No puedo decir nada malo del este hotel! Nuestra estancia fue espectacular..el personal super amable dispuesto en todo momento ..las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias y la piscina espectacular..ver el atardecer desde el bar o la piscina es una pasada! Decidimos quedarnos una noche más de lo previsto en la isla y por desgracia no tenían habitaciones disponibles así que comimos otro hotel justo al lado (Cockie) que no os recomiendo para nada..bien pues el manager del hotel nos regalo el desayuno buffet para el día siguiente (por cierto un buffet de lo más completo con buen café algo difícil de enconcontrar en los bufetes con desayuno ) en resumen y sin alargarme más..hotel 100% recomendable a 50 metros de la playa que es preciosa también y todo muy cerquita !

Hotel europeo en pleno corazón de Koh Chang”
Este hotel destaca por los demás de su entorno por las calidad y aspecto más propios de hoteles europeos que de tailandeses. Es un edificio nuevo y elegante. El personal ha sido muy agradable y educado. En la azotea hay una piscina estupenda que está abierta todo el día. El hotel se encuentra a dos pasos de una de las mejores playas de la isla.

We booked this hotel for one night and we like it so much, that we extend for 3 more nights. The rooms are very clean, they have aircon and a safe. The air on is working really good. The breakfast is good with large selection. The staffs are really nice and kind. The manager is really helpful in every case. The best is the pool at the roof! You can enjoy the sun, see the ocean on a small comfy infinity pool. And you can use the deckchairs, you do not hear any noises from the street, it’s quiet even you are central at the beach ! By the way, 150m away at the same street is a gym (aircon and high quality equipment), that you can use for free if you stay in the Erawan hotel. Laundry is available as well. 20m away to the beach where you can have nice and chilled dinner or some drinks. 7/11 and big C supermarket just 50m away. All in all a perfect stay. We decently come back whenever we are in koh Chang! Thank you for hospitality:-) Kind regards from Germany

The price is worse it ! ”
We first booked a guesthouse in north of koh chang around Lonely beach. But we had a bad experience. So we booked a room in Erawan Hotel at the last minute for 4 nights. The price is worse it ! The room: very nice, very clean. Air conditionning, 1 bottle of water per person each day during the cleaning, towel for the swimming pool. The sky pool: Very very nice view, we really enjoyed it. Its clean. There is a bar as well and the barmaid is coming to welcome you with some fruits. You can eat and drink. The breakfast: you have choice. Vegan, vegetarian, meat lovers.... everybody is welcome. THE STAFF: Everybody is so so nice, smiling and making sure everything is allright. There is the white sand beach just across the street and store and restaurant around so no worries there is things to do in the evening ! Of course if you try to find something I am sure you will but I highly recommended. Thank you guys we will come back for sure !!!!

Great hotel with the nicest staff”
The staff here are great! Always very welcoming and pleasant, willing to go the extra mile. Our room was clean and quiet, very big with beautiful mountain view. There is a band that plays late next door until late but we couldn’t hear them from our room. Situated on the main road next to the nicest beach. It’s in a good location with plenty of restaurants and shops. There’s no gym in the hotel but they will give you a coupon to use at a gym a couple of minute walk down the street which is quite good. The hotel is quite new and not dated like some of the others. Breakfast really good and because of how great the staff are we’d stay here again.

Really loved staying at The Erawan. We stayed there last year and it's been really great. Most reviews I read rave about the service of the staff. They are absolutely right - the staff is very attentive and welcoming. For example I noticed a change in the breakfast selection, compared to last year, and this shows that the management abd staff cater to the customers need. Last year I felt there were more Asian options for the breakfast. This year the options were more balanced between western and asian (I suppose that there was an increase in the number of foreigners staying at the hotel). The rooms are really clean and the location is very close to the beach.

I can 100% recommend the Erevan. It is clean and well maintained. Staff are super friendly and the food is good and plentiful. It sits aside the most beautiful beach with a very high tide to keep it clean. At night time the restaurants spill out onto the beach , we ate there every evening of the four that we were there…. Top quality and varied sea food dishes at very reasonable prices, whilst being entertained by “Fire Dancers” and soft background music. Perfect holiday; the Erevan was the perfect base to start from. The perfect place to enjoy your stay in Koh chang”
We loved our stay in The Erawan hotel and especially the staff who was very adorable with us. They will take care of you like you're part of their family. Everybody is friendly, helpful and ready to give you good advice (place to see, excursions, restaurant, etc). The facility is really modern. The size of the room perfect. Beautiful decoration. We also enjoy so much the swimming pool on the roof with a wonderful see view and sunset. The location is really central, close to a night market and just in front of the most beautiful beach in Koh chang. You got everything you need close to the hotel. The buffet breakfast is really good (thai and continental food). We recommend without any hesitation and we wish to have the chance to visit again soon. Thank you so much to the manager and his perfect team!

Great place to stay”
Stayed for 7 nights at the end of October. The hotel is set back from the beach by the road but traffic on the island is not bad and you can walk to the beach in two minutes. The location is at the North end of White Sands beach area so there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. The best way to see the island is to hire a scooter and there are also many hire shops close by. The welcome was very friendly and check in quick and efficient. The room was a mountain side room so the view was just a vast expanse of green trees but no one overlooking. The room was big and clean. King sized bed, a bit on the firm side but still comfortable. Plenty of sockets, good WiFi signal and desk space if you need to work. Small fridge with water and other complimentary coffee, tea and snacks. Storage was ok, umbrellas provided but luckily not needed this time. The bathroom was large with bath and separate rainfall shower. Housekeeping was excellent and room was always cleaned quickly after we left. The pool is on the roof of the hotel and offers excellent views and is great to relax during the day or to watch the sunset. Breakfast is good with a reasonable choice. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my time at The Erawan and would stay here again. It's good value and in a good location, the staff are exceptional and very friendly.

Stopped here recently for six nights with my husband. It was a great find, from arrival staff were welcoming and can’t do enough for you. Rooms are lovely and clean, a good size and nicely decorated. Perfect location for the beach, restaurants and shops and a lovely pool on the roof with a great view. Would definitely recommend and I would go back

Minutes away from white sands beach, lots of eateries and shops ranging from massages, souvenirs and beach wear. The Erawan staff showed great attention to detail, beautiful spacious room with an attached balcony, delicious and varied breakfast with attentive staff, fantastic staff rooftop pool and bar. We have were catered to and waited on in every way during our week stay. Upon arrival and checkout we were provided with refreshments and asked whether we needed transport. Absolutely relaxing stay. Thank you Erawan Hotel! Would highly recommend to any type of traveller.

Booked 2 nights but stayed all week. Most friendly owner and employees we met. Very clean, nice pool on the roof and we were helped with everything. Close to the beach, shops and everything. We chose a room towards the forest so we had no noise from the area around. We highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely Hotel , rooms spacious, clean , quiet and comfortable. Good sized bathroom and a balcony . The staff are wonderful and they go that extra step like handing out 2 bottles cold water when you check out . Every thing else is within a stones throw from the hotel , beach , restaurants shopping all just there . Highly recommend this hotel

Visit to Koh chang”
We had a most incredible time at the Erawan. Stayed for a week and the room was lovely right across a small street to the beach. The staff is most remarkable. Happily greeting you every time you see one of them. Helped make arrangements for a cooking school and our airport trip. I was feeling like I was leaving family when we left. The breakfast was massive and fresh everything. Had some western things as well but the Thai dishes were exceptional. Plus they gave me a cappuccino with the lotus design every morning with breakfast. I want to live at the Erawan!

The hotel is in a perfect position at white sand beach. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The hotel is very well maintained, clean and modern. The staff is very nice and helpful. For me the best accommodation on the island. I'm looking forward to my next vacation there.

Fantastic hotel brilliant staff”
Exceptional hotel very high standards throughout & with staff all of whom have a genuine desire to make sure you have a great stay. Beautiful rooms , for a sea view ask for street side. Lovley bars & restaurants all around & beach only a few steps across a non busy road or infinity rooftop pool if you prefer. Must mention again the staff are really great! Would stay here again no hesitation .

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff from our arrival with a member of staff translating to our taxi drive our return taxi request after he sorted this for me he called the company to make sure everything was in order without me asking the staff couldn't do enough to help us even giving water and snacks for the journey back to the mainland. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning next year
