Anticuado”

El hotel tiene los servicios necesarios y esta limpio. El personal es muy amable, pero se ve anticuado. La habitación esta limpia, pero el baño y la bañera se ven viejos. El hotel si estas de paso es genial, pero da la sensacion de ser un hotel de que tuvo un tiempo mejor.

Edificio exteriomente feo con moderno interior”

Amplio aparcamiento, frente a un feo edificio. Sin embargo la recepcion y espacios publicos son muy modernos. En la recepcion nos dieron un trato amable y eficiente. Las habitaciones estan un poco pasadas de moda, los cuartos de bano mal acabados. Los detalles en el acabado de la construccion y la piscina dan mucho que desear, por lo que a veces da la impresion de un mal mantenimiento. Por otra parte el personal es muy amable y correcto.

visitamos el mercado nocturno junto al hotel, m parece que hay que investigar bien sobre los mercados nocturnos ya que hay de diferentes niveles economico y este es como de medio nivel

This is our Hotel of choice for comfort and delicious food when we are in Korat. Wonderful service and accommodations at a great price. Good for couples and families with children. Terrific selections at the Breakfast Buffet for Westerners and Asians alike.

Wonderful Hotel”

My wife and I stayed in a Junior Suite room. We loved everything about the hotel, especially the staff. (Always charming, helpful, and friendly) The breakfast was excellent, and the service provided by the morning staff was among the best that we have had in Thailand. One caveat: If you are booking a room online and the room description says balcony/terrace - beware - there are no balconies at this hotel. If having a balcony is not of importance, then I would highly recommend The Imperial Hotel to you.

Wonderful Hotel with fine amenities. ”

Nothing bad to say. We were in a suite which was very well appointed. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom had both a tub and separate shower with plenty of hot water and great pressure. The fresh fruit we were provided was spot on. Breakfast is delightful with many choices for Internationals. Would recommend this Hotel to everyone wanting quality and relaxation.

No lift (elevator) to the ground floor and restaurants. Too many stairs. Lobby is located on 1st floor, not the ground floor. Foor for dinner at the restaurant was good. Breakfast was a nightmare. Not enough seating. Staff barely kept up with providing food. This is a convention hotel and tour bus hotel. Breakfast is very rushed and must wait for a table.

Poor sleeping quality”

I booked adjoining rooms with king bed but when I checked in after 2pm one room is still not ready. The hotel was running very low occupancy though. Hence I was separated from my family. The sleeping quality is very poor. You will hear people walking and talking noise outside your door all the times. Breakfast is great with variety of choices. Restaurant staff smiled all the time and serviced very fast. There was no bell service at the lobby as the lobby entrance is under maintenance.

Overnight stop”

Just an overnight stop but very pleased with this hotel. Outstanding staff, so polite and helpful. Room was perhaps a little tired but clean and functional. Large car park with shading, great as it was 40c midday. Restaurants were fine, breakfast had something for everyone. Great value hotel, I would certainly use again.

One-night Stay”

Short stay and comfortable with this property. Hotel staff are nice and polite. If there is an opportunity, will back here again.

Good location”

Positive: Good location within walking distance to a night market where you can mingle with local shoppers and sample local food at the same time. Good breakfast buffet. Negative: We had no hot water in the shower even though hot water was running in he sink.

fantastic place”

We absolutely love this place and come every year when visiting family. Loved it when it was in Dusit chain and we love it in the Imperial franchise. The staff make this place so welcoming. Other hotels can learn a lot from the professionalism and dedication of the staff here. We love the upgrade that Imperial have done to the rooms. As long as the price remains reasonable we will keep coming and we will keep recommending.

Little further from the city centre but not too bad, would like to see microwave in the room for heating food,TV channels are poor for non Asians, but the breakfast choice for Asians and Europeans superb. Yes I would stay again.

Always Good”

The hotel needs a definite upgrade, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned to my standards. However, the staff are great! They've got a nice pool, a wonderful spa, good restaurants, and decent room service. Could use a few more touch ups, and attention to detail but I will always go back!

My First Stay in a While”

I have not stayed at the Dusit Princess for some time, but we stayed there for one night only on a long drive up to the NE of Thailand - and I wish we had planned to stay longer, such was the pleasure of reacquainting myself with the hotel. It was of the same high standard as I remember, and we had a delightful stay this time too. The hotel is older style but tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and represents outstanding value for money. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel on the day we arrived, as well as breakfast the following morning. The hotel offers a wide choice of food from its a la carte menu and also has various special gastronomic options on offer which are changed regularly. The food is well priced and of a very high quality - in fact the french fries I ordered were the best I have ever eaten. The buffet breakfast was excellent in every way, with a great choice available. The hotel bar is charming as are all the staff. We will most definitely be stopping off again at the Dusit Princess and will seek to justify a longer stay each time. Our thanks to the manager and his staff for such a relaxing and enjoyable short stay!

A fantastic hotel in Thailand ”

This hotel has everything you need, good food, wonderful drinks and everyone you can desire when you are on a short holiday. I have to mention the staff and especially the bar/cafe staff because we had the time to spend with them for the late hours and they are the best I ever met. Great hotel”

Only stayed here one night but everything was fantastic. It is a older hotel but well maintained. Staff are most helpful . One of the best buffet breakfast I've had in Thailand, with the food hot. Will stay again next time I visit Korat .
