Highly recommended! Maris 🇵🇭

Loved our stay here. Clean rooms, comfy bed and pillows. Yummy breakfast every morning. I particularly loved the omelete. Very helpful and friendly staff. Booking our tours and bike hire through the hotel was a breeze. Pricing was at standard pricing throughout El Nido. Location is a 5 minute walk to El Nido town and a 10 minute walk to bus terminal and Corong Corong. Alternatively, it's a around a 50 peso tricycle ride to the neighboring town. Will stay here again.

This is a nice clean hotel centrally located. All rooms are west-facing and overlook one of the large cliff faces in El Nido. I happened to be lucky to see a flock of Palawan Hornbills feeding on some jungle fruit in one of the trees clinging to the cliff. One of the main traffic arteries runs in front of the hotel. It carries mainly slow- moving motorcycle traffic and pedestrians and gets quieter around midnight. I enjoyed listening to and watching this traditional Filipino hassle and buzzle. A balcony runs the full length of each floor. The occupants of each room have their own table and chairs on this balcony. Very practical is also that each room has a nice stand on the balcony for hanging clothes or footwear to dry. The breakfast is great and freshly prepared. And most importantly the staff was very helpful and made me feel at home.

Island getaway ”
This hotel is very accessible to public transportation and quick access to most of the restaurants in the area, close to the water too. The room that we had is decent in size and is very clean, the staff are so attentive to all your needs, would highly recommend to all my friends and relatives. Would like to come back in the near future.

Bang for your buck! Our stay here was amazing. The bed was so comfortable, you have your bathtub, hot water is okay (we stayed at the 2ns flr), the staff were all friendly and accomodating plus its near the terminal, pier for the tours and town proper. The father and daughter tandem of handling inquiries and the inn itself were great. The only downside was they get your breakfast preference plus the time of when it’ll be served and yet you would still have to wait 15-30mins for your food next day. It would also be better if they served lunch and dinner as well because some like us, would prefer to stay in and rest after a day of touring. Overall, 4.5/5 for me. I would definitely come back and stay longer with them. Thanks again, Swiftlets Inn! My son and I had a blast!
