A highlight of my November! My stay was great from the very moment the staff in the driveway opened my Grab car's door to when I checked out on the last day. The linen was clean, comfortable and allowed for a very restful sleep. Beds were sturdy and in good condition as well. I faced a complication the first night because the bath tub had a leak when draining, but this was quickly addressed by the hotel team the moment I highlighted it to the concierge. Within 20 mins I had someone inspect the bathroom and it was then fixed. Due to that experience, I was subsequently upgraded to another nearby room, which I greatly appreciate from the part of The Majestic Hotel's management. For me, the great quality of their rooms and the comfort they offered comes second to the hospitality the staff exuded and demonstrated throughout all 3 days of my stay. I would book another stay in future and enjoy every minute of it, I'm sure. My best regards to the team.

Excellent Luxury Hotel ”

This hotel is categorized as a luxury hotel. It lives up to that expectation. The room was splendid with a comfortable bed and nice amenities. In the older part of the hotel, there’s the Drawing Room, lounge, and Orchid Room, all adding to the Colonial charm of the hotel. The staff is unfailingly attentive and polite. The restaurant (Contango) has a large variety of delicious food at each meal. The hotel’s location is good as well. There is a KTM station across the street, and KL Sentral and Pasir Seni transit stations are within a 10-15 minute walk. And of course, the hotel staff is willing to assist with calling taxi services. I would be happy to go back to The Majestic again.

Nice room. Big room and nice bathtub”

We stay 1 night. Very happy with the fast check in and check out. The staff and friendly and efficient. Didn't take us long to check in. The hotel is big, spacious and clean and most important is that all the staff follow SOP and wear mask all the time. Good SOP on swimming, only 3people per hour in the pool and you need to book ahead. Same goes for the afternoon tea, need to book 48hrs in advance. The main reason we are here is for the bathtub. Big and nice but the floor quite slippery after play with the bathtub. We have a great time. Looking forward to come back again next time.

The room was so nice but: 1. Check in was late, i came at 3 but could only go in the room at 430pm, wanted to go early cause wanted to deco the room for my friend’s bridal shower- anyway, i kinda expected this cause i’ve read a few people on twitter saying the same thing. But the receptionist was so nice! She always tried to check if the room was ready and update us from time to time saying the room is being sanitised at the moment and stuff 2. Although i booked the orchid room for tea time a month prior, the booking was suchhh a pain. Had to whatsapp, first they said saturday evening was available, then when i replied wanting to confirm, got an auto reply from them, had to whatsapp again the next day, suddenly, not available on saturday, sunday evening available, then suddenly only afternoon available, then saturday afternoon only available, BACK AND FORTH SOOO many times and had to ask for bank account so many times to confirm our booking date. Even when i called receptionist, they would need to forward the call to the restaurant and the restaurant didnt pick up so this went on a few times as well, my patience died this day. But the tea time experience was awesome though! The mango strawberry tea tastes amazing (make sure u add 3 cubes of brown sugar in the tea pot for *chef’s kiss*) the scones was to die for too. And the roll which i thought was cinnamon roll but turned out to be salmon instead?! Amazing 10/10 3. Parking was RM 30. Also cried while leaving the hotel. All in all, it was a good experience (despite the nightmare booking and the check in time) the room was clean and smells so good, the bed was soft and fluffy and it was so peaceful at night cause it was raining as well. Had an amazing quiet peaceful bridal shower for my friend only playing board games

I know The Majestic since long time ago, however never got the chance to stay. After MCO, and since will have to go to KL for some business travel, The Majestic KL was my first choice. The staff is nice, room is clean and I'm so in love with the bed and pillow. Its really give me a good sleep. And just a little things to highlight here, maybe the quality of towel will have to improve as the towel wool are dropping and its make my black shirt into white shirt. But all the rest is good so I will be happy to give 5 stars for all.

I went there for honeymoon, right after my nikah reception worh my wedding attire. The staff notice and give us flower bouquet as gift. Inlove the interior, the room, the bed. Pleas get the one with dinner & breakfast packages. Really worth the money because both of it are buffet for 2 pax. Food was really great with a lot of options. Think will cost atleast rm100/pax. But i only pay rm550 with dinner & breakfast buffet for 2pax! Room so clean and nice. Nothing to compain!

All was good. Trendy and modern colonial hotel layout. Very Luxurious stay and we loved the hotel so much. You have to go the high tea surrounded with lovely orchids. Good for wedding shot and very instagrammable. Hotel is clean comfortable and provides all round tea break and cocktails drinks for the guests. Overall - one word awesomeness to sum up our 3 days 2 nights stay with the Majestic Autograph. Thank you to all the staff who has service us.

Best Place For Events In KL”

I stayed with wife & 2 little kids. The room is big enough for the 4 of us. Very clean as well. Nice pool, nice gym. Very beautiful hotel. Staffs are all very polite, helpful & welcoming. Many options of breakfast buffet. And we got free dinner buffet as well! We organized an event there too. And the meeting room, staffs, lunch, coffees and others are amazing and plentiful. Tqvm Majestic. We'll be back soon ok!

Malaysia Day Break”

The hotel was superb from the very moment we checked in until we checked out. The room was huge and the bathroom was amazing. Love the super comfy beds and all the amenities in the room. We got the upper floor unit with a spectacular view of the Twin Towers & Menara KL. It was so great. The concierge is so friendly and polite. One plus point, as I was checking in alone so I place my luggage at the side of the reception, the concierge guy stood by my luggage and waited until I have completed my checking in, and he straight away took my luggage ansd asist me with it until we reached our room. It was a pleasant assistance. Kudos to The Majestic Hotel Autograph Collection, Kuala Lumpur.

Staycation with my kid she really enjoys the stay we just stay inside the room because of covid not dare to go to pool my daughter just enjoy stay with swim inside the bathtub..overall worthy all is good..breakfast..dinner at colonial cafe also amazing with environment feel in paris haha eat while hearing man play piano and singing yeah good stay and cleanliness is very important during this pandemic if you find staycation place with quiet and peaceful majestic hotel highly recommended for you…

Unforgettable Stay ”

This is a short trip with my boyfriend to celebrate our 12th Anniversary. When making booking, I've wrote a note to the hotel regarding this special day and hopefully this will be a wonderful day. Credit to the front desk staff RON, he is so friendly and he gifted me a beautiful bouquet when he know this is our first stay at Majestic Hotel. Not only this, surprisingly they decorate the room with rose petal, another beautiful bouquet and also a greeting card. The breakfast with wide selection and the atmosphere is so good. This is a perfect experience and both of us very satisfied, credit to all the staffs at The Majestic Hotel because they always put a smile on face.

I stayed here for 1day for our anniversary. It was perfect choice for romantic staycation. Staff was really helpful and great and room was also so romantic design. Hotel itself is abit old but they kept well so it feels more antique. The one thing disappointed was breakfast. We could choose between in-room breakfast or buffet breakfast and we choose in-room breakfast. It was wrong choice. Majestics breakfast buffet is well-known so I thought in-room breakfast would be good as well but bread was quite cold and not too many things to eat. For people concerning about breakfast I would recommend buffet breakfast. Other than that everything was awesome experience! Thank you so much for wonderful stay.

Booked for my birthday staycation and i had a pleasant stays. Room come with a nice view (because i got a corner room) & a bathtub! :) receptionist kind enough asking me my preferred room. H/ever I had small problem when i was about to enter the parking basement. because parking is cashless and It can’t detect any of my card. So they allow me to enter and make a payment at the counter itself. 24hrs for rm15. Its not bad . Breakfast was ok. Omelette nice and roti canai was my favourite in the buffet. Nasi lemak somehow taste funny. Lol. But its okay. Overall my stay was awesome!

We booked the junior suite and stayed for 2 nights. Everything about the hotel was excellent. From the moment we checked in to checked out. Check in was a breeze, although we still had to wait till 3pm for our room to be ready. The room that we booked was huge! My son loves the bathtub which has a TV in the bathroom. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was excellent. The dishes that was prepared was delicious. Must try their teh tarik. The staffs were friendly and accommodating too. Definitely will return.

booked the room for a lil getaway after months of lockdown. the room is clean and spacious, great room layout, bed is comfortable, love the bathtub. the only downside is there's a lil stench coming out from the plumbing and it could affect the experience of soaking in the bathtub a little bit. buffet dinner was amazing with a wide selections of cuisine. overall, a very pleasant stay

3D2N Staycation with 4years old on Ramadhan”

I really love this hotel. We arrived late around 8pm for check in, had a very smooth check in process. The staff was very attentive to our requests and explain in details the sahur arrangement and timing. For safety reason, we always request for large bed and non-smoking floor, the first room we received were 2 single beds but they provided free upgrade to Junior Suite. That was beyond our expectation. The new room was very strategically placed at corner of tge corridor, my son enjoyed every time a train passes through KTM railway right in front of the room. I would definitely come again in the future! Thank you The Majestic Hotel!
