4 & 5 October 2019 (2 night stay) Perched between highways and a frenetic nightlife of clubs and restaurants, Signature Suites is a calm oasis to get away from the excitement and noise, and yet near to many conveniences. It might get a little noisy at times, but the hotel thoughtfully provides ear plugs, found in the bedside drawers. The room is clean and bed is most comfortable. Love the convenience of having a kitchenette with a full-sized fridge (ice-cold drinks, yay!) with a microwave and electric kettle. Having a roof top infinity pool is a huge plus, and there's also a gym there too. The staff, as always, are professional and welcoming. Its wonderful to be within walking distance of so many restaurants and cafes in Desa Sri Hartamas, and not have to contend with the horrendous parking outside (free parking provided for hotel guests). However, to shop and sight-see, you'll need your own transport, or simply GrabCar/taxi anywhere.

I've stayed here a number of times already and enjoyed each stay, this time was no exception. I brought my parents along this trip, who enjoyed swimming in the infinity pool. The beds were deliciously comfortable, & having a little kitchenette was most convenient. The hotel is relatively wheelchair friendly, except for the path to the Sri Hartamas restaurant area. While the path looks smooth, with no stairs to negotiate, unfortunately, the incline is pretty steep, and not really suited for wheelchairs, especially lighter travel wheelchairs. On our return from dinner, my mother, who was seated in the wheelchair, fell backwards because the last stretch nearest to the hotel was steep. Thankfully she wasn't badly hurt, only shaken, as my husband who was pushing her took the brunt of the fall. The design of the pathway is a good idea, but the incline could have been gentler. Still, it is a good hotel, just not for wheelchairs!

2nd stay here (and i think they gave me the exact same room) , Marble shower floor, toilet might appear small but they are tastefully and cleverly designed to maximise the use of space and aesthetics.... 2 weaknesses though (which can be easily overlooked: weak Wifi; water heater available but hot water may not be hot enuf esp. in the morning). Unbeatable location: at the heart of Desa Sri Hartamas .you can even take a bus from Pusat Bandar Damansara MRT (Bus T818, alight at Plaza Crystaville) and take a brief walk to the hotel. Above all, a management's attention to detail towards guest's satisfaction and room cleanliness which is hard to find elsewhere today in the hospitality industry. Shows the love and dedication towards their job. and of course, fantastic infinity pool and the view.

Located outskirts of KL city, in the neighbourhood of Hartamas. Accessible from Sprint Highway. Basement parking available. Lobby located on the top floor. Swift check in. Stayed in Queen suite. Spacious, clean and neat. Surprised with a welcoming chocolate bar. Room complete with additional items such as microwave oven, bread toaster, huge fridge, iron, ironing board, shoe cleaning, electric safe and extra pillow. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Shower space a bit small. Unfortunately the room is facing an elevated highway and close to the window. Bit noisy with the fast moving cars. But the windows have been double glazed and filtered noise.

Very comfortable, love the infinity swimming pool, and truly appreciate the convenience of having a kitchenette attached to my room. Bed was very comfortable, the toilet was spacious and wifi was fast. Staff were friendly and professional. Hotel location is excellent, within walking distance to many top-notch restaurants, bars and massage shops. Might be a little noisy at times, but the hotel thoughtfully provides ear-plugs in the drawers. Good that our car can be safely parked in the basement car park, as Sri Hartamas has horrendous traffic and parking come dinner time.

Location: Strategic except traffic is quite bad during peak hours. Walking distance to eateries, convenient stores and banks. Facilities: Ample parking space and free. Full with security guards. Room Amenities: Basic amenities available-toothbrush & paste, body shampoo and hair shampoo, towels. Shower- good water preasure with heater. Bed- comfortable Sleeping quality - good except next door neighbor can be noisy at times. Refrigerator & kitchen - all in good condition. Service: Check in very fast and hassle free. no deposit required.

Superb facilities and outstanding staff”
We have stayed here several times in the last few years and each time we stay everything is excellent. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well maintained and the staff cannot do enough to make sure everything is right. A few minor problems were sorted out immediately and we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay here (visiting family who live nearby). Signature's location is also great...just a few minutes walk from many shops and restaurants. Lovely rooftop pool. A perfect place to stay in Mont Kiara.

What I love most is how welcoming you feel as you entered the hotel. Friendly staff, good service and you get a chocolate bar with a little message written on it. Parking is never hard to find and it is free!! That's awesome. Halal food is just a few steps out of the building. And good good is within the vicinity too. Hotel is well maintain and the room is huge! Hygienic and clean too. Overall 5/5 and I will return soon.

Unbeatable location: Right smack in the heart of Hartamas/duta hartamas. All eateries, shops, and vibrant nightlife within walking/driving distance. Elegantly and tastefully designed room that comes with a kitchenette. complete with fridge, plates, microwave oven! , dishwashing liquid. Spacious room and shower. What's even more special is they placed a card, specially addressed to me, on the bed, when i entered the room that gave an added personal touch , something not frequently found in other hotels. Very convenient location actually: there's a bus stop nearby. u can virtually take a bus from Pusat Bandar Damansara MRT and alight close enough to walk with your luggage into the hotel. Check out the rooftop infinity pool, and they have gym as well. All in all, a joy to stay.

Did not particularly looked for this hotel, just a randomly picked. Reached the hotel at about 11.45pm. Was told to park at the basement car park with green box, which meant for hotel visitors. The staff at reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Seeing I came with my wife and 2 kids, she helped to arrange to make up the sofa bed. She even asked if we would like to extend the check out time, due to the very late check in, which we accepted and extended to 12pm from the usual 11am check out. The room, facilities are great. Cleanliness in tip top condition. The King size bed provided, should be called super king size and super comfy. The parking ticket was tagged and waived in the next morning before check out. Will definitely come back in future.

Their rooms are clean and BIG! I have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. They also have a kettle and some coffee and tea. The air conditioner is not centralized so it was easy for me to control! Their lobby is on the 7th floor. A lot of food is around the area and a mall is also nearby. Nice stay!

Got a free upgrade from Queen studio to a room with small living room. The parking is free, just ensure parking at green parking lots will do. Validation of the car parking ticket will be at Level 7, the reception counter. The room comes with a refrigerator, kitchenette with utensils and other basic amenities such as towel, shower gels, shampoo etc. The bed is so comfortable and i really enjoy my stay. Will be back again!

The things they provide you inside the room is really amazing and show that they took into consideration of your comfort very much. They even provide ear plugs since the building is right next to a highway, even though the window is already double panelled glass. The restaurant downstairs is also amazing! The food taste real good. I would definitely be coming back to stay when possible!

Excellent location to many locations. located in prime Hartamas area with plenty of eatery downstairs. Get a Grab to 1 Utama (largest mall), or Pavillion if you need shopping. The room was excellent, very wonderful.We stayed in 2 different rooms. The carpentry work needs more effort. The cupboards are a bit falling apart. the drawers are not smooth. same problem in both room. They definitely need put some holders for our toiletries in the shower! heh, for longer stay, this is important! The toilet needs a better place to hang our towels after shower. Not much space for Missus to put her make up stuff at the basin. We got a free upgrade to king size bed, and its a really Woah. For Business travellers who like to use a good gym, this sure is a big disappointment. the machines are shaky. There is no yoga mat, there is no other machines! The Infinity Pool is absolutely amazing with Twin Towers in the backdrop and is prob a 25 m lap pool (which is nice and clean!)

lobby is at the top, parking is basement and needed to get validated every entry for free parking. unit is clean and versatile, no bath tub, but very spacious. next to the 163 retail park and a few other malls, mostly japan and expats shopping. staffs are great and gym works well.

Location: Walking distance to restaurant nearby (Fast food, japanese food, korean food etc) and convenient store (familymart) Amenities: equipped with more than enough amenities Cleanliness: superb Checkin: easy process service: good. friendly staff. There is some problem with the phone in my room and I called the front desk. They helped me to settle it within 5 minutes. If I have to go to that area, i will visit this hotel agian for sure

A place for ONE NIGHT staycation”
The hotel is a bit outskirt of the main city centre KL, located in Desa Sri Hartamas. An excellent place for a night's staycation for my family and me. The only lowdown is there was no concierge on standby to help with the luggage, and the security guard kept on chasing us away, which made it hard for us dropping our bags and kids at the entrance/lobby. I think the hotel can improve further by making at least a person or two standby to greet their guests at the hotel's main entrance to make them feel welcome for the stay.
