チェックイン時に、フロントの担当3人がいた。3人で話していて部屋がないのなら、なんとかしろとかいいアップグレードすればとかうるさい声で話し合っていた。それから私をみて、あんたの要求している部屋はない。と言いツインの部屋でもいいかと聞いてきたが、私は「ノー」といった。その後、もっと対応が悪くなり、最下層の部屋に入れられ、ホテルに朝食が付いていることも言わず・案内せずにそのまま滞在中は一回も食事をとることが出来なかった。Agadaのサイトで予約すると大変な目にあうので、お勧めしません。このホテルの直接のサイトで予約する方にはいい対応をします。私このホテルにオープン当時から宿泊しているのでよく理解しております。星はたくさんあるようですが、従業員のレベルは最低です。

Great location with great room”
We originally booked the hotel but since the hotel is closed during MCO then we were upgraded to the residence. The apartment was really cozy & comfortable, with great view. Upon reached, we ordered the Club Sandwiches and it is up to my expectation. Since it is attached to The Gardens then it is really convenient to get food if you don't want to eat at the hotel. If you are getting early breakfast, it might be a hassle to walk around to the MV South Entrance as the main entrance to The Gardens only open around 10 - 11 am. But, you can go through the staff entrance if you can find them. If not, be prepared to walk a mile to the other side to go the Nyonya Colors.

This wasn't our first visit to The Gardens Hotel and Residence. We always enjoy staying here because the room is clean, nice, comfortable bed, close to midvalley shopping mall w plenty of places to eat. For this trip, i am super duper happy with the warm greetings, friendliness and very helpful staffs, from the smiley door man to the beautiful front desk officer, housekeeping staffs (who had turned our sofa into comfy bed for my girl), pool guy and restaurant staff. Keep up the excellent service. Guest like me will stay in with happy smiling face. Tq so much.

Yes 19-20Dis KL still under CMCO, I am confident with The Garden - St Giles Signature Hotel safety and cleanliness and they already sanitise our room before we touch the key. Disember is rainy day you have to plan timing for pool session. Best part pool limit for 5 person / session. So no crowded. The gym is fully equipped you should try too. Breakfast was excellent, they professionally set the idea of using glove for hygiene purposed. Car park no worries thousands at zone B purple. Overall yes I am satisfied and recommend you guyz to stay here

Wonderful short stopover”
We read alot of reviews about this place and some of them are not so favorable. However we decided to give it a try and it turned out to be wonderful for us. The check in and out process was flawless and fast. The room is very spacious and clean. Housekeeping staff is very polite and fast to respond upon our request. Cooking utensils are available. The only setback is the dvd player isn't functioning and we couldn't use it :( Other than that, its all perfect and we would definitely stay here again in future.

Had a pleasant stay at the residence with spacious comfortable room & clean toilet. The service is excellent by all. Well maintained & great ambience. The location is strategic, connected to both malls ie. Gardens & Midvalley. Be sure to park at Zone B for easy access to the Residence & flat rate parking fee at RM5/-. Love it & would definitely repeat my my stay here.

Great for families! It has complete kitchenette unfortunately we didn't get to use it. Otherwise, we could cook since its nearby great choices of supermarket at The Gardens Mall and Midvalley. Even have the microwave which is useful for us to reheat our tapau from outside. The in room dining menus are tasty and the portion is huge for the price. Staffs are very friendly and very helpful, check-in and checkout is smooth and very easy too. I wish it equips with washing machine. There's one sofabed in the bedroom which is just great as well. Definitely going to be my top choice for staying next time I stop over in KL.

Our family have always enjoyed our short break n stay at the Gardens Residence. The recent visit were no exception. We were looked after very well from the staff at check in, helpful housekeeping staffs and check out. A special mention to Shida n Anisah at the restaurant, who at breakfast were ever so welcoming. Also Irwan the porter that has been ever so helpful in our last 2 visits. I need to mention in our last visit they quickly manage to help change our room after noticing noise from the ongoing renovation. I think your team should be commended for having trained such individuals that made our stay memorable InsyaAllah will be your guest whenever we are in KL next AF

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel as the service is excellent. The room is clean and comfortable. The only downside is that the rooms are dated and could use some updating. Apart from that, I don’t have any complaints about this hotel.

It was a very comfortable stay, we stayed in 1 bedroom and it was bigger than I thought. Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, very convenient for me as I am travelling with small baby and need to store EBM. The room even has balcony so it didn't feel crampy. The bathtub and toilet is in separate room, has hair dryer, weight scale, and basket for dirty clothes. Has bathrobe, room slippers, many many storage spaces which is very convenient for long stay. Many elevators so no need to wait long to go up and down. For mall access easier to go from level 6 as no need to check-in MySejahtera every time if you go from lobby. Parking is same as mall so better drop all luggage in lobby before go to park. The only downside is bad signal reception but thank God the wifi works ok. Staffs were nice and helpful. Swimming pool and gym need to book as per Covid SOP. I would love to come again.

Love love LOVE this place and how convenient it, within walking distance to the mall. The staff were so friendly and helpful, gave us so many bottles of water as I was not feeling so well. The room was perfect, spacious and clean. Do recommend it highly.

First time staying here and certainly will not be my last. Hotel conveniently located near Mid Valley megamall. There is a linkway to the mall. Check in and check out is a breeze. No issues. Hotel room is nice and clean perfect for my family of five.

Best Family Hotel in Town”
We had stay for 2day here for enjoying school holiday. The room are spacious. Ive booked 2bedroom which occupied 4adult and 1 children. There is kitchen, mini bar and also fridge. You can cook here. Somemore also spacious living room. I dont have any complaint . Really enjoy yo stay here. Access to mall also easy but really hard to get parking because hotel park sharing with mall parking. You know how hard park at Midvalley during lunch time :)

The hotel staff is very nice and helpful in regards of my stay there and the room is very comfortable. This is during Chinese New Year eve and i could not hear a single firework sound, very good soundproofing. Will definitely book here again.

So far this is the best stay ever, value for money, spacious, good amenities given, 5 star location which just 1 min walk from The Gardens and Midvalley, friendly staff and good customer services. And the hotel staff was given a Birthday cake as surprise during my stay ! This was awesome and lovely! Definitely will make a trip back again!
