Genial hotel en Kuta”

La limpieza es impecable, calidad precio inmejorable y sobre todo cerca del bullicio y a la vez apartado sin tener que dormir con ruido. El personal era súper atento. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Calidad precio no está mal pero el restaurante no vale nada, súper caro para los precios en Bali (por ese precio) cenas en un restaurante de lujo y además la comida estaba bastante mala y eso que a nosotros nos suele gustar todo

El hotel es digno de un hotel 4 estrellas en España. Desde el primer momento te abren sus puertas con una sonrisa y la amabilidad que les caracteriza. La zona donde está situado está bastante vigilada (nos hablaron de un caso aislado de robo en la zona de los club nocturnos) El hotel tiene su propio personal de seguridad en la puerta. Las habitaciones tienen vista a la piscina y puedes cenar tranquilamente en su terraza. Próximo a la Calle Legian,pero en una zona tranquila. Una vez realizado el check out, te ofrecen el uso de las instalaciones y una habitación para darte una ducha antes de ir al aeropuerto. El taxi nos costó unos 150.000 IDR hasta el aeropuerto

El hotel está cerca de la playa en jura, es una playa con olas pra hacer surf, bastante sucia (no es de las más lindas de Bali). La zona de kuta es muy turística, para hacer shopping. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro de kuta y muy cerca de la playa ( 2 cuadras caminando). La pileta del hotel es muy buena. La habitación es muy cómoda, agua caliente en la ducha y con buena presión. El personal muy amable. El desayuno muy bueno. Volvería al hotel, no más de 2 noches en kuta! Lo recomiendo!

Buen hotel, con lindas y cómodas habitaciones. El baño es cómodo y limpio, cuenta con todo lo necesario. Esta ubicado a pocos metros de la playa y de la zona nocturna, a nosotros nos gusto bastante.

This hotel is probably the best hotel I’ve stayed so far, their staff is 10/10 friendly , this is my honeymoon stay with my wife and they have a simple but nice decoration for us , we’re so happy to see that. About their staff , very welcoming and always can see smile on their faces with greet good morning and good evening , and thanks for the birthday cake , it’s so heart warming, their breakfast is great, room is spacious and clean, and I can sit on the balcony for a good 2 hours at least coz it’s so relax, and it’s very convenient,walk 5 minutes to mini mart, 10 minutes to Kuta beach, words can’t describe how great this hotel is until you stayed, definitely worth every penny you pay, thank you Bene hotel for the great stay, definitely will stay here again when I’m back to Bali. Much love .

We had the best stay here..The hospitality was amazing ,The staffs out there are very nice,warm and welcoming ❤️right from the front office executives to the f and b and the housekeeping ...The rooms were clean..location wise also I would give it full marks as it is only 150 m away from the Kuta beach ...The buffet served in the morning gives you varied choice to choose from right from English breakfast to proper Indonesian cuisines...Thank you for making our stay wonderful..We would definitely want to come back to this hotel on my next visit❤️

The hotel is off the main road, halfway across towards the beach. The rooms are well maintained and are very clean. The pool is amazing. We made friends with guests by the pool. Breakfast was good. We’ve been staying at different hotels all over Bali so we can tell bad from good. It’s close to the shopping center. In house massage is good and you feel pampered despite it’s higher cost than the usual massage. I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely go back.

The location very near to kuta beach , good clean rooms , nice balcony with pool view and access , the best welcoming prompt helpful staffs , gave me an early check in , wide range good breakfast , clean pool and well maintained , nearby lively cafes and happening Legian Street , for me the ambience is great to stay . Well it’s crowded always but for me it’s not a problem all people around are cool and pretty lively . The property is definitely a thumbs up .

The customer service was phenomenal. We arrived late at night and were super hungry. We were pleased to hear that there was 24hour room service and the kitchen were flexible with our fussy orders too! We noticed the staff were quick to clean mess and even changed and washed the pool sun bed covers daily as well as the pillows on the couches. Staff was super helpful and kind, always. Very pleased with our experience. Highly recommended!!

Get Away and turn off”

Great recommendation this was from a friend. Tucked away about 200m off Kuta Beach, it is extremely quiet and out of the way. But it is close enough for a 3 minute walk to the beach, loads of restaurants, sports bars, laundry and money changers within about 100m. Staff are great, and nothing was a hassle. The pool area had plenty of seating and there was not the usual throw your towel on the seat at 7am. go out and claim you seat at 4pm, as is the case at a lot of resorts. The breakfast is OK, not a huge spread, but is varied slightly each day. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay again.

A great hotel in a little alleyway in the centre of Kuta”

Great service from the staffs. They are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and decent size for 2 people. The breakfast is decent enough, nothing fancy. I like the location as it is not in the busy street whereby the noises from the street will disturb you at night.

Cons: Not so strong wifi (but not an issue at all, mobile data in Bali is very cheap) Pros: Many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby 5min walk to Kuta beach Very near to convinience stores In-house spa and resto Highligts: Buffet breakfast Spacious and very clean room (i got 302) Staff are all accomodating and cheerful *Will definitely refer to my friends :)

Retirement Trip”

The Bene Hotel is in the perfect location, away from the noise but within a 5 minute walk you are in the throng of action. The hotel staff are welcoming and all are attentive, a smile on their face whoever you speak to. Cleanliness is very good throughout the hotel - staff are always busy to achieve this. The breakfast caters for all nationalities and as much as you can eat. Well worth a visit and highly recommend by us. We would book this hotel again without hesitation.

Best economic accomodation in Kuta!”

I've come to Bali 3 times and stayed in The Bene everytime when Im in Kuta. 1. Price is really competitive. Very cheap with very good morning breakfast. 2. Clean. The room is really clean. Toilet and bed clean everyday. 3. Location waa perfect. Very close to Kuta beach. easily get access for surfing in the beach. restuarant (coconut warung) was also good. Took me 10~15mins to go to the Airport. 4. Staffs are really really kind and down to earth. always smiling and welcoming. they are willing to help a customer everytime with their best. for the count, I have stayed more than 5 times and each time was more than 4days. Even when this journey will be about to finish, I will go back to The Bene and stay another 2 more days.

Quiet. Clean. Close to Beach & Cafes. ”

The location is very good, down a quiet road close to beach & cafes & surf shop. Room was quiet & clean & a/c worked great. The pool is nice & social. The breakfast was pretty good. Overall a good choice, I’d stay again!
