Initially had a 1st floor room (unable to sleep due to noise and room was old in need of renovating missing basics and generally dark) staff kindly moved to same size room on 3rd floor - complete change of experience modern room, lots of natural light great view & full amenities. Would definitely return again but make sure at least 2nd floor in my opinion. Staff super friendly and helpful. Location great, parking ok if you know where to look.

Perfect location but although it was super clean needs a renovation as is very "tired"and older decor. I'd suggest getting a wharf view as we had the city and looked out onto the motorway ramp which wasn't great!

Best Location in Auckland”
Room very compact but functional. However the draw is the location. The lobby literally exits onto the Viaduct surrounded by multimillionaire's yachts and the city's "must be seen" hot spots. Auckland's great sea food and nightlife restaurants line the harbour wall and mean you never actually need to walk more then a few hundred steps to have a fantastic couple of days. Parking was quite contrived and passcode needed from the lobby to enter the basement. Parking also very expensive at nearly $40 per day. Staff did not help with bags to and from the car park or lobby to the room but were efficient on every other request. Many rooms have very bad view of multi story car park so if you crave a sea view you will need to pay up or book ell in advance.

Disappointing”
For the price disappointing, obviously we must be paying for the view. Small bedroom, small bed. A little dated. And someone at the Fox started play loud music from 5am onwards. When they stopped at 6.30am and loud buzzing sound started . We left early at 10am , we had a late check out due to the late check (our room was ready) but we were over the place.

$10 a day for internet should be free disgraceful no real customer service manager not friendly needs to raise its standards for its location would call it ordinary.

Booked a suite with a balcony but did not get this. No bath robes & mini bar in room as stated in information guide. Hotel had excessive amounts of vacancy yet put on 2nd floor so minimal privacy.

Lights are on But”
We could not close the door in the wardrobe so the light stayed on. We still can't close the door but they switch the light off which means, we can sleep tonight. I asked to move to another room why they fixed it but they are not interested.

I'll be escalating my concerns to Auckland Council and Tourism NZ as it was literally the worst experience ever. Staff need to be completely retrained.

Great Location, Staff on the Mark”
The room was a bit tired. There is no gym and the free wifi is not really free. In this day and age not acceptable. Be aware of tailgaters in the lift. The location is just great and a genuine team to support. Be aware that with all the changes to the roads with cycleways that are not used, drivers touting for business park outside the hotel, this now on the road as the cycleway has taken the parking lane thus any car your order is forced to park on the street thus blocking the whole street. What a mess!

Not a great experience”
Before booking this hotel looked to fit our needs as a couple with an infant, however: - The dryer did not even work leaving us with an excess of wet baby clothes since we expected a working dryer. - The hot water in the shower was hardly ever actually hot leading to us having cold showers for the days we stayed and baby not having the ability to be cleaned since it was so inconsistent (we just used wipes to clean her instead). - No soundproofing from the bars/nightclubs underneath the hotel which is something we were unaware of since we aren't from Auckland and no indication of this shown by the property until you arrive and hear the noise. - We left the tag outside our door room to have our room cleaned before leaving the hotel for the day and upon arriving back after 6 hours, we found our hotel room had not even been touched/cleaned. And to top it off, we have not received our bond of $100 since checking out. One of the worst experiences I've had and would rather have stayed in a homeless shelter.

It was awesome! Clean and big room for two people with nice view. However, it was extremely noisy around dinner time until 1am. I can’t believe they don’t provide any earplugs. We had a headache because of the loud music.

Stayed 3 nights here and it was fabulous! Checking in and parking is easy here. We had fantastic foods Harbour viaduct, chilled out at night and walked back to hotel. Maritime is also just next to our hotel! Everything is really perfect! When I dialled reception for towels, they came to my room almost instantly!!! In other hotels, it probably takes them half an hour or so! Really Le Accor group, its really best. :)
