We had a wonderful time at Bed Hotel Hatyai. The room was large and comfortable, and I loved the lighting and layout of the bathroom/luggage area in our suite. The service was excellent, and every employee we encountered was friendly, smiling, and eager to make us feel welcome. As a sweaty foreigner, they even offered to set up an extra fan for me in the lobby to help cool me off! We also loved the small touches in service, from the delicious welcome drink to the staff bringing us ashtrays and plates when we sat out front smoking and eating delicious streetfood. We've stayed in the Lee Plaza area before, but I actually prefer Bed Hotel's location better because it's just far enough from the annoying Chinese tourists (and still within walking distance), and it's right in the middle of where the locals are. We definitely look forward to staying here again on our next trip!

Excellent and highly recommeded hotel!”
Stayed for 4 days 3 nights there, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby environment, lift, cafe and family room are clean and cozy as well. But then, the aircond in the midnight having leak, and shower room having quite weak water pressure. Strategic location, the hotel is surrounded by Lee Gardens Walking Street and Kim Yong Market, just a 10 minutes walk. Massage shop can be found nearby the hotel. Besides, hawker stall and 7-11 store are just few step away from the hotel. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Hatyai =）

Super good service, the staff are so friendly and treat my elder parents and us so well! One of reception staff can speak well in chinese and cantonese, he recommend us a lot places for foods. Everyday have free coke and mineral water as complimentary drink, room is so spacious . There is tuk tuk/van service provided, we order to fetch us back to padang besar ktm with reasonable . my parents used to read chinese newspaper everyday morning, they brought it our room when my dad ask for it, they even help my parents bring up our shopping bags to our room too without let them carry too much, thanks for take care my parents so well too. Cons - the aircon are not really cold enough in our room. Can hear the next door or coridor voice. But overall, thumb up for your staff great service! We will be back and stay back the same hotel.

Actually booking on agoda has not much difference In price with you book in the hotel per se. just that Agoda always high up the price and make huge discount. Anyway I give 5 stars to the room I stay! I like it so much. It looks new, clean and pleasant. All the snacks including coke are complimentary. However hotel staff has to take note on the expiry of the biscuit. There are biscuit are expired. Reception are friendly!

Really good service, the staff really friendly& helpful, can chat wth us in many languague, very helpful when we asking about car rental& especially the manager who always help us call for tuk tuk car infront of hotel. Good location, hotel location nearby Lee garden , next to the hotel have 2 store of 7-11, child playground provided beside the front desk. There r parking lots beside the building, the staff always help reserved the parking lots for us n help us with the luggage. Worth for money, highly recommend!! Definitely will come again next time.

We are way early beyond schedule. The manager of the hotel has been very helpful to assist us to get into room. He has spotted we are travelling with baby and stood for all means to assist us. Thumbs up for the bell boy Rusliman which proactively helping us in and out. He is the best ever service i had ever experienced. The children play room is a must for family with child. I strongly recommend this hotel to be chosen when you travel to hatyai.

The location is just nice, not so close to busy street near lee garden but the street is alive at night. Street food is just across the hotel and got two 7eleven nearby. The room is spacious and clean. Wifi router in each room. Recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

During my stay , Im Been request Airport Transfer Airport to Hotel. The Uncle Driver Very Friendly and helpful. The Hotel Offer transport service such as Taxi and Tuk Tuk .. The cost very similar like others . Thank to Hotel Manager - he very kind and helpful person during my stay . Overall Receptionist , Driver and Hotel Manager really helpful during my stay there ... staff recommand local food surrounding

I booked 5 rooms, 3 family, 1 single deluxe and single standard. All rooms looks clean and big (except one family room got bad smell). Free coke, coffee, tea, biscuit, water (except standard type). Staff are all nice and helpful, some even know how to speak cantonese and mandarin. Lobby decorated well, bench ready at lobby, welcome drinks provided. Location really convenient, walking distance to Lee Garden, two 7-11 nearby, tuktuk ready at outside of the hotel, surrounded by alot of food stall. Massage therapy shop can be found nearby.

We travel along with a baby(10months old)...The room is super big n clean let us feel so comfort for baby too...location wise is not really on the center but is just walking distance and those 7-11 is just beside the hotel...super convenience...Front desk is very helpful n friendly...They have baby/children game room too if u r waiting for taxi/grab so ur little one wont feel boring...totally worth for the money

The hotel is located at a strategic place which easy to look for convenient store or Kim yong market, walking distance. A lot of the food stalls are near to the hotel. The hotel staffs also very helpful n friendly.

Extremely poor attitude from the staff during check in. The staff is threatened my friend during my friend visit to our room. And even keep repeat that the room is not allow to let them stay due to maximum capacity. Keep hint me said that he able to arrange extra bed if wish to, but does not mention price, sounds like corruption. Please think twice before step in to stay this hotel.

My mom dropped her bag to the restaurant opposite the hotel, the staff at the restaurant brought back my mom's bag to hotel. Hotel did very well after we contact back the hotel after we on the way back to Malaysia. Hotel staff assisted us to keep the bag and all the value things included money inside the bag has been take out and snapshot under the CCTV and sent back the photo back to us as prove that they did not take it. My brother go back to the hotel next day to collect back the bag. Im glad that the staffs there very honest and very kind to help us to solve the problem. Highly recommend if you needed a pleasant accommodation.
