Tuvimos la oportunidad de ser la primera pareja en estrenar el hotel. Nos alojaron en un precioso bungalow con vistas al mar. Poder escuchar las olas del mar mientras duermes es una experiencia magnífica. La piscina estaba todavía sin terminar, pero luce increíble. La comida y la limpieza un 10. Si hubiese que poner alguna pega es que todavía tienen material de construcción en los alrededores, pero aún así lo recomiendo 100%

It was just great choice for traveling Phu Quoc west side. The hotel room offers necessary for a comfortable stay. Service was amazing friendly and always helpful for us in all matters. Actually the best service I had. Also the breakfast more as good enough. In total a very good choice.

I would like to say most bad reviews here don’t know what they are saying because I was mislead by them, this facility is great!! Good service, when I complained about my view I got upgraded to an amazing 180 degree view of the beach. Which was so amazing. Wished I wasn’t misled but I definitely recommend them, food was fresh and delicious, Thank you The palmy resort.

Beautiful hotel. Big room with ocean view. Excellent breakfast selection. Excellent service from the man siting next to the reception desk. We can’t remember his name. He was very helpful. Their restaurant is a minute walk from the hotel, but it is right next to the beach. The main pool and their beach is a minute walk form the hotel, but very beautiful.

You got what you paid for”
Firstly, it's worth more than what you have paid for. Spacious room with fantastic sea view and you only paid half of those sea view room of other hotels. I was so lucky to get free upgrade room! Hotel provides 2 ways airport transport as well. Location is ok as it's near to town and there are a few very nice restaurants and mini mart with walking distance. Extremely friendly staff ans speaks well English make your stay very relax. The downside would be the swimming pool (not well maintained and a bit different from what they have advertised), water heater and aircond took a long time to work as usual and also the beach (it's not consider a beach - small and dirty). Overall it's nice and will return again.

+ location, view from 6th floor, breakfast, two pools, quite a lot of sunbeds by the pools and the beach - staff deserves a little more training and english lessons, but what they lacked in language skills they made up for with a smile and always got it sorted out by a colleagues assistance if needed

Very nice resort with two lovely pools and right near beach. Room was spacious and great ocean view. Breakfast choices extensive and free airport transfers. Only minor issue with very slow check in and very little English spoken.

Everything was good but STOP advertising free pickup/drop-off from and to airport because that did not happen.. 2 days notice was provided. There were foul sewage odor from time to time near the lobby pool area.

Near by the beach”
The staff at this hotel is very good and provide us with a lot of information. They have buggy service and airport transfer and also renting bicycle service. As for the cleanliness it might be abit dissapointing probably because it is near to the beach? There is a lot of the sand in the room. Do request for sea view room for more perfect view.

Everything good, the wifi in the reception and resturant good, but inside the Room WiFi is very very terrible, they are building the new hotel block hope they will make the good WiFI in the new block.

Hotel was in a great location, close enough to the city but also slightly removed. Stay was soured somewhat by construction on either sides of the hotel which meant the beds by the pool were out of action. Also, the bar by the pool was not operational until our last night where there was a pool party - however we had to pay to enter even though we were staying at the hotel - this was weird for me. We also were shouted at by the general manager for trying to use deck chairs. He said we should stand to dance even though we had no interest in the party and wanted to relax by the pool. We attempted to order food for lunch on our first day but were told it would be an hour wait for the set menu, and the other food prices were high ( 150k for fried rice). Overall our holiday was great but only as we did not spend much time at the hotel. If you are looking to lie by the pool an order cocktails and relad this may not be the resort for you.

Unfortunately I went to Phu Quoc during quiet covid time. It wasn't fully operated not only in the hotel but also the town. The hotel may operate better if it runs in full capacity. But during my stay, it operated 1/3 only. It's acceptable value for money.
