My all time and forever favourite Hotel. Recently went hotel hopping with my husband, and ended up coming back to the Pearl. Honestly the best place. The rooms are amazing and so clean, and massive. The staff are super efficient and friendly, and not to mention extremely fast when it comes to anything we’ve requested. The area is amazing, I come down there’s a mall, right outside there’s loads of stalls to order food from, a 99/7/11 // kkmart petrol stations, etc. great place for a stay with your s/o or family time as well.

Book a twin bed instead of a queen bed but the receptionist change it as per my request 😍 The hotel is within a shopping mall but not many halal foods since a lot of Chinese restaurants (food in the hotel is halal but ofc pricy and the breakfast rm35/adult is quite good tho), parking in the basement is only rm3 each time you want to go outside but need to validate at the reception first before going out, got towels, toiletries, fridge (not cold enough), hairdryer, wifi (weak and slow signal), tv channel (weak signal too and blurry). The room is spacious and everything is comfortable. The minor issues don't bother me since I bring an HDMI cable and connect to the tv from my laptop to watch movies. The only thing I am not satisfied with is who the heck design the water pipe for the toilet?? I had to bow down and bend my poor waist just to turn on and off the water pipe to wash off every time. I have a short waist and short arms so I have to reach far down for it 😤 so inconvenient. The toilet has a week flushing system. I have to struggle and flush more than 10 times and wait for 5 mins for each flush. Those 2 things make me mad and annoyed 😡 Overall, is good.

Good hotel, really worth the price, big rooms for the price. Location is perfect, a lot of food nearby. Well trained staff from the front door, house keeping to F&B restaurant, they are all very friendly & helpful. Wide choice for the buffet breakfast and we enjoyed the compliment afternoon tea very much. 3rd time stayed in this hotel and they never disappoint us.
